Logging me out 1/5
I was in the process of unsubscribing from all of my gmail spam, when a message popped up and said that i needed to reauthenticate my account? When i was already automatically logged in, then, i tried signing in again with my same gmail account over and over again, and it says failed, we have encountered an unexpected error reauthenticating your account? Has anyone else had this issue with unroll.me?
Crap-ware on an iPad 1/5
Probably a great capability on other platforms, but not on my iPad.
1. Freezes when you try to log in
2. Does nothing when you try to opt out of selling your personal data (the link does not respond)
3. Only displays horizontally, as if you were reading on a cellphone, so it doesn’t appear to be useful with the attached keyboard (which is how I use my iPad most often).
4. Dialogue box at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page displays a button to download the app, even though I’ve already downloaded. Trying to “X” out of the box does nothing.
I used to like this app until 3/5
I liked this app and it did well for a while. Then lots of spam started getting thru. So I changed my email password. Whoa! Big mistake! I was willing to let Unroll.me know my new password but no! They want to own you. They want to dictate your password and only allow you to use their 16 digit random passwords if you want to use their app. Which wasn’t Working SO GREAT ANYWAY!
So i tried then couldn’t access email on my home computer or work computer! I fixed that but still no unroll me app. And ThEy STILL aren’t helping me. Their pages dont work well, their instructions are hard to understand, and they offer practically ZERO help!!!

Yet another glitch 3/5
I regularly update my review, mostly to point out new problems with the app. If it wasn’t so helpful I would get frustrated and just delete it. I have a permanent indicator for 3 new emails. Nothing I do will eliminate it. I’ve logged out. Deleted the app. Rebooted the phone. Reinstalled. Logged in again. Everything else is fine. Just can’t get rid of that 3.

Screen Cuts Off - Cannot Log In 1/5
The main screen to login cuts off and no ability to scroll so cannot even login. Using the website which is great but the App is not working .

It doesn’t actually unsubscribe you from anything. The day after you unsubscribe you would just get an email from the same site.

I used this app for the last 3+ years and loved it. However, with the last fix and ‘2 step verification’ it has completely screwed this app up for me. I can’t even open it to go in on the app and forget about it working in my email! I can’t even open this app to read my emails I sent there!
Until this bug gets worked out I wouldn’t waste my time with this app!

kind of upset because it doesn’t support apple icloud but is on the store for ios :( my icloud account is flooded with colleges even though i’ve already been in school for years. i hope to see it update to support icloud.....

Persistent Badge Bug 1/5
I updated my emails 3x and still the badge persists...indicating that I need to take action. When I go into the app it’s as if I never set preferences for the emails I just made decisions about. Please fix this ASAP! Huge waste of time.
Frustrating from the start 1/5
I just wanted to sign up using my existing email account. I had to turn on 2 step verification to continue which is fine. The problem is that I couldn’t get passed that. It’s such a simple idea, turn on a setting and continue but no matter how many times I tried the app would not move forward. I didn’t even get to use the app because I got frustrated. Don’t care anymore.
Used to LOVE until it stopped working... 2/5
I used to love this app. I’ve used it for years. However within the last few weeks it stopped working. I do not get any unroll.me emails daily anymore and I’ve written about six times to support to find out how to get it to start working again and no one has responded. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I really wish someone would reach out to me so this can be resolved. I hate getting 100’s of emails a day now when I successfully unsubscribe to them or rolled them up for years. I really would appreciate a response. Thank you
Great app but..... 4/5
I’ve been using for a few months and love it. The one thing that’s missing is an iPad version. I want to be able to scroll through my roll up on iPad but it’s no larger than my iPhone. Not very pleasing when I’m trying to read.
Confusing to use. Far too many steps to connect with multiple email addresses! Kept getting g error that password I cord t when it was the password generated by the app!

I absolutely love this app. It makes life so much easier. It stopped working about three weeks ago with AOL. In the past customer support has been fabulous. But I am now reached out several times and have had no response. Please fix it so I can come back and be a happy customer again. When it works it is absolutely fabulous!!

I loved unroll me. I used it for years. Now, recently (handful of months), I can’t connect my inbox. I login, accept, login, try to generate a passcode (which never loads), and then it tells me “sorry, unable to connect.” And then delete the app and I try again because I know it works really well, but it’s just one big circle of not being able to connect. I’ve emailed for support with no response. It’s infuriating. Have you stopped supporting yahoo inboxes??
Targeted advertisement 1/5
While this app may initially block some junk email, I was quickly overwhelmed by a new wave of junk mail I have never received before.
What tipped me off was I started receiving advertising about being approved for a loan... the approval amount just happened to be the exact amount I had recently taken out of a 401k loan, which was sent to the same account. This app reads your mail and delivers targeted advertising to you. Focused attention while you “unsubscribe” in their app is high dollar advertising space... and it even feels good because you think your blocking it. But it never stops. Always a fresh batch.
Again, not only does this app not do what it says, but it floods you with additional spam for you to block as it advertises to you. All while taking your data and reading your personal email for its database to sell you more advertising.

Can Not Access 1/5
I’ve tried several times to use app, but it does not scroll down to allow me to log in and trying the email logos takes me to a pages that is also stuck. I’ve used this in the past a long time ago and was satisfied with in, actually very pleased, but now, I can’t even access it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app three times. I’ll wait a month and see if it is fixed.

I’ve been using this product via internet browser on my Mac laptop and it’s great I love it. When I try to login on the app on my Apple IPhone 7plus I get to the terms agreement page and i can’t scroll to actually agree to terms and use the app, super frustrating

I highly recommend this app to anyone with a cluttered inbox. It takes the task of unsubscribing from pesky junk mail and turns it into a manageable 5 minute task.
Can’t set up on IPAD 1/5
I have been using this app for a couple years and it works very well. However, I recently changed my gmail password so had to relog in. On my iphone it was fine. On the Ipad, it doesn't give the whole screen, so I am unable to “accept” the terms of service. I tried enlarging the screen, but it still didn't work. I don't know why it suddenly changed, but if I can’t use it on the IPad it is useless to me.

No Longer Works with Yahoo Mail 1/5
I’ve had Unroll Me for years and it worked great! An update rolled out in July and now it no longer works with Yahoo Mail. I was told that the engineers are working on a fix but 6 weeks later the issue is still the same. I miss having Unroll me manage my inbox! If I can ever use it again, I’ll change my rating. Until then know that the App doesn’t work with the Yahoo platform. And no, I don’t want to change my email to a different service.

An iPhone app that no longer supports Mail!? 1/5
Thanks for nothing! I have used this app in the past until it became obsolete. Now, the developer upgraded the app to be compatible with current iOS standards but does not work with any Apple Mail Formats!
Too many problems with gmail. App insist I use chrome browser.

I followed what to do so many times on my laptop and iPhone and it did not work. The instructions for iPhone doesn’t even make sense because in your settings you can’t do what it says.

Cannot reconnect nor get an answer from support 2/5
I have had Unroll.Me for a couple of years and it worked fine. Suddenly a couple of months ago, I lost connection. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I’ve tried to check for updates. I’ve tried contacting support for help. They reply about a week or so later after I’ve submitted about 3 tickets. The last email I received from them asked me if I could explain what is happening so I did and sent a video file. Still no answer... I’m getting pretty fed up. And I can’t find another app that will do the same thing... so I’m thinking I’m just going to delete my app and get another email address since I can’t get any help whatsoever.
Stuck on Privacy Page 1/5
I normally like Unroll.Me, but as of the last update I’m unable to get past the privacy page. The screen won’t scroll down so I can’t click on the “I agree” button.

This app doesn’t work. When I initially downloaded it, it worked for about a week. Then I started getting the same amount, if not more, of spam I was getting before! Absolutely ridiculous.

Works for keeping unwanted emails out of your inbox, but if you accidentally unroll an email you need then your left with scrolling through 1000’s of records. IF you can even view them all.

I just so happened to get into my app today to look into a potential address being blocked and low & behold there were 35 NEW EMAILS JUST SITTING THERE BEING HELD UP waiting for me to do something with them and I had not received one single notification from Unroll.Me letting me know that I had ANY new emails that this app was holding onto. WHAT THE HELL GUYS — I SERIOUSLY NEED FOR YOU TO GET IT TOGETHER. It has been one massive fail after another for the past YEAR at least!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
