How come the buttons are not as legible for our screen readers? It’s not Accessible like it used to. The labels aren’t readable so that we can navigate on the screen in the app itself. Please fix it! I accidentally gave a good driver a bad rating because of this inaccessibility craziness.

I have been tracking my order and it has replaced drivers 3 times. While your drivers probably refuse to pick up my order my food is ready for pick just standing there in a bag until one of your drivers decide to pick it up...below average service...

They recently sent out an email that they care about “blm” and want to send 1mil to be able to support the community. Seeing as all they are doing right now is destroying and burning everything, I do not support this cause. I do not want my money going towards these groups, hence why I uninstalled the app.

Zero stars when it comes to customer service. Placed an order, only 1/2 arrives, turns out the other 1/2 was never included, then Uber eats charges me the amount of the missing order, in fees!! Go direct to your restaurants or just order groceries from insta cart.

Every time I order from Uber eats it takes 5 plus hours to get to me, or there is some kinda hassle.
It’s like dealing with the cable company when they say someone will be there between 12:00 and 4:00.

Tried to order and took longer than an hour then the delivery driver said they couldn’t make my order because it was missing one item, so they cancelled and all the restaurants closed. I tried contacting support to cancel but had no luck. It has a terrible support system. Would recommend DooDash instead. Never ordering on here again

Good for you in trying to help out black-owned restaurants with your new Uber Eats strategy. Just hope you did an analysis to ensure that racists and those with unconscious biases will not avoid these restaurants you have identified and cause more harm than good. Not that these businesses would want business from racists, but those with unconscious bias is the bigger concern. I also hope
that you have sought permission from these restaurants to post the data. Hopefully your strategy wins business for the black community and doesn’t harm it. Also, in the spirit of being anti-discriminatory, you should consider offering the same benefits to Asian and Latino owned restaurants so as not to give the benefits to one race - lest you fall victim of hypocritically contradicting your anti-discrimination policy. I can’t give any more stars until I know the above has been satisfied. Stay strong, Uber! Respect!

very bad service 😡 after an hour and a half of waiting they cancel my order without giving explanations
I ordered. Apparently I TRULY live in the middle of nowhere bc they blatantly have nobody to deliver to me. I’ve been waiting for over an hour. No problem I’d like to be fully refunded for services I simply won’t be receiving. Except this app lacks customer support completely and totally. Therefore I am left to either delete the app or hope when the restaurant I ordered from closes the order will too. I do NOT reccomend this app I have literally been robbed

I was recently sent an email from the CEO of Uber , Dara Khosrowshahi, I will now cancel my Uber subscription and all things Uber. I do this for one reason. Uber provides a service, its function is to provide transportation services, not preach about political issues. There is too much division in America today and sharing this view only promotes it. I found Dara’s comments condescending . I am going to buy stock in Lyft as are many other people who Dara just insulted.

We didn’t get our food and the driver was clueless
At this point anytime my husband and I use this app we expect an issue. We use the app because of the benefits of Amex but multiple recent orders are half missing and incomplete. It’s a lack of care on all parties, Uber eats, the drivers, and the restaurants themselves.
Ordered 3 times all of them had problems 1/5
First order showed up 2 hours late
Second order never showed
Third order was delivered on time but it was someone else’s order
Find a different delivery app they have a few things to work out with this one

I used the app once a year ago when I was at work and then decided I would use it today since I didn’t feel like going out because it was raining. I ordered my food but forgot to change the address on the app. When I made the order there was no prompt to make sure the address was correct or any summary (that I remember) that showed the address. The food was sent to my job which I realized only after the driver sent a picture and the the order was marked as complete. I had no way of contacting them to explain the mistake. I tried to explain it on the app but I just received messages from a bot or a person pretending to be a bot telling me a refund would not be possible. This is a poor design for the app, Amazon and most other apps that send things to your home always check the address. I hope they update their design so mistakes like these don’t happen or happen less.
Excellent ice cream and yogurt! If you have it delivered it's yummy too! Love this place as it more than satisfies my sweet tooth. People here are pleasant and kind and will go out of their way to satisfy your sweet cravings too.

Be careful! Uber Eats automatically adds UNAUTHORIZED TIP to your order!!!! In other words, they STEAL from your credit card. And then there is nothing you can do about it because there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON TO SPEAK WITH. BEWARE!
It’s so sad that Uber can’t get it together or still be on top off people whom say they are driving a car with Uber. But show up it’s not even the same car or license plate number.. so sad n disappointed

Received gift cards but can’t place orders at restaurants I want to use as they are always unable to complete the order. The one order that went through was screwed up by the restaurant. Gift cards should be refunded.

Absolute garbage. I purchased an Uber Eats Pass for the wrong area! There is no way to change the city you’re in for Uber eats once it’s been purchased and there’s no way to talk to an actual human about this issue. $9.99 flushed down the toilet!!!

Ive always had issues with how Uber treats it’s employees. Re downloaded in light of the quarantine to get access to a few other restaurants. Had a very mild issue where I just put in the wrong rating and wanted to change it so the driver wasn’t given a bad review because of me, when he did nothing wrong. Almost impossible to talk to any support- sent multiple messages to the HELP tag and got one response that didn’t even relate to what I had said. Tried to respond & kept getting “Rate Your Support” texts. But it wouldn’t even let me do that! Thankfully I was able to change my drivers tip to a bigger one. This app is NOT user friendly. Any time I’ve had issues with grubhub, it’s resolved so easily & I get direct contact with someone. This is abysmal. Deleting the app, back to better ones.

No stars... I got Uber eats pass and still got charged for delivery. I paid for priority delivery and it ended up taking 40 min longer than normal delivery time. My food was ready at 5pm and the driver didn’t pick it up so another driver had to. Didn’t get here till 5:45! Wooo soggy cheese steaks !

Inplaced an order from a steakhouse and paid $50 for a meal, yes $50. It got here cold and inedible. When I contacted help they gave me a $5 credit. I don’t accept paying $50 to throw away the meal. I have asked for a refund and the help is terrible. They reply with cut and paste answers.

I ordered food for my school aged son and it has been over a hour and half and still as I am writing this no one has showed up to drop the food off. I am now off from work and can pick up food myself and probably be there before the Uber driver. This is very sad and disappointing. I will use door dash or someone else before I use Uber Eats. I hate that I even have to rate this.
I’m so tired of Uber eats crappy customer service and my orders being dated and arriving cold because they send drivers to pick up food ordered after mine first . I’m tired of never getting refunded for messed up or dossappeared deliveries . I wish I could give zero stars deleting the app and sticking with Grubhub they’re so much better . Uber eats is impossible to contact or get help from forget it . B) I freaking have talked to you. I am frequently told your drivers are independent and you can’t do anything lol. There is no way to hold drivers accountable I have been told .
Treated extremely unfairly 1/5
I have been using uber eats as I receive credits from my Amex platinum card. Usually the service is good. However a few times the order had been completely unacceptable and today I was sent a RAW uncooked burger from Zuma which is a very high end restaurant in Boston. I sent them a photo clearly showing the burger raw and they replied saying they would take it into consideration but that they would not refund me as they have refunded me for other orders in the past - which always is because of THEIR fault - I have always sent photographic evidence and they refunded me out of their choice. They essentially called me a liar. Needless to say I have deleted my account with them reported them to Amex and will not be using them again.

All I’m right trying to do is put the right car information to be an Uber eats driver but for some reason is has it saved that I own a 2002 car and I can’t change the information because it need this make-believe car information to switch. I’ve tried call seeing if that could get somewhere and nope not even a proper phone number to call or even a person to talk to. This app as been a pain in my neck

I just placed an order with Uber Eats. The time kept getting pushed out until finally I was going to cancel. It said it would still charge me $8.88 if I cancelled even though it had already been an hour since I ordered and it still showed the order not prepared and was continuously pushing out.
I called to cancel. Moe’s was super nice and said they would take care of the charge. They explained though, that they never got the order. It never even went through.
Ten minutes later Moe’s called me back. The manager tried to cancel the charge to find out it it on the Uber Eats side and he could not. I need to figure out how to contact Uber Eats for a refund. He was very apologetic.
My food order was wrong. I deserve a refund from Zoe’s kitchen. The driver was great!

The update has rendered this app useless. I was able to order food from my job for pick up or delivery and apparently now they’re not delivering to my job... which is easily accessible but ok. Whatever UberEats, Yelp & Grubhub delivery here just fine!

They be getting down I’m a gold but they treat me like a bronze but they need to do better and get a customer number cause they take way to long replying back to people who has a problem.
Awful glitchy app. I have had the most horrible experiences lately because this app is garbage. My last three orders have been screwed. Restaurants have not received my orders, or even better the app tells me that places are closed and my order gets canceled only for me to end up with double food and getting double charged. Ubereats never takes accountability for themselves. I paid for Ubereats pass for nothing. I’m done.
