App fails 1/5
App fails/closes every time I try to enter birthday
It also won’t download a particular day, but it downloads in VeryFitPro??
Why can’t I get the date. Thank you Arville.
It’s a good app everything is easy to use. The only problem (why it got a 3 instead of 4 star) is because sometimes the app does not sync the data or it takes forever and repeated refreshes to try and sync data. It’s very frustrating. I deleted the app and am going to reinstall see if that makes a difference. It’s a bummer cuz it’s a nice pedometer watch.

Love the app 5/5
This app is so good if you are reading this just know that it is the beta for a fit bit app this is off of the chart
Love the tracker, hate the app. 2/5
I wanted the simplest of fitness trackers- just needed to know steps, HR, the sleep thing was a nice bonus (not sure how accurate it is though). The app just WILL NOT SYNC. Even when it finally does, the next day it might not and then randomly some of the historical days disappear. So what? I have to write it down on paper? Ugh.
I like the tracker but this app is so frustrating. It doesn't automatically synch, it takes multiple attempts to get it to synch up and even after you get it synched it won't keep the data throughout the day. I just want it to update on my phone. At this rate I'm ready to pitch the tracker as just fork the money over for one I know will work properly.
Stupid app 1/5
Takes life time to sync data and every time I try to update my BOD it shutdown
Crash city in lag county 1/5
Crash after crash after crash. It’s like no one Qa’ed this. I can’t even set it up without crashing. Makes me want to get a refund and get a Fitbit just to know what I have works.
Won’t Sync! 2/5
The activity monitor itself seems great but trying to sync this app ruins it. I would be happy with this monitor and app if I could just sync it! I am buying something else...
Doesn’t do the 1 thing it’s supposed to do. Track!! 1/5
What’s the point of a fitness tracker that doesn’t track anything? If I wanted to wear a silicon band around my wrist for the hell of it, I would’ve bought a bracelet.
Great tracker but the app could use some work 4/5
By New 2Fitness tracking
Love the fitness tracker, seems to track accurately but the app takes a while to record steps. I didn’t have a big issue with the set up, it just takes a little time and reading the directions provided. I get social media notifications, text, and phone call notifications which I love! I’ve only been using it for two days, so despite it taking a while to update the steps I think it’s working great! FYI this is my first tracker. :)
My band isn’t vibrating for phone calls as of today. 4/5
Sometimes it takes a while to sink and sometimes my bike rides don’t think but for the most part I really do like it and I’m glad I got it.
But my favorite feature was my band vibrating when my phone rang and now it’s not doing that as of today for some reason. Is there a way to fix this quickly?
I lost my fit bit how to cancel 1/5
ID131 Color HR 1/5
Tracker was working well until today 5/12/19
It did not record my sleep pattern. Had until the last night of 5/11/19. The time has changed for sleep also. Color has changed. Seems very weird without. Tried looking up in booklet to try to switch back times for sleep it’s not in book!!!
I have only had this 3 weeks. I will try to send back for a refund.
Very poor syncing. Data lost. 2/5
Very disappointed with this app. It takes multiple times to get it to sync and I have had entire days of steps not recorded or only partially recorded. The tracker seems to work well...but I am not sure if syncing is app issues or flaw in the tracker. I have had a few fitbits in past and never had these kind of issues...but they also cost significantly more. I’ll probably use this for a few more months and then move to another tracker/app.
The fitness tracker is fine... 2/5
...but the app is awful. It takes forever to sync, and it doesn’t record my information. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it doesn’t make a difference. Wish I had purchased a different fitness tracker.
Nice watch but horrible app 2/5
By J Hensley
I am really enjoying this watch. However, now the app doesn’t work my steps have disappeared and the entire app is black with zeros.
I like the app very much 4/5
By Levi Hassinger
It is very hard to log in on a different device, and once you log out you have to delete and re-download the app to log back in.
Mot as good as I hoped 2/5
By Weggie Lee
Like the look & feel of the band & not too hard to get started. A few major problems have occurred in the first wee- sleep data computed one night only. Also can’t register this device. Very aggravating.
I am extremely disappointed with this app. I was happy with the look & performance of my activity tracker, but I will be returning it, since there seems to be so many issues with the app. The app does not sync well to the tracker, & I have to refresh it constantly throughout the day, trying to get it to sync. Not worth the hassle. I am returning my activity tracker to amazon & going to try out the Fitbit instead
Not very good 2/5
By Pet lover08
It had a good quality of activities to put on my watch, but it wouldn’t take the ones I didn’t want on my phone off. I also hate how long it takes to load. I would recommend, “Very Fit Pro”. To me, it’s much better.
Not so great 2/5
The gps is off, some activities I’ve logged with the watch are not showing up in the app. Which I guess it doesn’t matter bc it’s not accurate anyway. You get what you pay for, jokes on me
Failed after 6 weeks 1/5
I gave a Letsfit Fitness Tracker HR to my granddaughter last Christmas (2018). It worked fine for 6 weeks, then failed to hold a charge or show the correct date or show the correct time. Given those discrepancies, I doubt that it accurately counted steps or heart rate or sleep time. I consider the product a complete failure and waste of money.
I have tried everything to synchronize the steps/ miles into the challenges to no avail. It shows a pic of me and my goal but will not synchronize the miles / steps attained that day. 😝
Only 1 request 4/5
I love the VeryFitPlus! I find the more accurate reading when I wear it on my non-dominant wrist.
I have a calorie counting app, but none of the steps register. Or not as many. What calorie counting apps are compatible?
Not good. 1/5
I usually don’t take the time to review things, but I’m hoping this helps them to fix this app. It doesn’t track my sleep, it takes swiping down multiple times to update the info. The info is sometimes wrong (although this may be the actual bracelet’s fault.) The app is not very user friendly and some of the terminology is weird, (maybe not made in an English-speaking place.) Very disappointed.
Tracker’s Great, App Isn’t 3/5
It worked fine from 1/25/19-2/15/19. I was extremely pleased with the tracker and the way it functioned. It did what it was supposed to do, and for the money, I was sold. However, since then, I’ve experienced issues with this particular app such as statistics not showing up when I click on them for further detail due to network failures (even though I’ve checked to see if the issue was from my end, it was not), the app making me re-register because it did not recognize my email address—despite my efforts spent on registration the day I got it—and the horror that is the verification process. The verification process is extremely slow, and the 60 seconds the app provides you with to enter your code is rarely enough time because their emails arrive several minutes later, thus, rendering the entire process useless and having you retry at least three other times before the timing lines up and your verification code goes through.
I rarely write reviews and I’m generally an easy to please person. However, I’m incredibly bummed to have lost so much data that I may even consider returning the tracker and acquiring something that isn’t such a hassle to deal with—unless there are significant improvements to the functionality of the app.
This app needs work 1/5
When I first downloaded this app a couple months ago, I worked great. Now it is slow, it doesn’t remember your login info and constantly signs you out and it does save your running or workout record anymore. This app is beyond annoying and I will writing a review on Amazon where I bought the device to warn people about the app that goes with this fitness tracker.
Please add food tracking option 3/5
Basic interphase, but no option for a food log.
Hate the app 1/5
Send the watch back and save time and frustration. Email code does not come in a timely manner, tried to sign up through Facebook, times out so I’m a temp account. Only records my sleep from 11:58pm on, no matter what time I go to bed. Takes forever to load info from watch, app shows different heart rate than watch when working out. App has three different spots to set up settings. Complete waste of money for the watch if you can’t use the app. Sending back and getting something of quality. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Horrible App 2/5
It does not keep track of what my watch is saying. Especially with my heart rate and steps. The watch will read a heart of 147 while I’m working out, but, according to the app, it says my highest hr is only 119. Very frustrating when you are trying to keep track for weight loss purposes. They need to do some updating on the app to make it sync with the watch more accurately.
Works pretty good but moody about updating to phone from tracker.
Frustrating app 2/5
I have spent about 45 minutes trying to register on the app, it's very slow, and ended up not being able to register because it said network failed. I tried pairing it, so slow! Finally after an hour, it was paired. I'll give the app a day before I send it back and get a fitbit again!
I can’t get the code they sent to my email to work. Absolute crap!
This application is fine for setting up the watch but useless for tracking activity, heart rate and sleep. Data does not load reliability from the watch and previously loaded data seems to go away. I wish I had bought a watch from an established and reliable company.
Fitness tracker is great, App works like crap 2/5
I have used this app now for a while. It takes forever to sync any of the info. It takes a couple of times for me to swipe my finger down to have it re-log my steps. The challenges don’t work at all. Takes me to a black screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times. Fitness tracker works great but when the app is not working, I guess it doesn’t matter how well it works because it doesn’t record the info. Super bummed and prob will return to buy something that has better app usage!
Good... not perfect but good. 4/5

Girlfriend and I have been playing with this for a little over a week. My first impression is that it’s a good value and quite functional.
The band fits a good range of wrist sizes. I’m 6’3” 275 and have four holes left on the band end. My 5’6” girlfriend was also able to where it without issue.
The app, VeryFitPlus 2.2.3, is defiantly a selling point and is pleasant to work with. A bit clumsy and could use a bit more attention but defiantly useable. I’d give it a B-.
The device itself seems well made and has had no issue with water, bumps or sunlight. The battery life has been as described. I’ve charged it twice in 8 days for about 1.5 hours each time and still have 75% battery remaining.
My girlfriend is very sensitive to having things on her wrist and she is having a hard time wearing the band for any length of time as it seems to cause her discomfort and aching pains. I on the other hand have had almost no problem and I haven’t worn a watch or bracelet for years. I will admit to having a bit of aching in my wrist on day two of wearing the band but it only lasted twenty minutes or so and hasn’t returned. Overall I thing this size/weight is a good combo for people not overly sensitive.
The single touch button sometimes gets pushed by clothing or whatever brushes by it. Not a big deal but for me, likely, the biggest complaint. However, for my girlfriend the random vibration and screen illustration, sometimes caused by bumping the button and others by her wearing the band too loose trying to minimize her discomfort would cause both the screen and the skin-side sensors to illuminate and frustrate her. This illumination and vibration was even happening in the middle of the night. She attempted to limit the disturbance within setting but ultimately gave up before finding the right combination. If you have to wear the band so loose that it can’t accurately read your heart rate you will have problems.
Even tho the display screen is nice, it’s almost useless for me for anything other than a time piece. If you don’t plan to engage the special activities mode I might suggest looking for something even slimmer with less screen and interaction. I spend 98% of my time accessing the tracker they my iPhone.
Buggy - Should be better 3/5
When I try to register it sends an email with a verification code that is only good for 10 minutes. Problem is that the email doesn’t hit my inbox until an hour after I’ve requested it so then the code is invalid. You can still use the “trial” app without registering which is the only way I’m able to use right now.
The date formatting is European and does not appear to be customizable for U.S. which is frustrating when you are not accustomed to reading dates that way.
You CAN change the measurement settings from metric to imperial so that’s good!
The interface is nice but I was expecting more customization of colors. The sleeping graph shows your sleep States in 3 shades of blue and 2 of them are so close I can’t tell the difference. I would like to change the colors.
Overall it’s just okay and leans on the irritating side for me.
Pretty good 3/5
By Tataria Webestra
It’s pretty good it’s just that some things are hard to figure out. Like when you have to hold down the button to see more information. Also, it says you have call and text reminders but it’s only if you are right next to your phone.
Pls add id115 hr 5/5

Can’t bind phone to App 3/5
Looks like a decent application but I can’t bind my phone to the watch through this app. It specifically states in the manual to scan QR code to this app. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, still not working. I keep getting a network error.. Is the ID 131 HR color compatible with this application? I have full cell service and an iPhone X everything else works fine maybe just got a defective device. The UI seems pretty nice for this app better then others I’ve used.
Add support for 130plus HR 5/5
Title. I like the design of this app better than VeryFitPro
