I ordered one place. Than waiting my order like 45min later check uber eat app the show me no time. Show me order detail. U know I put one thing. Uber eat reorder same place. I was like called restaurant canceled my order after cancel Uber eat app. Than day after call Uber eat service center. The guys only know one word
We can’t refund my money. Reason is my order 5min later canceled. I explain the service center girl. But she said no refund. I said how can I order same place and even I didn’t take first order. If you see your last order same pizza 3. How can I do that. Pls refund my money. But the guys said no. So rude so weird. This time uber just like free money.

My food gotten here cold a couple times but I be smoking it up so I don’t feel it tbh me and my Niggah’s be using it all the time tho and it’s pretty clutch for those of y’all who just want to chill and stuff
3 times in a row I’ve had issues with Uber eats!!!! I dont get WHY them or these restaurants or they drivers can’t get it right! Like do they not have access to the receipt of my order why the heck do I keep hashing stuff missing from my order so they not check to make sure or even ask the restaurant!!! Then I had a petty driver that gave up on trying to find my place, hung up on me and cancelled my delivery!!! I am ultimately over them! I’m going to door dash or post mates !! 3 times in a row I can’t believe it !!!

No resolution to complaints or messed up orders. I’m being a gluten ordering food like a fat lazy pig but I feel I’d been ripped off and want others to know, that’s all thanks for providing the service but work on it.
Rude service and wrong order 1/5
I never review places but this place is horrible. They got my order wrong and when I called, they asked me to come get it myself. I paid for delivery for a reason. They hung up on me multiple times and never sent my order. I’m Ubereats does not respond quickly either to make the situation worse.I never got my food Use Grubhub!
Don’t always drop off 2/5
This is a really good service. What I don’t understand is why they don’t drop the food off if no one answers the door. It’s been paid for. Doesn’t make sense that they take it home.
Uber eats is a criminal organization 1/5
Uber eats will refuse to refund you if you ask for a refund a certain amount of times. They will not do any investigation, even to look and see that their delivery driver marked your order delivered when they were 3 blocks away from your apartment and never called you or had you contact them, even if you ordered the exact same thing immediately after reporting that your food was not delivered by the driver. They just flat out refuse to refund you even if you never received the food you ordered. This is called stealing by those familiar with the English lexicon. There are many other apps that serve uber eats function and I've never had a single problem with any of them especially a problem where they hire criminals that steal your food and then get paid for stealing it. I suggest everyone use an alternative app to this one run by sociopathic criminals

What happened to all the restaurants? 1/5
I used to love Uber. But for the past few months, the only options that show up for me at any given time during the day are McDonald’s and pizza. I live downtown Nashville, Tennessee so I have no idea why 90 percent of the food options are no longer showing up. Thought it was just a fluke, but I am in downtown Knoxville for work, and the only thing showing up at 9:45 pm at is Mcdonalds. I’ve been forced into using Postmates and grub hub, whereas I didn’t even have accounts with them before. Really disappointing.
Crashes when asking for help 1/5
I just got an order that was missing key items. Can’t get help because every time I click on help it crashes. Tried rebooting and reinstalling. Still crashes. New version is buggy as hell! And I don’t get to eat tonight.
No way to contact 2/5
There is no way to contact ubereats once you’ve placed an order and it hasn’t been picked up, even if it’s been over an hour. It’s pretty annoying that I can’t cancel the order without incurring the fees, even though the cancellation would be because no one picked up the order in over an hour. Unereats has some pre-defined “ issues” on its app with pre-typed responses.
Uber driver sat in parking lot with food for 25 min 1/5
First the Uber driver told me he was stuck in traffic at 9pm.. like does driver not realize I’m tracking my order and I can see he’s sitting in the parking lot? THEN The Uber driver sat in my parking lot for 25 min and made me come out for my food. His exact words “It’s too hard to find your apartment.” He saw me walk by his car twice. Meanwhile, I’m on the phone with Uber “customer service” and they couldn’t do anything for me because they couldn’t contact the driver. Uber wouldn’t even issue me a refund. From now on I’ll use door dash!

When you order something and the credits you had did not get applied, and you try to immediately cancel, you should be able to. Instead, I had to call support because the steps to cancel were incorrect on the app and they told me I couldn’t cancel for a refund because my order was already being processed and the delivery person already selected. So now I am being charged the full amount. The only reason I ordered food was because I had a credit to apply. Fix the errors on your app or refund your customers.

I’ve been a user eats user for a long time. But I have to say now: NEVER AGAIN. I placed my order to PF’Changs restaurant and being charged $35 for the order. Within 30 seconds after placing the order I realized that I chose the wrong item and had to cancel it right away. WITHIN 30 SECONDS. I had to reorder from the same restaurant and being charged again which is perfectly fine. I contacted uber eats costumer support to figured about my canceled order. Lady on the phone called the restaurant and 15 minutes later informed me that I’m unable to get a refund since they start preparing my food. Now I have no money back and not even the wrong food which I ordered. I’ve lost my money and didn’t get canceled items for which I actually paid just because “they start preparing the food” I couldn’t even expect that such thing is possible. I thought if you cancel the order right away it’s not gonna be a problem to get a refund or at least partial refund, at least something... I am not a person who would write nasty and long reviews and I don’t like to do it. But in this case I have to, because I’ve never bred as much disappointed as I am right now!

WARNING! UberEats is a joke and they take your money!!!!!! After several calls with their support team I was unable to get a refund for an order I had placed that was cancelled. Reason for this cancellation was that the time limit was expired. Upon the food arriving I checked my app waiting for the car to show up and it did but was in the wrong place. I tried calling the driver to tell them directions and the phone number was disconnected which I don’t think is appropriate for that line of work. I then texted the driver directions and he did nothing. I watched as the car stayed parked and the driver waited out the time frame. When I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything because the receipt had showed that the driver followed the guidelines when in fact was not the case. The driver did not attempt to give me a call or contact me and was ignoring my messages. I do not recommend using UberEats if you’d like to have a nice meal in.

I’m an Uber Eats Driver 4/5
So I’ve read some reviews here as well as talked to customers I’ve delivered to. This review is mostly just about advocating for the ability for the customer to leave notes about their order specifically for the restaurant. I realize that If this is already a feature I wouldn’t necessarily know, but it seems that most people when trying to get a few extra sauces or napkins or straws or whatever, they send the message to me, the driver, who wouldn’t see the note until they slide to confirm they received the food and had specifically looked for the note. It’s not the first thing the driver sees when they accept the Eats request or confirm they are now starting delivery .
Rather than change how the system works on the driver side, it seems like the customer needs a more obvious way to add notes about their order for the restaurant. The way it works now makes me feel like I’m failing as a delivery driver if I slide to say I’ve started a delivery early to see if the customer left any important notes about their order. I shouldn’t have to do that.

The restaurant want to refund me and Uber eat will not refund me- and making me pay the delivery and service fee for delivery and service they did not provide.

whatever you do, do NOT order uber eats in Italy. I waited 2 hours and had to cancel my order then decided to order from somewhere else and the driver canceled the order after another hour after it said he was on the way!!!!!! WORST EVER

I am beyond frustrated with this app, because of their customer service. I recently placed an order from a restaurant on this app (Friendlys) for a breakfast order. On the app it said their breakfast hours were from 8am-10pm. Immediately afterward after placing my order, I received a call from Friendlys notifying me that breakfast hours are only until 11am and they cannot make the food I order. When I cancelled the order through Uber they charged me an additional $28.00+ cancellation fee for the wasted food!!! What wasted food?!? I contacted customer service twice about it and got absolutely nowhere. Basically they said “sorry but nothing we can do” when it was their fault in the first place for listing bogus hours. Save you time and money and just go to the restaurant yourself. Trust me when I say it will save you from frustration down the line.

It’s bad enough the pricing is outrageous but they also steal money out of your bank account. They can’t get their funds in order and pull them out on time so they wait until you have little money to pull it. They have a help button but who doesn’t, they don’t respond on time or in a timely manner.
Little concern for quality of food 1/5
I have been using uber eats for over a year or so. Never had complaints until yesterday, when I was dissatisfied with the quality of a specific order and contacted customer service. My complaint, being a legitimate quality and health issue, would 100% warrant a refund had I ordered at the restaurant in person. But every person including a manager expressed little concern for my issue, ignoring my inquiries multiple times and refusing to reimburse me. Will not be using this app again unless this issue is resolved.

Don’t place an order then immediately cancel. Uber will still charge you because apparently they can accept an order immediately, but not accept a cancellation immediately. They use any excuse to keep your money. Don’t have to make you anything, don’t have to deliver anything, but the computer accepted the order so we keep your money. Nice motto...
On more than a dozen occasions, I’ve had delivery drivers say they delivered, when they’re nowhere near my home. I’m fed up with this service!

The app does not keep up with how fast the order is being processed & brought to me. their prices are also extremely higher than other food delivery apps. i called to cancel my order because the app was still processing my order & the woman i was on the phone with raised her voice at me & told me that they would not be refunding me. i told her i didnt want the food anymore, that it had taken almost an hour just to process & she lied to say someone already picked it up, when i called the store they hadnt even confirmed my order so the woman on the phone was a liar and just wanted my money. she said even if i did get my order canceled she was going to charge me for the inconvenience. HA. the hour long wait was an inconvenience. i placed another order on another app & it came in less than 15minutes. uber eats still didn’t refund my money. they are greedy & only care about their profit.
Uber eats after dark 2/5
Uber eats is pretty useful during regular hours but if you have an after hour (10pm on) craving your probably going to be waiting on your food for over an hour. I once ordered McDonald’s from a few blocks away it took about an hour and my fries where so cold I thought they where put in the fridge. How long it takes for you to get your food sometimes is absurd.
