    From Pennsylvania area it doesn’t show how much we get paid before taking a Uber trip and or Uber eats for Example Philadelphia PA show trip pay and Uber Eats pay before accepting an order Lancaster pa does the same But Reading PA doesn’t show anything just the person to pick up or a eats to pick up no payment When will it be fix to show how much we going to make for a trip or food delivery???

    I wish there was an Arrived button when you arrive at a pickup and drop off location. For example, I’ll arrive at a grocery and begin shopping but the app keeps telling me the directions to get to the store. It’s annoying. Every other delivery app has that as part of doing the delivery. It also let the customer know where you are in the process of getting their order. It seems like an easy fix. Please fix this.

    It seems uber prioritizes ALL orders go to somebody with a car or scooter instead of an e-bike. This is a problem because even the closer orders within 1-2 miles get pushed to these drivers and workers with capable e-bikes can go hours and hours being online without a single order. It doesn’t even make sense because in heavy traffic e-bikers can cut up the streets and make it to our destination faster than some of these other drivers. Speaks to the management of this app, they do not take proper care of its employees.

    To get straight to the point , the map is inaccurate to a point that it can be frustrating and also misleading when it comes to what opportunities are where based off the information given (colors and highlighted areas). I’ve come across more opportunities to earn from sitting in what I would personally assume is a busy area versus going off the map and racing to the highlighted areas. I’ve had one to many encounters with this situation . Wasting gas hoping I’d get there to receive an order. The company claims to update the app frequently but it tends to come off as more of cosmetic upgrades to make the app more visually appealing . Rather than actually focusing on the accuracy of the app’s map and earning opportunities.

    It’s literally a one-sided deal where riders are the only ones to have power against drivers. I have seven riders who gave me one star, but never explained why. Drivers including me, deserve a good explanation why we got the one star review. Sure I get riders reporting me for not being polite, what did I do exactly to make them say that I wasn’t being polite not being polite?

    DONT BE LIKE ME ! Please don’t start speed racing all over town tying like I did just trying to get my money up real quick. It’s not worth it lol, if you’re gonna do Uber make sure ur in a good area and don’t drive like an idiot. After 4-5 hours in the car it becomes a headache and your going to want to complete orders faster. Since I choose to do so, I got caught running a stop sign, was charged with reckless driving and endangerment of public and had to spend the night in jail 😂 just don’t be like me please.

    Pings should not be coming through while on a current delivery. It causes missed turns, accidentally accepting unwanted orders, and is overall dangerous. It’s also frustrating for customers if your trying to scan ID for alcohol deliveries.

    Good afternoon ! The application is excellent, but if you can improve Uber navigation, namely, add traffic lights, stop signs and numbering of building numbers, houses. geodata needs to be improved, namely, it shows a lot of addresses of restaurants on the highway, and not where the restaurant is located.

    I had a rider reservation that was an 1.5hr drive away and I accepted. On my way to the reservation, the app kept giving me ride requests that would have made me late to the pickup. I declined 3 and the app automatically kicked me offline and I no longer have the reservation. I had already driven an hour at this time. I called Uber support to complain and because I wanted some compensation for the time I had already driven before it kicked me offline and it seems like the support personnel didn’t understand, or didn’t want to understand what I was trying to explain. Apparently Uber doesn’t care about its drivers or riders if a driver is going to essentially get punished because they were trying to get to the reservation on time as to not inconvenience the rider.

    This app is absolute trash. If Uber offered consumer, GPS nobody would use it because everybody would get so frustrated by their weird directions they always give. Uber also likes to do this thing to its drivers where they will throw you 12 different lowball offers before they actually give you one that’s meaningful. If you don’t pay super close attention they’re going to use you.

    I was an Uber Eats Delivery I went to a market for uber he asked me to pay on my Wallet to get 300$ he said he was going to reimburse me because the card wouldn't work they never reimbursed me and then he blocked me moreover he accused me for something I don't even know he told me that on several occasions I did not finish delivering them and then he blocked me

    Just to let anyone know that is considering driving for Uber .... this multi billion company will take advantage of you with low fares and longer distance pickups/drop offs and will take more than half of each fare even with the surge prices going up during the busiest times. Your blood pressure will go up. Just a warning.

    Never have I left a review, im pushed too say this app is trash, they will treat you like nothing & customer service for drivers is a joke they toss you in different departments and then lie to you, uber is a last resort by ANY MEANS. LAST RESORT TYPE OF JOB. Remember these words. We the people have built anothwr machine run by us, thats all the CEO wanted. A machine. Dont buy into it. Let it fall. They dont care anyways, they want it to fall it seems.

    So I took a delivery from KFC and when I arrived about five minutes after getting it, there was about eight cars in the drive-through line and the lobby was closed because they didn’t have enough help. I called the store to ask them if I could just skip around cars and pick up the order since it was already ordered and they told me no I would have to go to the drive-through and tell them I was there. I told the lady well you know I’m here I don’t have to order anything you already know what it is. She said no you’ll have to go through the drive-through and announce yourself. So about 10 minutes later after I had announced myself at the speaker and got to the window. They told me it would be another 6 to 10 minutes waiting on some food to cook. Needless to say I canceled the order and moved on. There should be no reason why any driver goes to a restaurant and is there more than five maybe 10 minutes waiting on the food.

    Please allow a optional swipe to accept trip, I’ve accepted so many trips by accident and it’s affected my cancellation rate. Also a really cool feature would be to filter trips based on how far they are and the $ amount. For example I only want trips over $25 and no farther than 2 miles away (or less than 8 minutes away).

    Since the last update, I’ve been having issues with the app, such as, when i message the customer, i end up having to shut my phone down and restart. Sometimes they don’t even get a message I sent. I try to open the order details and have to fight with it to stay open, and since the update, i don’t seem to get many orders and i stay online all day. Im using iPhone SE generation 3.

    For a technology company to be this clueless is frustrating. I have 99 rides under my belt with Lyft and I started the process the same day and I’m still not approved with Uber. I drove with them back in 2014-2015. I asked to be removed and deleted. Fast forward to 2023, I decided to give it another go. A friend sent me a link to drive and I created the account and went through the entire process, background check 1. They created an e-mail account I’ve never had. After a week of this hassle and complete incompetence, they realize I have to go back to my old account that I was told they deleted and removed in 2015. I didn’t want the personal info in their records anymore. They apparently didn’t delete my account. So now, I am in the old account and I do the process all over again. Submit all the documents, they do another background check and I’m approved. So now I’ve been approved for over a week, but I can’t drive due to “technical issues”. The technical issue, I uploaded Ohio DL, Insurance, registration etc and changed my address in the app before I applied under old account because I was previously in Phoenix, AZ. These bozos didn’t catch any of this obvious information and finally realized I was in Ohio. Now I am waiting another week as they’re doing a third background check because I’m in Ohio as I stated all along. If you’re a shareholder of this company and wonder why they just don’t show good numbers on a regular basis, it’s complete incompetence. Last, I’m approved for well over a week by their terms. So my bonus rides I had over a 30 day window will probably need to be obtained in 15 days vs 30. Again, the “technology” company, said sorry about your luck. If you’re applying and you have an old account, make sure you use it. Last, customer service is all over seas and English as a second language is probably a big part of this taking so long.

    The app was working just perfectly before the last update.Uber should think about the old adage if something isn’t broke don’t fix it. I have been driving with Uber for over 6 yrs and before the update I was receiving 5 or 6 reservation trips daily. Since the update they have stopped coming over. Called Uber support to fix the issue still waiting on that. Now where the request would come over. Sits a countdown of trips to reach a quest which I could really careless about. Aside from that you can always check that by filing the to daily earnings at the top if you cared to know. Seriously consider not all changes are good

    I often have to delete and reinstall the app because it will say “You’re Online” but no order requests show up. I have shown up to pick up orders only to find that another driver accepted the same one and got there first. I also hate that they will make new order opportunities pop up when you are blocks away from your drop off point—this pop up blocks the navigation screen which often makes for unsafe driving in unfamiliar areas.
