Ordered food last night, food got here literally complete wrong order don't even know if it was from the place we ordered. Call Customer service for them to tell me to call back in a hour or 2 to talk to someone about it.... so you want me to stare at this food for that long and have nothing be done about it? I will literally never order from uber eats again and ill will tell everyone not to. Great idea they had but they don’t have the resources to fix problems if they occur. Good luck if this happens to you.

I use this app almost daily. When I order late night I find that delivery times are the least accurate with delivery times getting pushed back further and further. Often it takes over an hour to get food that was initially quoted around 25-30 minutes. I’d like to see some way to report that I’ve been waiting far longer than initially quoted for my food to be delivered.
I pay more when you’re busy but when you’re over booked and my food takes longer you’re not on the hook to discount my purchase?
Reasons why I will never use Uber Eats again 1/5
Uber deactivated my rider account without notice, which affected my Uber Eats account.
I contacted Uber and they would not give me a specific reason why. I feel that I can't defend myself, which is very undemocratic.
Meanwhile I'm telling all my friends to get their grub dashed to their doors.
P.S. I would like to be reimbursed for all the tips I have left so far.
It’s been almost two hours and the time keeps getting delayed every 10 minutes. Still have to pay if I cancel the order.

It offers a selection at all times, and when they F up, they take care of it so they retain my business. I think they should keep on improving the service side because you can’t do anything about drivers that are going to drink your beverage before it gets to you. But at least Uber eats take care of that part with outstanding management of issues.

I have been waiting for over 3 hours for food, and after multiple canceled orders, they want to charge me $14 for a cancellation fee. I called, and same answer. Their reason: the estimated delivery is within the window we gave in the app. It is not. Plain and simple. An embarrassingly bad experience with a company who has the same problems in just about everything they do.

Took pictures of the incorrect order but Uber eats was not in a position to give back credits. I was stuck with food I couldn’t eat and I had to pay for someone else’s mistake. Postmates customer service policies are much better.
No way to cancel order that never delivered 1/5
Use DoorDash or any other app! My order was prepared by restaurant quickly, but Uber's system did not properly assign a driver to pick it up for over 30 minutes. The restaurant even called twice to confirm. I attempted to cancel the order in the app, but they force you to call Uber to cancel. I tried calling twice and got an automated message saying they are having system problems and to call back tomorrow. #goingtodeleteubereats

It was amazing! Ordered my food and the driver was here within 10 minutes. Food was still warm. Very impressed. Th one suggestion I would have is to make it known how to tip your driver. She had no idea and since I was a first time user I had no idea lucky I had cash. The restaurant didn’t give us the rice but...no big deal for me.

I placed an order for delivery that never came. The notes said the guy waited 5 min, but no phone call or bell was ever rung. And when I checked on my order status it said cancelled without refund. There is no direct way to contact anyone. Terrible customer service and a waste of money!

I wouldn’t order from this app if you have places to go. I waited 1 hr for a restaurant 3 blocks alway paid $4 delivery for food that was $3 and they talked to me like crap. On top of that they held me on the phone 20 mins stalling me out after I called to cancel the order. They told me the food had already been made yet i was on the phone with them while making it. Use door dash or grub hub I’m sure you will come out better

I can’t even use this app because it says my phone number is already registered. I got this number yesterday. Now I can’t use Uber eats because someone who had this number before had an account.

Its hard to add extra things you want because you can only select what options they put... for example I want an extra ranch for my salad but I don’t have that option!

My order has been canceled 2 times by Uber drivers. The first time was, July 13 and the second was tonight, September 23. I don’t usually write reviews but I am fed up. The first time they didn’t offer money back or a free meal. We will see this time. I’m still waiting on a call from customer service, since they don’t have a number you can call. I ordered at 5:13 and the restaurant said it had been ready since 5:45. I didn’t get a notification until 6:40 that it had been canceled. Now it’s my sons bedtime and I have a no meal! I guess I should just stick to the crockpot.

We have used Uber eats about 10 to 12 times, 10 out of 12 times they’ve either delivered it to the wrong address or their order was mixed up with someone else’s. Uber has many issues, beware.

I was a Favor user until I tried Uber Eats!!!! One hundred percent faster, WAY more options and to top it all off its significantly cheaper!!! I have now deleted my Favor app for good. I’m strictly Uber Eats from here on out!

I love the convenience for Uber eats, but it is frustrating trying to order food onto a military base. Would be nice if Uber did something like what they did with the rideshare, having an in-app selection for military access...

** update , why can’t I tip delivery drivers via the app. Usually I can tip after rating my order, but I haven’t been able to for the past 2 deliveries. I sent 2 support requests have been notified that some restaurants disable tipping .... ummm what? I was also told that I could tip cash.... ummm what?? Who carries cash ??!!!!

I was hesitant to use Uber Eats because of the negative exposure the company has had in the media recently. (I have never used Uber ride 🚗share services).
I usually use BiteSquad food delivery , but I became bored of the same restaurant options.
I downloaded UberEats and was happy to find they had different restaurant options available in my area. I used UberEats the same night I downloaded the app.

It’s unfortunate that the Uber Eats customer support center is not able to provide clear assistance. When asked to speak to a manager, was told no manager was available at the time. Not sure if there was a language barrier, but very frustrating experience.

The app itself is OK. BUT, the higher cost of food and some delivery fees (ie; McDonald’s $6.99) is ridiculous.....my $6.99 value meal from McDonald’s ended up costing $17.17 nobody on earth needs McDonald’s that bad, not even drunks. Bye Uber Eats.
LOVE THIS APP... but 5/5
I love this app, I use for personal and business. My customers love receiving surprise goodies unexpectedly from me. However I wish they would add a favorites address or address book feature so I didn’t have to input my customers address every time I want to order them something. Other than that, I use this app almost everyday! ❤️

I use uber a ton, so I was completely stoked when Uber eats came to my area. I used it a lot in the beginning, but it seems like almost every order now gets canceled by Uber eats, I’ve called the restaurants to see what has happened, and the restaurant can make my order no problem. It also seems that Uber eats doesn’t cancel the order until they said it was already picked up? How does that happen! At some point you just get sick of the issues. Maybe it will get better but I will delete it before that happens.
