    I don’t even know where to begin. This app is horrible… The desktop is even worse, always says my password is incorrect when i know i'm typing in the correct password. And when i go to try and chnage it it let’s me type in one box and not the next? This app is poor made and hope for a better version in the future.

    Use this app if you like wrapping yourself up in usernames and passwords. Can set your face biometric to open the app but makes you re enter the information every 30 days for personal info and every 180 days for the app it self. Just curious who out there is stealing peoples faces biometrics to get into there stuff??? Only other thought is that the app itself is not secure.

    Like the other review there are still issues at login, WiFi or data mode. This needs to be resolved and focused on. Once finally in the app it’s easy to navigate and intuitive interface. The other issue to resolve would be related the splitting paychecks between accounts at direct deposit. If you set an amount to deposit into the first account that exceeds the amount of pay it automatically defaults to pay into the second account set up as remaining balance. It should always default to the first account up to the set amount. Should be fairly easy to adjust the code to do so.

    This review is honestly more for the desktop version than the app. I can’t log in. It simply won’t allow me to type anything in. I have tried on different devices and had the same result. I tried to call tech support but for some asinine reason you have to have a “company solution code” for them to even bother to help you. So now I have to run around in circles chasing HR down to get a stupid code just so I can get this company to make their website work properly. Absolutely ridiculous. RIDICULOUS.

    My main complaint “and maybe it’s the way my employer has it set up?” Is that I have a bi weekly time card. Wish it would it keep track of ones hours weekly. So if you have overtime the first week of the cycle and don’t want or not suppose to do OT the second week you knew how many hours you had for that week at a glance instead of having to add up each day and subtract …. Also why can’t it show you your time in minutes instead of hundreds of an hour? An alarm function would be nice for that to. So you could have x minute warning to give one time to lock up or whatever before punching out

    When I needed to punch out, it asks me to enable the cookies. So I logged out but it is not logging out and so I have to shut down my phone. This happened twice already and I have been using it for two business days. Nick.s

    This is a low budget of ADP. You don’t get to see any of your stub before the date of pay. It barely works to punch in and out. According to the person that does payroll, it doesn’t record accurately of requested time off. It’s a complete bummer!

    Can never login, only see this message “having trouble communicating with servers”. The app only works when it wants to. Tried deleting/reinstalling it and nothing🙄. If I could, this review would get negative stars. If the creators would actually READ the comments, they would see this is a HUGE issue and resolve it, instead of just commenting about it. Get your app together already, would ya?

    Company has a combination of salaried and hourly. For salaried no problem. For hourly, this app is a major loss in production. Takes most people 15-20 minutes to sign in. Most just send a text to manager to manually log/punch out because they were unable to gain access. I have been asked by tech support to delete and download app so many times. Employees do not want to spend hours a week dealing with timekeeping issues. Serious mistake by our company in using UKG.

    I’ve tried 2 different WiFi networks as well as cellular, and a few forced closing and a reboot. It still can’t connect. Good thing I was just checking something and it wasn’t anything urgent. For a silly social network app, this is acceptable. For an app like this? 100% unacceptable.

    When I open this app on my IPhone I don’t get the same as on my android, I don’t have the drop down or the myself tab on the IPhone like on android, so when my job tells me I have to do something or when it’s open enrollment time I can’t do it on the iPhone or Apple tablet , I have to use my android tablet, and I was about to get rid of, glad I didn’t, this is the only problem that I have, Help

    I can count on one hand how many times in the last 6 months I have been able to open this app successfully. I receive an error message about either poor connection or I’m logged out almost every time. An app that should make life for mobile workers easier doesn’t work at all.

    I’ve been employed with a company using UKG for 6 months. Every month I try to redownload this app and login but it doesn’t work. I can log in at work on their computer and but not on ANY of my personal devices, while the entire team can clock-in, taxes, everything from their phone. IT support said it was the apostrophe in my last name (O’Dell). But I can login just fine at work? Doesn’t make sense. Would really like this app to work so I can do taxes without being physically present at work to login, and so I don’t have to wast 5 minutes and be late everyday trying to clock in to work through a chrome browser on a windows tablet(bleh) Please someone look into this thanks.

    I just started to use this application and am having problems getting paid because the app says that I am successfully punched in and that it will take a few minutes to update. The next think I know is that I missed a couple of days of pay. I learned to refresh the page, but, now, I have little to no confidence in the program. I know they will pay me, but I have to wait until the next payday for compensation. It is totally frustrating. I haven’t gotten paid correctly since I’ve started. Thanks!

    Direct deposit flow doesn’t make sense. You can add a bank account, but you can’t remove or edit accounts. The app is slow and doesn’t follow modern usability paradigms such as swipe to go back. Not really all that useful

    Any attempt to either start or end a shift entry with 12:00AM causes app to freeze & need to be reloaded. Hasn’t been an issue for 3 years but my employer arbitrarily decided rather than put in 8p-8a or other such stretch they need to end/start on corresponding days. Regardless of fact that app automatically calculates differentials etc. If this issue could be addressed I’d be greatly appreciative to the developers.

    No notifications about schedules being posted. No notifications about open/released shifts. No notifications when a shift is directly offered to you. NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. Never loads completely when first opened. CANT LOOK AT YOUR SCHEDULE FROM DESKTOP VERSION, when you are forced to go to the desktop version to do something because the app doesn’t handle all your needs. The amount of things THIS APP DOES NOT DO, absolutely outweighs the fact that I can see if they clocked me out at the right time….which you WILL NOT get a notification about.

    This is a great app… For 2005. This app is so dated, hire a UI designer to refresh it and make it more modern. No FaceID or Touch support, seriously??? Need to ability to subscribe to the calendar so on iOS it automatically adds shifts to the default iOS calendar.

    I’m able to bond with my coworkers over how much we hate that this app is a part of our lives. It has you constantly sign in, redirects you to other apps or webpages that make you sign in again or just give you a page of error information that makes sense to no one. The amount of time I spend explaining all the quirks to get this app created with load bearing duct tape to work is highly frustrating. But UKG sent some HR people cutting boards and ingredients to do a cooking webinar with their sales team so here we are. It doesn’t let you complete new user enrollment in the app and if a new user tries to log in using the app without enrolling on the web app first they get a generic error with no way at all to figure out they need to log in using a web browser. If you’re considering UKG for anything in your business I would make sure you’ve taken time to be aware of all the alternatives out there.

    not only is this a horrible program for scheduling but it's UI is so unintuitive and it makes you sign in every freaking time you open the app. it's clunky and hard to use and it doesn't make sense. also there's no ability to pick up shifts on this app because it only shows you days you are "already scheduled" as days you can pick up even though it's impossible to pick up a shift on a day you're ALREADY SCHEDULED. I cannot say enough horrible things about this godforsaken program and if my company continues to use it for a long time I'm gonna have to quit my job. UKG is ruining my life I just cannot continue to work with this awful app.

    I like that I can access my work information but half the things in the app don’t even work. For instance I am trying to change my phone number and address and when I click submit, it loads and goes back to the previous page which it should but never actually updates anything. All my old information is still there. This isn’t anything my job can help me with and the app makes it like impossible to contact any type of support. Like I don’t even know what to do right now

    Cannot even sign in because the app claims cookies in the browser are disabled. Nonsense that apps use Safari within, but the cookies in Safari are not even disabled anyway.
