You have to log in again to clock in/out on a different app. And immediately after logging in, you must return to the original app once more to click the timecard and reroute to the clock in/out button.

Does everything I need it to. Shows me paychecks, time off accruals, random employment info, MOST company policy documents, and manages all my stuff without having to do much of anything really so that’s cool.
However, the app feels… Rough. I don’t know how else to explain it. Sort of like whoever put it together only had a few weeks to bang something out to get it up and working and never did anything else.
It would be nice if there were in-app directories for contacting HR representatives overlooking my account. Maybe a page for submitting tickets for extended support. As it is now, I don’t feel like it’s very easy at all to get in touch with an HR rep.
Overall, it’s fine. No major issues. Seems to work most of the time. Just average.

Regularly fails to launch properly, has to be deleted and re-downloaded frequently, video training cannot be seen only heard . I don’t appreciate the vulnerability of this app to hackers since my personal information is in it. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

I prefer the mobile app to the website. Pretty easy to navigate. Rarely ever have any issues involving a glitch with my punch time. Time sheets are easy to read as well. Good stuff indeed.

Constant password changing and even its regularly asking for it make it incredibly inhibiting.
Face Recognition on standard iphones should be considered as a login alternative.
Otherwise, it works.

Hello, the app seems to have wonderful functions to use but they do not work. They time out, do not allow updates. Not all functions are supported. The layout does not fit mobile most times, you have to try to resize the tab and then let it go.
Needs to work on the bugs in the app.

This app consistently logs the user out, requiring re-entering usernames and passwords. For an entertainment app? Sure, annoying but ignorable. For an app used as a time clock? Unforgivable. UI frequently redirects to incorrect menus on a touchscreen phone. The hierarchical menus are also poorly organized. Ditch UKG and use a different company’s software. This one is for the dogs.
