Can’t open angel card :/ 2/5
When i go to angel card only the header shows. This is very inconvenient because this is where i pay my bill and view my balance.

The angel card is a huge rip off and the app is pretty much useless for most things concerning the card. They do everything that they can to stop you from canceling it. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Don’t waste your time.

I love VS but buying stuff online has not been easy! I get rewards but they don’t appear on my account avail to use. I have to enter a very long code. It’s better now but man it was so difficult I would get so frustrated and not make the purchase. And please don’t ask me to call 1-800 #! It’s pretty simple VS! More of us buy online ...fix this and Save this wonderful brand!

I had a very horrible experience using this card, the minimum payment showing in the card was 5$ and I pains extra 15$ which is 20$ total and they charge me for not paying the minimum payment and the customer service for this card is so hard to get hold of and when I do they were so rude and they don’t know what to respond they don’t even know how the card works, I don’t recommend it to any one I care they r sneaky and steal ur money if u don’t check it

The BEST way pay off and review a store credit card. If you link your Angel card to the app, you can review all your purchases, track when you’re next reward is coming, get birthday rewards, and it’s SO easy to pay off your card on the app. With the new iPhone IOS, you can link your debit account to the app and pay off the card with one click. So easy. I’ve never had a late fee.

I went to the store to get a fitting but sadly they didn’t sell larger sizes in store (I’m surprisingly a 40DDD). I then ordered my bra on a Monday and just received it on Thursday, it was suppose to come next week. Even though I payed regular shipping, it still came early! Im super happy with what I have, they make me feel so comfortable and great with my body. I just wish they had cheaper options.

I just updated the app to pay my credit card bill, which is how I always pay, and now it won’t even open. The update did the complete opposite of help. Guess you don’t want your money 🤷🏽♀️

This my 2nd Time order online from VS & I love it, I ordered some things on 2/26 & got them this morning 2/29. I love VS products, I have lotions, the mist, bags, bras & panties. And oh yeah you must hit up the clearance sale like I did , I saved myself over $100 😁, what woman wouldn’t like that. My young daughter love wearing my stuff so I order her 2 mini lotion & mist sets & she was so excited to have her own🙂. My favorites are the Heavenly lotion & Mist, Bombshell Seduction lotion & mist , Velvet Petals Lotion & Mist, Pure Addiction Lotion & Mist & So much more. Ordering from my iPhone or iPad works wonders for this loyal VS shopper, Happy Customer here always🥰

This app is just a short cut to the website. I downloaded it to pay my bill because I was under the impression I could pay my credit card bills this way but either I'm really stupid or there is no way to pay it on the app. Either way they should make it easier to figure out for bill paying. Also the fact it's just a short cut to the website makes the app feel so lazy and sometimes it's really inconvent the way it works. The company charges $50 for something that probably cost $15 to make and it comes with this garbage? Disappointing. 😒
And if you do read this DO NOT reply "you can call this number to pay your bill" FIX YOUR APP!

Frustrated and Unhappy 1/5
Placed an order on January 4th for two pairs of seamless 8/7 length solid black leggings.
I track my package for three weeks to no avail and no arrival. I contact the support on the app and they expedited another to me. So the first one never even arrived. Come the second package and I have to pick it up at FedEx since they don’t deliver to my apartment and they sent me the wrong item. They were ribbed and I hate everything ribbed. I go into the store to return them-frustrated-and the lady was very nice and got them on the phone and reordered them and expedited shipping to me-again. So again I arrive at FedEx again and open my package to, oh wait, ribbed leggings! So that’s a total of three packages all wrong and 5 weeks of waiting and taking time out of multiple days to drive around town to fix someone else’s mistake.
Not until now do they tell me it must be a website error because the leggings I ordered are only ribbed but they don’t tell you that and the ones I was shown a picture of apparently don’t exist.
Finally I tried looking around the store (not wanting them to place an order for another pair of ribbed leggings, leopard print, or with holes since those were my only options for seamless on the Victoria’s Secret side) and found all the leggings there to be loose in the waist and too tight around my ankles and/or see through. (And I’m average size, I should not be having this issue)
So finally. After 5 weeks of this ridiculousness I return everything for a refund with no compensation for my wasted time and the knowledge that I’m never buying tights-leggings- or anything like wise from V.S. again.
All the staff was kind in store but the blatant disregard for the online store being up to date is unacceptable. And the fact that all my time has been taken from me driving to and from mail carriers and the mall drives me up a wall.
Never ordering from the app again. I have better things to do with my time-like watching paint dry.

I love shopping VS but the app does not work well with my new IPad. You cannot see the entire page, it cuts off two columns on the right side of the page. I’ve tried to locate any settings but nothing addresses this issue. Regardless, I love the products!

If I could give the app zero stars, I would. This app has always been difficult to navigate. It never remembers my account information and says my newly reset password is invalid. Just to place an order is a frustrating ordeal. When I try contacting BS online customer service no one is ever available. Don’t waste your time on the app. The internet browser version from your phone or computer is the SAME as their “app.”
Do I love VS? Yes. But their app is awful and headache and frustration inducing.

I downloaded the app to receive a free panty coupon along with the hope that shopping would become easier. Did any of that happen? NO! I had $200.00 worth of stuff in my cart and VS couldn’t honor not even 1 coupon! I had 1 for 20% off a full priced item, $10 off your purchase, and the free panty. After multiple failed attempts on my own to redeem the coupons I went on a live chat. On the live chat I got such delayed responses that I lost 2 of the items in my cart and she told my that I was using the wrong app and stupid and there was no way she could apply my offers! Does she think I pulled these 15 digit codes out of my a*s? My last transaction with VS!
Bad checkout experience w/ gift card 1/5
Just got a gift card for Christmas, yay, I put it into my wallet on the VS app, very cool, then I go to check out and there's no way to just click the gift card info I've already entered as payment??? So now I have to find the freaking gift card again OR write down the number from the gift card in the app and then go back to the checkout screen. Makes me not even want to make the purchase. Bad user experience = losing money.

Honestly I think 80% of people would prefer to have the “heart it save for later” icon/page back. Made it SO much easier to save things for later without having to search for it, Also to me makes it easier to match bras and chonies. Why that ever got taken away idk but it should come back imo

I miss having a tab where I can keep track of my favourites. Sometimes I want to wait until a sale or something gets discounted or even keep track of what I have in what color to find matches easier. Since they got rid of it I’m finding myself not purchasing as often because I have to search for what I liked in the first place.

I love the store. I HATE this app with rage.
I have been trying to buy a pair of pants now for four days. FOUR DAYS. This useless app keeps changing the price higher and lower, VS deleting pants from the cart, not allowing coupon codes longer than Tolstoy novels that I get by VS email or in the mail from VS to be applied, Now locked out, now VS has deleted pants from the cart again.
This app doesn’t save likes anymore so you have to search over and over and because it deletes from the cart, over.
I could have driven to a store, tried on the pants, purchased the pants, returned the pants. But no, this app is useless, cannot even buy pants.
But oh look? EBAY has the pants. DePop has these pants. POSHMARK has the pants. In six seconds, and two clicks had I paid someone else for the VS pants I wanted. I don’t have to enter multiple codes! Free shipping! VS clearly does want me frustrated and furious but does not want my money. Infuriating. Shop what you want on another app.

This new version is very bad for the ipad tablet, it is designed for the phone, and not the application for ipad! I have to leave the application and go to the web to buy to see the products. The version I changed 2 weeks ago is a disaster! Please fix that.

I added 10+ items to my shopping cart, but when I was checking out only one item was there. I tried adding again and the same thing happened. Same thing on the website too. You lost a customer, I’ll take my money to business with easier online ordering.

The app example shows free panty with any in store or online purchase. After downloading it, it is only online. That is deceiving. You would have to make at least a $50 purchase, otherwise you would pay shipping which takes away your savings on the free panty.

This is the worst app, you can’t set up auto payments and it is confusing when you are trying to make a payment. It’s resulted in several late payments and I never have a problem with any other store.

It was so easy to organize all my top picks and favorites and then place orders from that group or have my husband open the app and he has a list of things to pick from that I already preselected. This has severely lessened how much and how often I order.

I like VS underwear but I don’t like their practices. They disable the site and app during flash sales. I have been trying for an entire HOUR to log into my account on both the app and the site and can’t log in. I’m disappointed because this is the second time it’s happened, but any other time I have no problem logging in. Also have no problem logging into any other site so I know it’s not just my internet connection. Highly disappointed.

I have been an avid buyer of products from Victoria’s Secret forever. I have many leggings, tops, bras, undies, and beauty products from them. Half my wardrobe has the VS logo somewhere on it. I do see the sizing and fabric to be a little odd with some orders, so I know quality control isn’t what it’s supposed to be. But the main reason I’m leaving a bad review is because I feel like for the amount of money and support that is shown to your company, the very least you could do for your loyal customers is have a functioning website/app. Today, I was prepared to spend over a $100 and I was unable to sign in, the app wasn’t loading properly at all, and the deals were only available for an hour. I promptly spent almost the whole hour trying to reach customer service to no avail and no purchase was made. What a shame that a company I have always enjoyed buying from has now left such a bad taste in my mouth!
I have an account & have a card yet I cannot get past the log in page & cannot browse through merchandise because the page won’t load.
