This company feel it’s ok for you to receive hair in your food. They refuse to contact the restaurant for refund even sent pics of the damaged food. I am so disgusted with the horrible customer service. Will not be using them anymore.

It’s convenient when you need food delivered, but the cost is just u real. My food order is $6.50 plus tax with a $8.50 delivery fee. What??! Only worth it if there’s small delivery fees or free delivery. Total rip off now.

My health has left me stuck at home with a health aide that only makes a sandwich or soup for lunch. My Son gave me a Uber Eats card for Christmas. Obviously I’m still using it to eat at my favorite places I thought I would never get to taste again.

You are pretty much screwed if you dont get what you ordered/paid for. There is no help from uber’s side and you will just have to swallow up the cost. Essentially paying for nothing.

I used the App successfully about 5 times, then it blew up and kicked me out on my sixth order. Now it keeps telling me that my account has been disabled and to visit a non-existent website for more information. All forms of online help that I have been able to find require that I login first, but it will not accept my phone number (I assume because my account is disabled). After some effort, I did locate a phone number for a help desk, but the person who answered was completely unhelpful. She said she couldn’t help; and she repeatedly advised me to send an email, but she couldn’t tell me how to do this. The only way I have found requires a login, which I can’t do. So I attempted to open a new account with another cell-phone number and e-mail, but the system refuses to text the required code to that phone for some reason. At this point, I’m out of options. I hope that you have a better experience, if you choose to try it. It did work well before the App stopped working properly.
Uber eats is terrible(in lleida, Spain). I would give 0 stars if I could. And I will go out of my way to not recommend and say how bad it is. The app said it would take 15-25 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I wanted to cancel but I would have lost my money. After 1 hour and 30 minutes the Uber eats cancelled my order. So I had to wait all that time for nothing. Their customer service is terrible and I will give them a 1 star every day until they right their wrong. Uber eats you are terrible

When placing my order input in my home address when placing my order but i didn’t notice when I switched restaurants the app changed my delivery address to my neighbors house which I was not at when I ordered. So I was greeted by a very frustrated and annoyed driver.

I am a nurse and have our food delivered to the hospital. A man by the name of Raymond arrived to the building. Before I had reasonable time to meet him to get my food I immediately received a notification from him stating that my order was cancelled without a refund. When I disputed the order, the only response I was given was from an automated message. Will pass along to other staff members to order from different delivery service in the future when ordered food. Thanks!

My psychopath of an obese Uber Eats driver did not look at all like the picture and was driving a car when it said they would be riding a bike. Shady stuff. Then, when they arrived, they only delivered half of my order and acted as if it was the restaurant’s fault that they did not get the full order. I ordered 2 pizzas and they only left with one pizza box. That math is not that hard. So when I tell this person that, yes, I want what I paid for, they proceeded to become argumentative with me and used profanity toward me! I was literally cussed out for being upset that my order was missing! Seriously??? No customer service in sight!!! After I get refunded for my missing food, I am deleting this app and never ever using Uber Eats again!!! I’m absolutely disgusted at the way that I was treated. Especially since the delivery person looks like they have never missed a meal in their life!!!
Waited for food for 2 hours that never came and uber did nothing about it when i called. Had to fight just to get my money back and didn't even receive any type or credit or promo for my wait smh. Every time i called they said the food was coming then when i finally decided to cancel after 2 hours, they tell me the store closed awhile ago smh. Horrible, deleted instantly.

I was unable to get a refund on a purchase made because i had a recent refund at the same location. I decided to try the restaurant again since i figured, it must have been what i ordered. It turned out to be a really poor rated location and there overall food was garbage. I had images of each time the food was delivered to me and still no success in getting my refund. Not only that but the delivery person was not the one in the image. When i contacted ubereats they were unable to help. Very disappointed. Not using the app nor will i recommend to anyone. The restaurants near me all lack quality control when preparing delivery foods. Ubereats should really establish a way to ensure that costumers get the quality food they order. Not stale or soggy food. Person who ‘helped’: myticel.

Use to be a good app. Then the delivery fees got outrageous. I ordered a combo meal from McDonald’s, after the delivery fee and taxes it came up to 19.49.. The meal itself was 9.89. I use door dash now. If they lower their delivery fee it would be a good app

Drivers refuse to deliver to door consistently although zero problems with Grub Hub, Amazon Eats and other services.
Eventually I put a note requesting if a driver can’t come to door then refuse the order please.. but that didn’t work either so deleted account and app today.

I have used uber eats for quite some time. I’ve noticed that their delivery fees and booking fees have increased significantly over time. Today i placed an order with them and the wrong order was delivered. Customer service was terrible. I’ve had this happen before with other sites and they really try to make up for the inconvenience but not uber eats. I barely got an apology. In addition to getting someone else’s food delivered i now have to wait a few days to have my money credited back. I will not use them again

The reason I’m saying Uber has the worst customer service is because, THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! There’s no where you can find on their app, on their website, anywhere to get how to either call them or email them!!!! All their QNAs are foolproof, and everyone knows how. and the questions you really care about, they just don’t have those questions!!! End of the story!

For fast food restaurants the app does show the whole item listed on the menu but just 1 or 2 of the combos when there’s like 15 of them. For example I ordered little Caesar and it only showed me 2 combos when little Caesar has a ton lot.

Bait and Switch 1/5
They bait you in with appealing delivery times, then they change those times to suit their needs. I have waited over 3 hours for dinner that never came. After more than half an hour on the phone with Uber they were terribly unhelpful. They only consider themselves a booking agent and have no control over delivery times.
In short they charge a very high fee to do the same thing as Eat24, Grubhub, and doordash. With the other apps they don’t bend you over with extreme fees. Do yourself a favor, use the other apps. UberEats is garbage.
Update: After deleting the app for months, I will give them a try today. Fingers crossed.
Haha! They up their prices far higher than the store menu. Confirmed a $2.99 price on a menus item in store and $5.29 price on UberEats menu.

Need to improve gps for delivery partners, my partners always are sent 2 blocks away from my home, and I have to contact them to direct them to the correct location. Have made multiple complaints and this was never resolved.
Also, There should a confirmation of delivery location as a pop up prior to submitting order. I accidentally submitted an order to go to my work (my previous delivery location). I immediately notice once I submitted it, tried to cancel the order, but could not. Customer care would not cancel the order for me to correct it, and advised I need to contact my delivery partner to update the address. I did this via call as well as message, but my partner did not change the delivery, so my meal was not delivered. After calling support back, it took a 45 minute call and an escalation to a supervisor to get a refund. This was my final straw, I prefer grub hub from here on out.

When I am done placing my order it always says “Invaild payment method” when i check to see what’s wrong with my payment , there’s nothing wrong , it also did it to a friend of mind . Just wanted to see what is going on . I eventually just deleted the app because it was not letting me get the food I wanted .
