SOLD ME AN INVALID TICKET 1/5
I purchased a ticket to the suicide boys concert 3 months before the concert date. When I arrived to the event my ticket was scanned and I was told it is invalid. I spent 1 hour on the phone standing in front of the venue with vivid seats trying to figure out why my ticket won’t work. Needless to say they were sold out and I could not be compensated. I also did not get a refund. I highly recommend to not purchase ANY tickets from this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

How can you take YOUR fees from my money but you require me to wait up to 7 business days AFTER the event has happened to receive my own money?!?! This is beyond sketchy and I will never use this app to buy or sell again!

Nightmare experience with vivid. Seats didn’t arrive until 1.5 hours into event. Prob spent 2hrs on diff calls where they kept insisting tickets would be ready in next hour or so. Wouldn’t cancel my order 1hr before event. Had to buy separate tickets from StubHub to get in. Multiple people at event had said they experienced same issue with vivid. I would never trust them again.

I bought 3 tickets to a ballet, supposedly together. I was sold three tickets all apart. Almost $700. I cannot seat my 6 and 8 year olds away from each other AND from me. now I have to hope I can resell them. If I can’t, I’m totally out the money. What a scam.

I paid $500 for concert tickets on Vivid seats only to not receive the tickets and be denied a refund. Customer service was terrible. I was on the phone with them for a total of an hour and a half trying to get it figured out, only to have them tell me there’s nothing they can do and hang up. Two weeks later I was refunded the money out of the blue after being charged twice. Terrible experience. Do better.
“Buyer’s Guarantee” 1/5
On the website it says buyers guarantee and it says verbatim “your tickets will be delivered before the event even if they are last minute tickets” which is false because mine weren’t yesterday when I did purchase them last minute. I purchased three from Ticketmaster an hour after I purchased a single one from vivid seats and got those literally in a minute and was waiting an hour and a half for these and never got them. Called customer service who was NO help and wouldn’t even compensate me for the transaction. I was outside the venue for 10 minutes past start time on the phone with a rude customer service representative who would tell me to hold for 2-3 minutes but 5 separate times. While on the phone I purchased a last ticket through Ticketmaster and got it within a minute. So theres not a 100% buyers guarantee that’s false.

Know the password is right because if I enter the wrong one it tells me it’s wrong but it keep flashing the sign on screen . Shame the update made it unusable glad I didn’t buy tickets to tne flobots tomorrow on this yet. Scary
BUYERS BEWARE! Never trust Vivid Seats! 1/5
Vivid Seats says they’re 100% buyers guaranteed. But are they really?… You should think twice when buying tickets from this fraudulent company based in “Chicago” because it’s really 50% buyers guaranteed. You are at greater risk of not receiving ticket(s) to concerts or sporting events and ending up paying for nothing. One time, I bought a ticket to a New Jersey Devils game close to the ice level and I never received a ticket from a seller. I was so upset I had to contact Vivid Seats on Twitter to see if there’s a way I can get my money back. And guess what. I didn’t get my money back and they were no help at all!!! I was totally scammed and never got the ticket. Had to buy one on Ticketmaster instead. Absolute joke! I highly recommend ALL buyers out there to NOT buy tickets from Vivid Seats. They are a fraud and untrustworthy under any circumstances.
However, if you’re a wise person and still want to buy tickets on Vivid Seats, find the one that says “Instant Download.” That’s the only way you’ll know you’re guaranteed to receive a ticket in just minutes. Other than that, don’t waste your money. Buy tickets on Ticketmaster instead. They’re trustworthy and 100% buyers guaranteed.
I hope Vivid Seats files for bankruptcy and will no longer exist in the near future!

Vivid Seats is a horrible company with terrible support for buyers and sellers. As a seller you constantly have to monitor the app manually because your listing will expire often or you’ll sell your tickets but they require an additional confirmation of which you’ll never receive any notices from the app or via email from the company. Use a real ticket reselling app and company because Vivid Seats is not it.

I ordered the tickets over one month ago and I still haven’t received my tickets. When I attempted to open my tickets that I received via email an error message shows. The message states that I’m to call a help line. When I called the help line, it was the Cleveland Browns ticket office. The Cleveland Browns told me, that since I didn’t purchase the tickets through Ticketmaster there was nothing they could do. The Cleveland Browns advised that I contact Vivid Seats to get help. I called Vivid Seats and they told me that I needed to call the venue, who is the Cleveland Browns. I told Vivid Seats what the Cleveland Browns told me. Vivid Seats said that they would reach out to the original seller and have them re-email the tickets. The original seller promptly emailed me the tickets again. Unfortunate the same error message came up again. I called Vivid Seats again and they would contact the original seller again. Again I received the email and again the same error message popped up. I called Vivid seats for the third time. The Vivid seats representative said they would contact the original owner of the tickets again. I told the customer service representative that this hasn’t worked and that I wanted to speak to her supervisor. The customer service representative said I COULD NOT. I asked the service representative if the tickets could be sent to Will Call and they responded with a maybe??? I then asked for my money back and I was informed that I could only get my money back if the event was canceled. I then told the customer service representative that I would dispute my credit card charges if I didn’t receive my tickets soon. The customer service representative officered to have the original owner re-email me the tickets. I told the agent to instead email the tickets to my wife’s email. Three days have passed and the tickets still haven’t arrived.
Luckily the event isn’t for a few more weeks, but I would advise anyone who is thinking about using Vivid Seats to buy your tickets someplace else!!!!

This company is a scam. They offer no refunds when then have issues or errors (even within the 48 hour time period given from the terms and conditions). You are better off ordering directly from ticket master.

Bought a parking spot in a parking lot close to the exit for a concert and as it was close to the venue. Upon arrival, there were no spots available in the lot I paid to park in because people we tailgating and taking up numerous spots with their tents and grills (it technically wasn’t even one of the designated tailgate lots, but that’s a whole other issue). I politely asked someone to move their grill that was in the middle of a spot so I could park as there were no other open spots, and they refused. Ended up having to part 4 lots over. I was denied a refund as they said it was a “venue issue.” Why wasn’t there anyone from Vividseats monitoring? Defeated the whole purpose of paying a lot of money for a spot/parking lot that I couldn’t even park in. Absolute waste of money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Will not refund your money when they did not transfer your parking ticket at The Kia Forum to Ticketmaster. We got our concert tickets and no parking ticket attached to Ticketmaster app or website.
They kept stating that it was transferred and not able to refund. Their definitely guarantee to get KEEP your money. The worst service ever.

WORST TICKET BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD 1/5
First they make you download a random app called AXS to receive your tickets. Then they give you a estimated delivery date (which I’ve never heard any one do) now it’s one day before the concert and I still haven’t gottten my ticket and the customer service is horrible no help at all just repeating what they read off a paper. DONT BUY FROM VIVID SEATS

bought tickets for Bring me the horizon around July, the ship date says it’s October 3, ( I go to the concert the same day ) which means the tickets are gonna be delivered later than expected. Keep in mind, i don’t have a delivery date, just a ship date. I wasted $115 for these tickets and the fact that they don’t do refunds is dumb. I called them and all they said was that my tickets are gonna be delivered a day before which I doubt it. Please do not waste your money nor use vivid seats, this app is a whole scam, FYI, they say your money gets back which is not true, Vivid seats doesn’t do any refunds you just automatically get scammed and robbed. You’re better off using Ticketmaster.

I bought tickets and was and still am locked out of my account. Customer service was slow to respond and extremely rude. When I told them I felt like it was a scam they were indifferent and did nothing to help. Also - the ticket came via directly from the seller. Very sketchy. I’d stick with seat geeks or stubhub. This feels sketchier than Craigslist. Apple shouldn’t support this trash app.

Bought Morgan wallen tickets back in April, said that they were delivered. When I clicked to accept them, it took me to ticketmaster and said another email had accepted the tickets!! Horrible customer service, when I tried to resolve the problem.

Tickets purchased for a baseball which was rained out were not refunded as it was rescheduled to a different day. When attempting to have them resell my tickets they denied and when I spoke with their customer service team I was informed they wouldn’t help me and I needed to go to Stubhub or Ticketmaster. Next time I need tickets for something I will just start at one of those sites. I suggest you do as well and don’t waste your time with Vividseats.

I paid for a 3 day pass at WXPN fest. I was sent ticket for only Friday.
It’s actually pretty annoying how there is no grand total provided when attempting to purchase tickets. You’re forced to place the order blind without being given costs for fees, and are only provided the ticket’s listed price. You could be charged who knows how much and there’s nothing you can do about it. It makes zero sense. Good luck contacting customer service too, impossible.

Been 2 weeks and I haven’t received any feedback or proper reply on a more than $2000 order that came with a gift package that I haven’t received. Details on the gift package aren’t even available online so it’s probably a lie. On top of that they falsely advertised that I was buying VIP tickets in order to increase the price unfairly without further annotating that the tickets I was buying were in fact resale tickets. Covering themselves by saying that the sales are final. I wouldn’t buy from this app unless you want to get jipped out of your money. Terrible customer service and terrible communication terrible prices.

The vivid seats app is in capable of storing profile information, including credit cards. Forces users to call the service center and spend appreciable time arranging ticket orders. Does not raise one’s confidence.

Paid for our tickets and they never sent them. We waited outside our football game for 30 min and never got out tickets. Vivid claims they sent them so they will not give us our money back they say they have 100% money back guarantee but it’s not true. We had to buy new tickets after customer service at vivid hung up on us. Please don’t ever buy from vivid unless you want to be scammed.
