I am amazed at how easy this was to install! I have chosen others in the past for other TVs with much slower results. This time I looked before how many times it has been installed. That being said let that help you make your decision on any App. (VIZEO 2022 Smart TV).

I used the app cause I was bored and I needed to use my tv, I lost the remote’s battery’s and didn’t have any spear.
So I used the app, it connected to the living room Tv, but not my bedroom? It connected yet it didn’t do anything to the screen, when I had the remote for my bedroom tv it worked, but the app didn’t? The app overall is super amazing!

I like this app but there are several concerns:
The “center” enter button does not work once a channel has been selected using the up/down arrows, requiting the user to go to the touchpad and use the mouse cursor to select the channel.
When the tv is turned off using the app, the app, you cannot turn the tv back on using the app. It appears the app is dropping the connection and it endlessly spirals while trying to connect to the “disconnected device” - requiring the user to have to turn on the tv manually using the power button on the tv. Once the tv powers on, the app reconnects.

App doesn’t help you at all if your trying to use it as a way to control your tv. The power button on my actual remote works but the app’s power button does nothing.

No enter key for keyboard!!!! 1/5

There is NO enter key on the keyboard to enable you to enter a username and then go to the password to enter it. Worthless. Only tired it because Sony requires a device keyboard now in their version of Android and I needed to enter a view account as I changed passwords.

$24 per month. I can buy 3 remote controls for $20 online. They need to reduce their price. Maybe they want you to forget to unsubscribe after the trial period ends. They are a little bit of scammers.

If these types of apps would give you a real free trial, it’d make a big difference. Don’t give me a 3days to a week. You know how many time I use these types of apps? Once every few months. I guarantee more people would spend the money if it were a one time purchase. Sad how there’s no reliable apps these days. For this instance in particular, I bought a new remote for 2$ online. Don’t waste your time and money.

Really terrible, it was a life saver at first but now I’m having a hard time reconnecting to my tv. It’s not like I use it for multiple different devices. I’ve only connected to one tv.

I lost my remote and i was looking for a good remote to replace so i can use my tv and i saw this app and im so mad at my self that i downloaded it just to use the REMOTE I NEED TO PAY $26/MONTH!!?!!?!! if i want to connect i need to pay this app is just pay pay pay if your someone who would like to spend their lifsavings on a remote app download it but im just going to buy a 2nd remote at target rather than THIS APP!!!! cant people make like a free remote app or something anyways i have better things to do than pay pay pay and stress stress stress so take my advice and make it free or cheaper HOPE this was usefull to you CHAO!!!

Canceled my free trial & deleted the app yet it’s STILL trying to take my money. This is after I had to get a refund because I had no intention on renewing my subscription for this app. It has got to the point where its messing up my iTunes' account due to the consistent declined charge. Please save your trouble with this app, worst mistake I ever made was giving it my card information.

I downloaded the app because my remote went down and the only way to allow the app to be used on your tv… is by access from the tv remote?? Very confused, if I had my remote, why would I need this app??? So now I’m tryin to delete the subscription before I get charged after this “free trial” and there is nowhere to do so..
