App helpful for purchasing tickets and scanning into park and between parks. Other than that, app is nearly USELESS!! Map is so basic it’s not much use. Wait times are best guesses and are very inaccurate. Will delete app when day is over since we won’t be back. I had extra time to write review waiting for hogwarts train for 90 min on a day they “Reduced” capacity! Wait times come up for volcano bay and both islands and universal when the app should have know we were in islands. You have to sift through all the rides to find those specific to your park. Not helpful.
Why do I keep getting error message when I try to buy tickets
Couldn’t ride anything 1/5
Spent so much money traveling across the country to not get to ride anything. I was just barely too large to ride the rides so for my whole trip I was just sitting holding bags while my 8 other friends had fun. Disney is way more accommodating and in 2021 I find it ridiculous that Universal isn’t. Probably will never come back.

I came here today and went to the wizarding world of Harry Potter and it was amazing it has Hogsmeade where you can buy Chocolate Frogs,Bertie Botts every flavor beans,Zonkos products and more.In Hogwarts you can ride Harry Potter and the forbidden journey WITCH is a VR ride with quidditch dragons and spells where your supposed to feel like your on a broomstick.Other than the rides at Hogwarts you can see talking pictures on the wall that move.Outside of Harry Potter World there is cat in the hat and Jurassic Park and some other stuff the products are high quality.I definitely recommend coming here if you haven’t already.

This app forces you to turn on location services in order to order food. There are literally zero acceptable excuses for this requirement other than Universal desperately wanting to track your location throughout your visit. Additionally, this park will take a fingerprint scan randomly upon entry even though I did not consent to biometric collection.

How do you build a brand new park (Doagon Alley) and have no accommodations for people who require wheelchairs and scooters?? They can’t take them in and are supposed to stand in line for hours?? Step it up, Universal.

I spent the whole day at UO on their park’s WiFi and the app resets every time I open by phone back up. It’s seen that since the last update, the app times out.
It kept changing my state to one. Multiple times.

I had food on boundy fast food and they apply the discount and the attention of the person on the door was on very bad mood, the food is too expensive. The food had very little taste.

I went to universal and it was the best place in the world. I would go there 100 times and I would still not be bored of that place. I’m really sad that I had to come back home from Florida Orlando and universal, but it was the best experience ever! This app helped a lot to know where we were and where we next wanted to be as well!

Great idea but incredibly difficult to use. First, every time you change screens it defaults to the title screen when you came back and have to wait. Second, if you’re going to use the app for payment or scanning into lockers, you have to go through numerous screens to pull up your data. Coupled with the default back to the title screen while it loads can make for some uncomfortable waits while people and waiting behind you. The maps are hard to navigate and really find anything. The virtual passes are a great concept but today 4/19 in the park only 2 rides are represented. One is Hagrids and unavailable from the moment we arrived at the parks opening. The second was Jimmy Fallons ride which worked great. No others available. Bottom line, you’re held captive to use this app and they just need to work on the UX and make it really usable. Put it back into the oven and finish what you started.

Why can we only enjoy a ride IF we can find a spot (which is near Impossible) via the virtual line app when we are actually in the park.

Went to 3 restaurants about 15 minutes before closing and they we all shut down. All the workers were ready to go, just trying to enjoy our limited time at the park. 🤷♂️

Hi I’m 11 and went for my birthday, generally a good app. It even has a map and will track you around the park! But a few small flaws are there and I would like to name them.
Yes, the app doesn’t make you sign in it pushes you and pushes you, and the app is pretty glitchy sometimes. But otherwise great job!!!!

Horrible costumer service 1/5
Really bad costumer service. Spend 50 minutes on a guest service line at the entrance of Island of Adventure, where we only had 10 people ahead of us, not possible. I was also calling at the same tome to see of I could resolve the issue, never had an answer.

The app is extremely frustrating to use and appears to have bugs in every function. When updating my home address it says that it was updated successfully but it never actually makes the changes. I’m actually not able to update my address to make sure the correct one is file. I had a similar experience with updating my card payment info although after 5 attempts it finally went thru. I didn’t change any info each time I tried. It just didn’t want to accept the changes until the 5th try. The most frustrating part tho is I’m Florida resident purchasing tickets at the resident rate. My billing address IS a Florida address however every time I go to purchase the tickets it gives me an error that says my billing address must be a Florida address to qualify for the resident rate... I’ve now been on hold for 1 hour and still waiting just so I can buy tickets. I should have been able to do this in 5 minutes in the app. Please use more of your abundant resources to create a better user experience. It’s the least you can do.

Try adding tickets I purchased into my wallet in the app and every time I get a generic error and no details or options to fix this. Cant get help with the app support and the sit never loads.

you spend money to get in money for pictures and 2 dollars still every ride. However the lines are so long that you will maybe ride 7 rides. 500 dollars later you can't get the pics you paid for without doing all this extra stuff and only got a minimal amount of rides. Not worth the amount that is you spend. Never coming back, it is all hype, don't fall for it.

Would give 5 stars but for the fact you can’t remove old tickets, express passes and dining plans so I have 3 years worth of stuff I have to shuffle through every time I go to be able to find the current one. PLEASE LET IT REMOVE OLD STUFF!!!

Should have explained virtual thing at guest services when we checked in. Long long lines even with fast pass. This has not been very fun for my family and my boys. Wasted a lot of my first of two days here. 👎
....Got universal app and used virtual pass system and only got offered jimmy fallon ride at 8:00 am each morning. I luckily checked at 6:45 the next morning and got Hagrid’s motorcycle ride. Otherwise I spent my entire time attached to my phone desperately hoping to get into a virtual line. I was hoping to detach from my electronics not be forced to sit on the curb with thousands of other parents trying to get their kids on the “good rides”.
I Spent a lot of money on season passes and fast passes for 6 people and still couldn’t get on a number of rides. When we got to the virtual line at our appointed time, it was still a 2 hour wait in the line

Way too many people. Most rides are at capacity and some rides are not working. Very frustrating to spend so much money to stand in line for so long or not be able to go on rides because they are at capacity.
4 days no Hagrids 1/5
So we got a 4 day 3 park pass. We are leaving tomorrow and my grands are very sad they are not going to be able to ride the 1 ride they came for Hagrids. This is ridiculous
