When I initially started using the app it was great. Since the last update, having to verify the same device every single time I login is irritating. It asks to remember the device but does not. If it’s not fixed I’ll simply offload the app and stick to the paper advice.

They update it, you can’t clock in because “you are not in range” they update it again you can clock in, then they update it again you can’t clock in again. This app is terrible at it’s only purpose. I am on the company WiFi and it still can’t see that I’m in range.

My company has been asking people to utilize the phone APP to facilitate timesheet submissions. While several features work well the PTO request system seems bugged. Employees when requesting PTO full our screen and are told ‘requested time must be less than zero hours’! Obviously this needs to be fixed ASAP!

Why have a app when you really can’t do anything on there

It very frustrating when I’m trying to Long in online and the app on my apple phone isn’t working and I have two more problems with this app on my home computer. As the picture is showing on the App Store. So when I downloaded app two my phone I get all of this problems like and can’t longin my password don’t work. Must keep changing my username and passwords for it work .if there any bugs can please fix it 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The only issue I have is that I have to constantly reset my password every thirty days.

The worst application I’ve ever used. My employer has been using the app for 4 months. Out of those 4 months, I’ve only been able to use the app reliably for 2. The timesheet option works half the time and time clock function doesn’t work at all. Waiting over 2 months for a solution is ridiculous but what choice do I have.

An a manager, the app USED TO BE incredible! I could verify, correct, and approve timesheets within the app, versus having to be on my employer’s network and login into the site. The app was so much faster!! However, recent updates took away that ability. Now, when employee timesheets are clicked, a solid white screen comes up. HR opened a ticket with UltiPro and was told they were working on the problem — NOT FAST ENOUGH!! The app was such a time saver and the change in capabilities has crippled me. It’s not a user setting — it’s widespread in the application. I am frustrated to see there have been updates and “bug fixes” over the last couple of weeks, but this problem was not addressed. This is a key function. Crazy that you haven’t prioritized the problem for your customers. 🤔

- the time selection UI is so bad it is unnecessarily hard to choose a specific time.
- punch in fails almost every time or adds multiple that you have to go back and delete
Everything was fine up until this latest update. Now I can’t submit my time sheet, and I can’t clock in or out 🙄 my boss had to submit my timesheet for me which is a huge inconvenience for everyone!

Timekeeping degraded in update 2/5

Timekeeping in the new version is more tedious, and the labor metrics don’t populate correctly (system codes rather than descriptions in drop-downs, or disallowing entry altogether). Hoping this gets resolved soon, we have a large portion of our employee population that use the app exclusively. Please fix!

So I like the app for being able to view my paycheck and have no problems logging in like the others have spoken about. But I will say the one thing that you guys should add is an option of “Other” when you submit time off requests. And then write a comment to specify. I say this, because I don’t want to use my PTO every time I request a day off when I rather submit “Other” and explain that I just want that day off to be one of the regular two days we have off in a seven day work week.

The app is actually great - but the recent overhaul has been a little glitchy. I have several employees experiencing difficulty punching in/out and no one could submit their most recent timesheet through the app after the update (March 31,2019). This created a lot of frustration and delayed payroll slightly as we tried to track down missing timesheets. I work with employees that are spread out or work infrequently so the ability for them to login via the app is truly invaluable. Hoping the glitches are fixed by the next payroll cycle.

I have no control on what app my employer chooses to have us log our hours but suffice it to say that I have used these apps for quite a few years. They recently switched us to this app and I am beyond frustrated and fed up with what must be the least user friendly least intuitive payroll program ever! Terrible absolutely terrible

Your coworkers can see your info! A guy found my name and address via this app and now I have to get a restraining order. There is no privacy when using this app and the company doesn’t care. This is, by far, the worst payroll app. Can’t do anything without needing to go through Admin and they don’t know how to do anything. Can’t log in now because they “fixed” it so it’s completely useless. What a terrible company, app, tech, everything!

Though when access UltiPro from a mobile device it makes one go to the mobile site to sign in before allowing to go to the desktop site since the mobile site allow me to use, I would have thought the app would be better yet can’t get any access code to use. Here is hoping the link saved to the homepage of my phone stays for the desktop site, and deans revert to the mobile site like 4 other homepage links have done in a year.

Prior to most recent update the app was great. I looks much nicer now but I am unable to view the time I clocked in or out.

The new update no longer allows me to see my teams clock in and outs. It’s hard to approve times on the app now when I am not sure what times were actually worked. All that is displayed are the total hours.
