    New update means auto drop down to view video on every article, regardless if you want to read the article or see the video. This leaves a short window to read the story. Freezes up now. This didn’t happen before. “Home Page” has old news currently shows Barbara Bush passing away and Khloe Kardashian just giving birth. That’s crazy. And most ridiculous- NEVER new articles on the weekend. It’s like everyone there is gone. Will be deleting this app.

    Within seconds of opening an article, the entire page goes blank. It’s genuinely impossible to get through even ONE article. Don’t bother downloading!!!

    US Magazine completely left current subscribers out in the cold when switching from the old app to new one. Current subscribers are not recognized and can’t download issues for which they have already paid. There has been no communication to subscribers about the transition. CAUTION: New or prospective subscribers — let this serve as a warning about how you might be treated in the future!!

    I bought a subscription through the App Store and like everyone else can't download any issues. They were quick to take our money and now no one wants to help. Do not download this app if you're going to get the magazine go to the magazine directly and buy a digital subscription. This is incredibly irresponsible.

    I am a paid subscriber for years - their old app had issues and now this app won't recognize me as a subscriber and customer support is non existent. I'm still waiting for any sort of reply for help for something I've already paid for. Canceling my sub to usweekly now because of this.

    Dear App Developer- If the app doesn't allow readers to restore iTunes subscription purchases... you really should not have that as an option. It worked for me until the most recent issue. I'd like to have access to it.. especially since I've already paid for it..

    I am a paid subscriber but the app fails to recognize I have a subscription and I Haven't been able to download any issues for over a month. After an hour wait on the phone today with iTunes customer service (clearly I'm not the only one having issues with iTunes!) I had someone tell me I needed to "contact the app developer." Seriously?! Never paying for a subscription through iTunes again.

    The app developer (MAZ) that makes this app also did the app for Women's Health, which I ended up canceling because it was the worst app ever. Super buggy, did not sync properly, could not remove issues from my iPad, all of the bookmarking features were garbage. For the US weekly version, I can't restore my purchases. I can also imagine that the problems that plagued Women's Health will be here as well. Maybe time to re subscribe to the paper edition instead.

    It will not allow me to restore my purchases and does not recognize me as an iTunes subscriber. My old app will not work either. I have emailed customer support twice with no response. I am getting ready to cancel my subscription.
