Please purchase tickets directly from artists if at all possible. This company will not assist if the event is rescheduled. Also, there ticket delivery system is horrible and stressful. Did not receive tickets to the event I purchased them for. Had to call customer service and they had to email photo copies of my tickets. Has just been a horrible experience using them. Won’t do it again. Somehow makes TicketMaster look reasonable.

I bought some concert tickets. 2 years ago (Covid postponed) and 3 days before the show the tickets still aren’t delivered. After hours of online chat (no phone numbers) there’s still no resolution. Vividseats is a reseller, go through Ticketmaster or similar.

No way to know fees before proceeding to checkout and does not show final price on checkout screen clearly nor shows fee breakdown.
The response from the developer affirms exactly what I am saying. You have to add payment details before even knowing what your total price will be. For inexpensive tickets the fees can double the price and you have no way to know before hand. Feels like they want you to just say “I'm this far whatever” or accidentally finish the checkout before seeing the price hike.
Tell me the full price. We all are looking on multiple sites and the easier you make it for me to make a decision the more likely I am to buy from you. If you make it a hassle Im doing my business elsewhere if the price is the same.

Save your time and money. This is a 3rd party scam- they have no ticket inventory so if anything goes wrong, and it will, you cannot get a refund or prove you didn’t get tickets. Buyer beware. I spent over an hour trying to get tickets and never made it to my event.

In principle, the idea of Vivid Seats makes sense. If an event is sold out, I can understand paying a premium for a ticket from the seller. I made the mistake of coming here before realizing that seats were still available from the venue. This led to a total transaction price of over 100% over face value. Vivid’s transaction fees are ridiculously high to begin with, but gouging customers for tickets to events that are not sold out is terrible if you’re interested in repeat business.
Never Confirms My Address 1/5
This app NEVER can confirm my address for my CC. It continues to tell me it’s an invalid address not linked to that card. So I try entering manually and it STILL won’t confirm a purchase.
Waste of time.
Trying to sell tickets on this appears impossible. Going through the process led to an error screen which directs you to call customer service. It won’t proceed unless you have a phone number connected to your account, and there is NO place to input your phone number in the account area, so they are useless!
You are the only ticket app that I haven’t been scammed from, like it is the worst on every other site, please keep it up and making the process easy, thank you!

Lots of problems with the app. Signing on took several tries, after getting stuck in a sign on loop multiple times. Wanted to renew my listing but it wasn’t showing. Had to do that from the website. Some links go to blank pages that clearly should have other menus and content. It’s pretty unusable. I’ll stick to the web site.

I purchased Cubs tickets from Vivid Seats and then had to download the MLB app to get the tickets. That required me to update my phone. Why so many steps in order to use the tickets I bought?! Annoyed.

Purchased $102 worth of tickets and never received them. Was told to download the MLB App. and that’s where the 3rd party person sent them. Did everything that was told to us by customer service and never received tickets. Had to repurchase tickets at the box office in order to attend the game.

Ordered tickets from site, received tickets but when went to use them at a concert, I found them to be invalid. I have requested my money back, completed necessary paperwork but now I can’t even get a response from their customer service department. I will never use this site again.

Never received tickets, spent hours on the phone, told to re-purchase and would be reimbursed after the show as they were “opening an investigation.” Called week later and rep stated all sales are final. Refused to listen to previous recorded call and if the seller can confirm it was sent, nothing you can do. Even if you’ve proven every way possible the ticket was not received. Please use Ticketmaster or another ticketing service. Terrible experience. Wish I could rate this with negative stars.

Vivid Seats is a scam. They gave me a ticket with no barcode, and my friends went in the concert without me. Called customer service and was on the phone for over an hour talking to them with no luck, then the call reset and started all over. They tried to just act ignorant of the situation. Lost $200+
Always find great deals for the entertainment I’m looking, also a no hassle refund policy. While living in Aberdeen, South Dakota we drove to Kansas City for a live performance of Journey with ASIA opening. An electrical storm halted the concert after two songs from the headliners. Never had a problem with a refund, VIVID TCB! 🔥👍🏽🔥

Absolutely terrible service. Never received my tickets and got no help and couldn’t get a refund. Even if a second party seller they should have better control over the product and making sure people receive their tickets. Don’t use I’m absolutely not happy with Vividseats and will NEVER use them again. Plus this is the second time I’ve had issues with them. Terrible

I purchased tickets for Morgan Wallens concert 7 months in advance I understand the delayed release policy and was confident that when their guaranteed date rolled around I called to check the status I was told to wait and I’ll receive my tickets by midnight. Shortly after they contacted the seller I received an email delaying my delivery date. When I called back to ask about the delay I was just told I would have the tickets by midnight of the following day. The next day comes around and I received a new email telling me that my tickets won’t be delivered until the start time of the concert. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they don’t have any management or the capability to transfer me to another department. After the last phone call I have been unable to reach a person on customer support and am now losing my tickets I bought over 7 months in advance. I am now having to buy tickets over 4 times the price in order to still attend the event.

Tickets were not available by day of event as promised. They did not assist with getting different tickets and have not received refund and it’s been 2 weeks after the event.
When speaking to customer service I’m told to monitor my email and be patient.
No sense of urgency considering i was unable to use tickets i purchased.
Use another site- even if tickets are more expensive.
