When the app works, it’s good. But I just tried purchasing tickets via the app, and it gave the most ambiguous error messages, and failed on me twice. When I finally got the confirmation page, it didn’t even fit on the screen. Please do more QA to make sure your app works. If I’m having this much trouble trying to give you my money, you’re probably leaving tons of money on the table to people who are less persistent than I am.

Tried to use this to get a map of Harry Potter World. There’s no way to zoom in close enough on the park for details. You can’t filter by just individual park—only by Island of Adventure/Volcano Bay/Studio. Does have menus and showtimes which is good.

My husband and I really used to like this park. I no longer do. I looked at the ride guide online and saw that many of the rides showed a wheelchair and did not picture a wheelchair going to walking. (Meaning you have to get out of the wheelchair) My son has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and fell and broke his leg in May. He did this by standing and attempting to go to the bathroom. That leg is 50% healed. Also after getting off the train to go to Islands of adventure when we got to the elevator the employee motioned for us to keep walking. We did only to come to a STAIR case. How was my son suppose to get DOWN? We go back to the elevator line to be told there are 2 people ahead of us. When we had just been there a couple of minutes ago. I told the lady you sent us down to the end. I was upset! She said I wish there were signs. Then a couple of minutes later she came up to us to say if you go to guest services you could tell them we need signs. REALLY. I was beyond angry. I couldn’t even talk to her because it would not have ended well. We will not be coming back and I would not recommend this app ark to anyone in a motorized wheelchair. The labeling on the rides is misleading.

I love this app because it gives information about halloween horror nights and more! It also gives information about rides and if they’re closed for maintenance or not. Can’t wait to go in January! Hopefully none of the rides or closed! Or no bad weather!

Love the app. Only thing I don’t like is that you cannot remove past linked park tickets and room keys. If it’s possible, it’s definitely not intuitive enough. Please fix this.

You’ll need 3 weeks of training to mobile order. The process of adding your credit card is very unintuitive.

Dining places should show a kid’s menu if it has one.
Also, where can you get a grilled cheese sandwich? It’s one of my grandson’s food groups.
Overall, provide a clearer information block on type of food and general cost.
The map is difficult to view and slow to update. Wait times are questionably measured. Info about early admission is not adequate to inform those waiting to enter “early”

Completely unable to use the app for more than ten seconds. Wait times works better. Disney was a battery hog but at least it can function.

Save your time and money and go to another park. The wait times on the app would say 45 minutes on one ride we waited 62 minutes for it. People with the express pass would come and get on first and you end up spending your whole day in line. We went to Disney and the wait times were either right on or shorter then what the app report. Also to do the parent swap you have to wait in the 60 minutes line instead of getting the card at Disney. His park is not for families with little kids. But Harry Potter world was amazing.

In this app you have to choose the park and you can’t see other parks near by to have idea where what is. Also there aren’t signs where what is located for everything there. Disney app is way more informative.

Always the best. Can help with anything you can probably think of. From where you parked, where to eat, from the wait time. You can also purchase food now I believe. This app just keeps getting better and better
The app itself is fine. However after recently looking at my battery life on my iPhone for the last 7 Days, 87 HOURS had been used in background activity. Hoping this is a glitch, however all my Settings have been changed because of this much background usage. Hoping it can be fixed as I’m sure others are experiencing it as well.

App auto dims 2/5
When at Halloween Horror Nights, I was trying to use my Express Pass in my app wallet. Even with my brightness turned up all the way, it would auto-dim when I tried to have the ticket scanned. I’d disabled any iPhone features that could have caused the issue. It must be a bug in the app. Incredibly frustrating. The app works well outside of that.

Extremely impressed with the development of Universal Orlando! I went as a teenager every few years and loved it. My wife and I (28 years old) decided to make a trip to Orlando for a couple of days and stayed at one of the on-site hotels. It was amazing, having both the relaxed, hang by the pool & drink resort style vacation with the adventure & entertainment style vacation. City walk had all the great restaurants and bars we enjoy. The entire experience only gets better every time we go, and they continue to add attractions in entertainment.

Once you scan your ticket, it does not show up in your wallet. App says to go to guest services. After waiting in line, guest services, they tell you they can not help with the app. I have used it in the past. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
