Lines too long, rides too short, costs too much 1/5
Just like the title says.
Ther was a hole in the front of the van from Orlando international airport. And I can’t look out the window that doesn’t open.
Must have! 5/5
I was so happy I downloaded the app before my trip! I remember going as a kid and struggling with folding and unfolding giant paper maps, the gps was amazing and knowing wait times made it so easy to plan our day. I do wish that you could book their hotels through the app though!! All other major resorts have some sort of booking app, universal needs to catch up!
Worst app ever 1/5
The database is hideous written, camera has issue in adjusting focus. The app is not even self-explanatory.
Can’t buy ticket 1/5

App doesn’t work
My favorite theme park! Can’t wait for Halloween Horror Nights 5/5
Focus on user experience 3/5
Really difficult To navigate back and forth between parks.
Most amazing place
❤️all the way from saudiarabia 🇸🇦
Employees great 4/5
Happiest employees ever, except for 3 broomsticks... they were miserable and it showed. The only problem is your maps are HORRID. You should rethink that completely
Bought tickets but the shopping cart remains empty. Seriously!!!!!’n

Wonderful experience and staff are exceptional!!!
The trip I’m on is amazing! The hotels, rides and many other things are awesome! I like how you can walk right outside and get on the buses! Amazing! The UOAP Power Pass is great because you don’t have to wait in those 30 minute lines ‘
Very bad 5/5

Ii love this app it’s so helpfull
This the best great food terefic ever 5/5
Never coming back : ( 1/5
Thanks for messing up our hotel room reservation and losing our king suite to give us two queen beds and not being able to compensate the $80/night over charge difference.....(despite booking room on your Universal Website directly) and following it up with half the rides being closed because it’s “too cold”. This will be last time we ever come to Universal, couldn’t be more unhappy with this trip.
Have to keep logging in, 1/5
Truly a bad app in regards to convenience. We put our digital tickets on the app and it keeps logging us off.
Best Ever 5/5

Fall Break 2019. I was blessed to take my 5 year old Grandson for 3 days to Universal, just he and I.
There are no words to describe what an amazing time we had! We had early park access, because we stayed on property, don’t let your kids see the pools before your first park day they won’t want to go to the parks lol. Universal did close a little earlier than normal due to the Halloween event, he wasn’t old enough to attend.
The pools at the hotels were warm even though there was an evening chill. You can use different hotel pools. We went to all the different ones.
We bought the fast passes for Friday and Saturday but didn’t need them on Thursday.
The characters were amazing Optimus Prime OMG! The real dinosaurs. So many more...
London at Harry Potter. So Realistic.
He was a hair too short to ride any ride at Harry Potter rides, except the giant bird roller coaster.
I’ve forgotten the name at this moment. We ride that 6 times.
The water park and Volcano, WOW! if your kiddos are swimmers was the bomb. Take your stuff back to the hotel (the lockers are 18 dollars) make sure you have something to water proof it, if you bring a phone.
We NEVER left, stopped eating out, and just ate pizza, cereal, and walking food after the first night at the hotel and swam till 10 o’clock.
If you rent a car use hertz, you can return it at the resorts and they’ll take your baggage to the airport when you leave. They charge daily to park. You can shuttle, it’s a 15 minute ride from the airport. The concierge treat you like they know you. If you stay at adventura, go to top floor no one told us that he was allowed up there. It was a bar, but when we figured it out, there’s a view of the volcano that’s an unbelievable photo op. You can’t miss this.
I learned something’s not to do and somethings we didn’t get too. Next time my second Grand will be old enough. I’ll learn more.
Definitely more for kids who are into Marvel super hero’s and dinosaurs Harry Potter etc. They do have a big Dr Sues area and minion adventures and rides.
They have No princesses, no Mickey etc walking around like Disney does. I thought we’d have to do a Disney day but we didn’t even cover universal in 3 days I wasn’t even aware three parks existed there.
We went on unplanned spur of the moment. We will be back this year, It was unbelievable!
He may not remember it for the rest of his life, but his Grandmother aka Shuggie will NEVER forget it. Thank you Universal Studios.
I love this park 5/5
I wanna go back so baddddd 😭😭😭
Not liking app 2/5
It’s not user friendly. Hard to navigate and find things. The map is not interactive to link shows. Something should be coming up saying show times for fireworks and light show.
Best Day at an Amusement Park EVER! 5/5
By Mimi from North Carolina
Simply the best. Other parks can learn from you. You move people through the lines the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Great time!
Awesome Adventure 5/5
By Hurricane Reece
The best get away ever!
Diagon Alley Dad 5/5
Visually stunning, exceptional ride quality, and awesome fun! As a season pass holder, every visit feels like the first time! It is difficult to find a favorite but the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is fantastic!
App is slow 1/5
App is slow and won’t email me a new password when I try to reset my password
Super glitchy 2/5
The app is super glitchy and frustrating to use because of the glitches
Great day at Universal -line for Hagrid ride too long 4/5
We only had one Disappointment - Hagrid’s ride never had a line under 90 minutes (and up to 4 hours!), so we didn’t get to experience it. We only had one day to do two parks and spent well over $1K for 3 of us - we couldn’t afford to give up that much of our day for one ride.
Very easy to use

It’s the best place to see the wait times and other thing’s
Unclear if 2nd ticket will go to right person 3/5
Unclear how 2nd ticket gets to right person. Only asks for name. It turns out you can NOT send a ticket to another person you are going with. Looks like the only ways to do it is to have everyone in your group logged into the same account — then everyone has all the tickets. Or buy each ticket individually on each account
Wait times way off 3/5
The wait times are way off. It says 10 min we waited 45 min and 30 min for one that said 5 min wait. And most of them what ever time said you could add 15 to 30 mins at least
Not so magical. 1/5
Disappointed that the Magical Creature ride is broken. The only reason we came today... Also. Don’t load your credit card to the app. Tried three places and they all have said the were not trained to accepted it.
Harry Potter 3/5
Disappointed we waited an hour in line for Harry Potter not knowing the ride closed down. No announcements.we finally left.
Too crowded 3/5
Letting to many people in the park
The app is soooo useful
Virtual Pass? 3/5
Twice the virtual pass was a pain in the fanny to pull up at the critical moment! Additionally, universal staff weren’t helpful in the navigation assistance either.
Frustrated season pass holder 4/5
Have season passes but our favorite rides always have too long wait time or don’t have fast pass. I feel like I’m throwing money out the window and thinking twice about keeping the passes. I feel your season pass holders are your greatest asset because it is residual monthly profit for your company and there should be better benefits for us. There really should be some solution for the long wait times. After standing in line for one-two hours for a less than five minute ride is outrageous we’re tired after that and don’t even feel like walking around to enjoy the rest of the park. I am considering getting passes to a different park possibly Disney.
Tourist Trap? 3/5
Everything in the park is very well done and enjoyable, if you can afford it in time and money. Two days after Christmas is evidently not the best time to be here. Although, there were quite a few of us willing to lay down the scratch for the opportunity to ride three rides. Yes, you read that right. Wait times, some as long as three hours, which if you do the math equals standing in queues for 75 percent of a twelve hour day at the park. Now, when you consider the way pricing per ticket is communicated, you are left in dismay after leaving the ticket booth at 10:00 a. m. because you can’t understand why the web app dangled the figure of $119 in front of you, but your receipt made your jaw drop after being charged $139 per ticket. Looking closely you discover they use the phrase “from $119” for adults. Well, the ‘from’ means if you arrive at 6:00p.m. They charge you $119, and if what I wrote above sinks in, that means you may get to ride one of the most popular rides before you leave.
Now about your feet, there are by no means enough seats in the park to get off your feet, so count on only sitting down when you eat at a food vendor.
The food pricing is tolerable maybe if you are a three income family. To be fair the food was of decent quality.
If you are counting on going home with a souvenir, the shops are at the ready to relieve you of the rest of what you saved for your visit to the park. I saw collectibles priced at hundreds of dollars right down to the ball point pens you give out as favors at a trade fair priced at $4.95 each just because they bore the ‘Universal Studios’ logo. That’s right, the pens you can buy from a catalogue with “your name here,” in bulk for about one penny each. Next time I go (after my rich uncle dies), I will order some of those one cent pens with the Universal logo on and hand them out to folks leaving without souvenirs so they can remember at least a bit of charity from someone from the day they used up their savings just to stand with the rest of the herd waiting to ride a two minute ride.
Can’t link existing reservation 1/5
The unfortunate thing with this app is that you can not link existing reservations to the app. All you can see are the ones purchased in the app.
Big and beautiful Castle 5/5
My family big dream come true.
Thank you for the amazing time
Waiting at the bike cue... a 180 min waits is now almost 300min
What more you want me to say?
Incorrect wait times 2/5
By samhdn d
When I was at Universal I would check my app and it said 60 mins but then when I got there it would say 180 mins and before anyone says “it probably just went up” it didn’t because I would ask the cast members “The line used to be at 60 mins, what happened?” they would respond with “It was never at 60 mins”. I put two stars because sometimes it is correct.
Terrible app - not sure how it has 4.8 rating 1/5
Has trouble scanning printed tickets and was able to scan the ticket from a different phone screen but keep getting an error trying to link. Doesn't give the option to type the ticket number but only scan. Skipped that step and wanted to add a credit card number and same issue - no typing allowed but only scan - what kinda bs is that? Scans the card number but not the expiration or CVV number and no option to select it. So far terrible experience and can only surmise it's going to be a useless app as we go through the park.
Best park 5/5
This by far the best park. I had a lot of fun here.
Long lines 1/5
This is too much to stay in long lines. We have so much technology to make more rides or make lines go faster. And why is express more expensive than the normal ticket? Please decrease prices and lines for the costumers pleasure. Almost 8 hours is just waiting in lines.
iPad App Please! 2/5
I still can’t believe there is no iPad app. Disney has had one for years, which is probably why we spend more money there, because it’s easier to organize the trips before we go. This is really low hanging fruit, and you’re missing out on a great opportunity to display your parks to guests.
App not showing my ticket 1/5
By ATL MQ
The app not showing my ticket that I use before & had to stand in line for gust services for 53 minutes & another 20 minutes for them to fix the issue .wasting the whole family time .
Not easy to get what you want 1/5
Map should be easily accessible
