Misleading prices 2/5
Misleading on price. $99 tickets turned into $141 tickets. So my wife and I thought we were paying just under $200 to go to the game but turned out to be close to $300 with all of the “service fees” and “delivery fees”, etc., etc. PLEASE JUST INCLUDE ALL OF THAT IN THE UP FRONT PRICE OF THE TICKET. ITS THE ACTUAL PRICE TO BE PAID!!!

I was ripped off by the tune of $1180 dollars Charged one thousand three hundred dollars for $200 worth of tickets. The seats were not in the section I requested and were altered after confirmation. This amounts to freud and I am seeking assistance from the BBB. Customer service refused to address my problem; would not return calls, email or text. NEVER use these bandits. They are unscrupulous

Ordered 6 tickets, expensive ones. Was delivered 4 and charged for 6. Nobody to talk to, chat system automated rat hole that results in no help, email bounces back as “ this email box not monitored.” Be careful using vivid.

I purchased 2 tickets together and another one at a later date. I never received a confirmation email for the third ticket I bought and therefore could not add it to my Apple Wallet. I requested for Vivid to send another email multiple times but never received it. I was chatting with their customer service for a very long time and it took at least 3-4 minutes for their agent to respond to each message. They never helped me with my order and eventually sent me back to a bot. If you purchase a ticket from this place and you have technical difficulties receiving the ticket, just know they won’t help you. I never was able to use that ticket so I purchased it for nothing. Also I was not able to receive a refund.

Back when covid hit and events were being canceled left and right, just like everyone else I was concerned about the return policies and the fine print. Vivid seats was wonderful. They had the option of a full refund or a full credit towards future tickets. I will continue to get all my tickets through Vivid for this reason alone let alone the prices and availability. 10/10 would recommend to everyone with ears.

I spent $2000 on three Nebraska football tickets because the section and row seems like a great location. Our view was obstructed and the tickets we purchased from the site never said they were going to be obstructed. I would have never bought these tickets. Their buyer guarantee states they would make this right. However, when calling the customer service number I was never able to get a live agent or get to a process to initiate the buyer guarantee.

The app works just fine, it is the customer service that is disappointing. Huge Army fan that resides in Philadelphia- purchased hockey tickets for the Friday evening upcoming Army/Wisconsin game…date was changed to Thursday evening when I’ll be on plan flying into WI. I reached out to Customer Service multiple times requesting not a refund, but just to change the tickets as the Black Knights/ Badgers have a double header and we’d also playing Saturday night… That game got moved to Friday night. I didn’t receive a single reply to my request, not even “I’m sorry we can’t help you”not a word. So disappointing…and expensive!

I bought two tickets and need yo sell them now. I have been trying to chat and call customer service for a month and no one answers. It says you need to enter your phone number tied to the account but there is no where on my account to even have my phone number listed. It’s very frustrating and I will continue yo leave bad reviews in hopes people don’t use this app.
Service frees are a little steep, but they’re ticket prices are unmatched. Make you’re own decision

Bought tickets to an NFL game a couple weeks ago. Immediately after making an order, I received an email from vivid seats claiming there was a link to claim my tickets (no link was present in the email). I also received a ticket transfer from Ticketmaster with a broken link. I had a busy week and assumed I would receive my working tickets by gameday. Come Sunday morning, I had to contact customer service because I could not claim my tickets. Customer service chat was responsive at first, but then their solution was to have the seller resend the tickets, and my chat was disconnected with no resolution. My only choice was to buy tickets right before game time - I did this through vivid seats and the email came through with a working link, but now I’ve paid for two sets of tickets. I call on Monday to get this resolved, wait on hold for over an hour, get put on hold by their rep, then the call is disconnect and I did not receive a call back although they had my number on file. Customer service has sent me a couple “still working on this” emails over the past week, but I’ve received no answers from them. Was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead

Set up an account and have a question on how to list the tickets which are currently on Ticketmaster. The “create an account” set up was extremely easy but to access any further information the system asks you for a “phone number on file” which was never asked for during the set up! HELP..

I bought tickets to a football game and never received a confirmation email of my order. My bank account says I purchased them. But vivid seats customer service has no record of me doing so. I’ve called and there is no way to contact a human person. The live chat isn’t live it’s just a computer. Sad part is I can’t even get my money back so that’s 160$ just gone. I will never use this app ever again and will not recommend it to anyone else

Worst customer service experience ever. If you have any issues with your orders they will not help you till the day before your event. I bought three tickets for a concert in Baltimore Maryland and was sent three tickets to a concert in Colorado. Then they sent me one ticket instead of the three I ordered to the correct concert this time and I never received and email communication or text communication on what was going on. Don’t use this company spend your money elsewhere.

I bought tickets for a festival 6 weeks prior to the event. The vendor refused to send them to me until 2 days before the event. When that date came, the tickets were not shipped. I called vivid seat customer service 3 times that day and they assured me they would be overnighted to me.
The tickets were finally shipped at 8:00pm the night before. The event started and noon the next day and the tickets did not arrive as promised.
I missed the event because vivid seats could not be bothered to ship the tickets in a timely manner. Day before shipping is ridiculous.
When I called to report the non delivery, I had to hold for over an hour just to be told finally that I just needed to submit a complaint online if I wanted to start the “claim process” to get my money back.
I will never buy tickets from this company ever again!!!
Never seen anything this bad. Bought tickets, thinking this company was legit. Was never able to log into my account, has no response from them from emails, and they never answered the phone. Added 100% guarantee and still had to go thru my banks and financial institution to get refund.
Still dont know if these guys are legit.

Download tickets in email, accept tickets, yet it never updates in the app and keeps saying action is required. Did this for the last game and had to go to roll call. Such a waste of time when they force you to use the app and your smart phone instead of a hard copy ticket. Absolute garbage

The return policy during Covid was awful. I’ve spent $$ on tickets I don’t want only because they wouldn’t issue a refund so I was forced to use credit. It’s insane that the fees are 30-40% of the ticket price.

Vs has terrible customer service. Spent $3k on tickets that never were delivered. You cannot talk to a customer service agent. Emails are not returned, live chats are just ended. I have even messaged the CEO- guess what he doesn’t respond either. Never ever use the company.
Wish I could give negative stars. I will never ever use this site again. Purchase tickets for Erykah Badu show from this site a month in advance, got to the show still hadn’t got the email confirming the tickets, couldn’t get into said show, now I’ve been waiting two weeks while they investigate how to give me my refund. The worst thing about it is they bought the tickets from the vendor but still couldn’t figure out how to get me my ticket or my refund in a timely fashion. NEVER USING THIS SITE AGAIN!

Great for purchasing tickets. Less great for delivery format/platform. Impossible if you need customer service. Chat function? Asks for your phone number, just repeats that it can’t locate that profile . . . when your profile does not have location to add a phone number. FAQ tells you to click on a certain button on the home page, but the button doesn’t exist. Seems like the app was either designed by a first-year software engineering student as some sort of project, or designed to frustrate you into giving up once they have their money. I’d say 50-50 on either or. Good luck!

Not even sure what the point is purchasing tickets through vivid seats. I Spent several hundred dollars on concert tickets and the contracted through Ticketmaster and never got the tickets. They made me give them 3 different email addresses to have the tickets sent to and still never got them.
