For reasons I have yet to understand, this past week has been a nightmare with this app. I didn’t used to have a problem, but suddenly it’s like it refuses to work on my phone. It’s frustrating and inconvenient beyond words. This program needs to be fixed, because people depend on their time being recorded properly. This is very disappointing.

This app refuses to open and run correctly unless I open the app and then close it and swipe it out all the way and then re-open it
It’s to complicated and busy to work and look at. I have to get and put in a verification code almost every time I log in.

I am an employee and we use this app to clock in and out . This app is the worst and would not recommend due to the connection issues. For instance when I attempt to clock in I can’t due to the connection issues. The app is always saying loading but is never loading . I waited 2 hrs to clock in during a session and still managed to not get clock in. Had to have my assistant manually clock in!

Kronos is not consistent across platforms. It acts one way on the desktop, a different way on my tablet, and currently on my phone it doesn’t work. And even within one platform, how it works or functions isn’t always the same. One moment I have to log in one way and then another moment I have to log in a different way. Why it even logs me out to begin with I don’t know why. In a 3-week period I have had more problems and issues with clocking in and out than I have ever had. Several days in a row I clocked in late because the app wasn’t working properly on the phone. It took me that many days to realize I need to stop using the app on the phone and use it on the tablet. And just when I thought the app on the phone was fixed, I was wrong and of course I clocked out late because I then had to search through my bag for my tablet. Over 35 years of working and I NEVER had problems with my time sheet until we started using Kronos. And my co-workers are having similar issues.

It doesn’t allow me to login to the app, every time it just takes me to a blank screen. By far one of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. Something needs to be done to correct this issue, I know I am not the only one who has this problem.
After the last update, I (as well of a lot of my co-workers) am no longer receiving the security code required to log on if I’m off site. I can only log on if I am connected with my employer’s network. This has been extremely frustrating. I am no longer able to view changes to my schedule, time card, or do anything with the app unless I am physically at work.
It’s honestly annoying.

Both the UKG web and mobile app experience are weak. The navigation is not natural and the screen usage is poor.
The notifications are frustrating in that they never clear. The icon badges remain with no way to respond.
The process required to reach the comment field for leave requests is confusing and unexpected.
Worst app. Its so difficult to change password. Its not friendly and when u reset password u have so much trouble doing it. Then password expire every 90 days.wost app i ever had
This thing freezes up and locks me out. Likely driving my boss nuts with time card corrections. AAAAAGGGH!
Horrible experience, very very slow to clock in or review punches. Site crushes every day. Takes me multiple attempts to punch in or verify anything. Tech support worked in site and it worked slightly faster for about 10 minutes then back to Blank screen and waiting 15 minutes until able to clock jn
This app makes clocking in and out difficult. It makes me log in every time and If you keep the app running in the background it fails to load back up. The app needs to be updated to allow for biometrics to save the user information on our phones. This may help speed up the time spent clocking in and out

Just fix your app, for a company with the amount of money it has this should be miles ahead of where it’s at.
I really wish my company didn’t use this app to post our schedules. It feels like there is always something wrong with it. It gets frustrating having to call to ask for my schedule. We always have to delete it and redownload it, and even then that rarely works. And the fact you have to have a tenant url means waiting until I’m at work next to get that. Honestly wouldn’t recommend

Every time I open up it freezes mostly. Then I always have to enter multiple passwords. Would be great if they had a Face ID or pin. Once inside the app it is very hard to understand and use. Needs a major overhaul.

Needs iOS 15 update 2/5
App doesn’t want to open or load at all after updating to iOS 15. Really need to get an update out to fix this so people can have their work schedules and punch in/out on the app. Overall it’s not too horrible to use when it works but it’s an absolute nightmare right now trying to view my schedule, timecard, and punch in/out since the app doesn’t even want to open.

What I like about this app: it’s nice to be able to work on my schedule from home. That’s it. What I don’t like about this app: it’s very frustrating to even log into the app. My password needs to be constantly reset. So far I have not been able to use it. Let’s see if 3 RD time is a charm?

This site always has issues. You need to allow the use of FaceID. Cause have to repeatedly enter user name & password is annoying. It doesn't even let you save credentials. Since I rarely use this site because it's so hard to open I'm going to delete it. Get with the times.

Extremely buggy and not user friendly. Even computer savvy co-workers are still stumped by this PITA app, and it’s been nearly a month!

For the past week I’ve been unable to clock-in, electronically. And the app won’t let me do corrections either, so I’ve been going old school all week, with pen and paper.

NOT recommended at all. I’m wishing my workplace would go back to the previous version, which was SO much easier to use, even for a tech challenged person such as myself.

Stays on the entry screen for minutes if not longer. That was including uninstalling and reinstalling with an update.
The constant redirecting looks like it’s an excel spreadsheet that’s on a website. Not much like an app at all.
The features that are offered are absolutely phenomenal. As long as I can get the app to work.

It’s works okay for the base user. Where I feel it could be better is that it does not alert the employee about their missed punches. It notifies the next level user. Meaning Superviser about the missed entry, but the base user must go into their account to find out if there any issues with their time cards. For me, this would stop me from having to track down the employees about missed punches.
No face recognition 4/5
The app doesn’t allow for face recognition so when it kicks me out I have to look up the login information.

I’ve been using this horrible app for over a year now and it hasn’t gotten any better. I can never log in quickly. Half the time I can’t log in at all. It’s useless.
Getting verification code each time is beyond annoying
