I haven’t been able to get this app to function right yet. Deeply regret paying the exorbitant fee to buy my tickets thru this company. E-Delivery, but they say they can’t send them until 2 days before event. The app Face ID glitches into a continuous loop every time. The website takes me to the app for order details and it just shows the circle going round and round. Worthless. In fact, worse. I’m already out my money.

I purchased tickets from vivid before reading the reviews. Then when my tickets didn’t come immediately (like when I purchase from Ticketmaster) I started to worry. I read all the bad reviews and was worried I got scammed.
They don’t have tickets on hand. So they can’t give you access to the tickets until the seller releases them to you. This is what takes a little time.
It took me about 2-3 days to get my tickets but I got them. They were legit and I got the exact tickets in they exact seats that I ordered. Just so you know. It’s legit.
Also customer service is very nice and helpful.
App will not let me set a password to create an account, therefore I cannot get my tickets.

I have 8 purchase tickets need 2 more to get my 11th free tried to purchase two tickets and my orders keep getting cancled and when I chose to do a live chat with customer service it states they have no sessions avalible😂 they really trying everything they can to not give me my free reward for purchasing 10 tickets on their app. The kicker is I have never had issues with them until now

I like this app but I do wish they would send out notifications. I would love to have the option to get notifications of new ticket listings for events I want to go to. Even better if you could set price parameters for an event and if tickets become available in your price, you are notified.

If you’re desperate for tickets and this is your last option, go for it! Cash or Trade is a much, much better option to start with if you’re looking for tickets to buy or sell. They are a Face Value market place and tickets are A LOT less expensive. Cash or Trade is the futility of ticket buying. Scalpers can F-OFF!

At least Ticketmaster refunds tickets and they’re a 3rd party ticket seller as well. Once you pay Vivid seats doesn’t refund of you can’t attend the event. Horrible customer service. They don’t have a cancellation department and they won’t let you talk to a supervisor. They need to do a better job with putting in large letters and confirming 3 times before buying tickets that they are non refundable.

This company is a complete scam. They overcharge for ticket fees so expect an additional $50 added to your total. Also if you have ANY trouble at all receiving your tickets, they will write it off as user error and say “Have a great day but there’s nothing we can do.” They don’t have access to your tickets they just make sure emails are sent and take your money. BIG TIME SCAM. They don’t care about customers. Just want your money.

Bought tickets for a Braves-Diamondbacks game for early 2020. The game was postponed for a long time, then finally canceled. Vivid would not give me a refund once the game was postponed. Then once the game was canceled I was told they wouldn't do anything because it was after the original date of the event. They were sued and now I have a credit but I'd rather have my money back. If it works out, I'll use the credit, but that will be the last time I use this awful company.

Refused a refund on tickets that I never received. I bought a ticket to the nuggets game after the game had already started. I never received the transfer email or the Ticketmaster transfer. Because the seller “provided proof” they sent them they won’t refund me even though I never revived the ticket and never got to enter the game. Terrible customer service can’t even refund $60.

If I could give a 0 I would. I selected a section and then after the order went through was given a completely different section. Their policy would not allow for any transfer even though it is possible. No taking care of the customer. I went through customer service and got hung up on 3 times when asking about getting a refund or anything to compensate for my loss. Their responses were the worst of any ticket company I have ever went through.

I purchased tickets over a year before the concert. I paid well over face value. They refused to send me the tickets until the week of the concert. I didn’t know what row I would get, only the section. Could have been 1-30. I am very unhappy. I could have purchased better seats if I had known.

NEVER EVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS PLACE! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I have attended over 30+ concerts and never have I ever had such a bad experience with tickets like I have with vivid seats. During covid I was not able to attend a concert and SEVEN different representatives told me I could get a refund because the event was offering since it was during covid. Then TWO representatives said they could not after the SEVEN said I could have refund. My friends ALL got refunds and they would not give me one after SEVEN people said I could. I have emails saying that they will give me one. When I explained that my friends got one and I didn’t the representative said, “not all our customers are the same.” I felt truly disrespected and felt attacked. They should not have talked to me like that and promised me a refund when they will not give it. I had tickets for me and two other friends so they took my $700 and did not refund me after saying time and time again that they would. I could not attend the concert because I had covid. I will never buy from them again as their customer service is not professional and unfair. As they said they don’t treat their customers the same…I will never support such a company. With another ticket company they refunded me right away and didn’t send me to almost ten people to give me different answers. This shows that VIVID SEATS IS A FRAUD! I have bought tickets from them in the past and never had an issue until then. I was told that their customer services representative were giving me incorrect information. That means SEVEN of them were giving me false information. Insane.

My event was cancelled in 2020 for covid. Then it got rescheduled, so I decided to sell the ticket, which was so tidious and complicated as a process, but, since I have, apparently, as the vivid seats app seems to say… i have sold the tickets already, but I still haven’t received the money. Now it’s 2023 I see it that the ticket I had sold says delivered but the date on the ticket says 7/14/2021, while next to it it says postponed to date- TBD. Now I have patience, but this is now the way to treat a customer.

I tried to log in to my account and it told me the password was wrong. It was not wrong. I had to go through the forgot password crap only to realize they changed the parameters for the password and because the one I’ve been using for over a year didn’t fit them, they just blocked me from my account. No notice. No email. No idea why it was telling me my password was wrong. Glad I finally figured it out. Unnecessary anxiety. Screw you vivid seats.

Purchased tickets for a game. Paid really high price for tickets all the way at the top row nose bleed as high as you could go. Photos were enhanced to make it look much closer. There were other tickets much cheaper but these looked like great seats.

I bought tickets to the Tampa Bay and Arizona Cardinals game on Christmas. It was my first NFL game. I bought the tickets 2 months in advance we were driving 13 hours both ways for the game, and paid for our hotels. I waited months for the tickets but never got them. They said it would be transferred 2 days before I thought ok?? 2 days before I contacted them asking where they were they kept saying “oh it’s in your email check your email “I checked my email, and spam multiple times,and nothing. When I did click on the supposed email it opened up the app, and kept saying tickets will be transferred to an email. I contacted the live chat agent, and they finally got the tickets to me through seatgeek, which I thought was very odd. But this was honestly a very stressful experience. I’m just glad that I got the tickets that I paid for. But I will never use them again, I have told all my family and friends to just use Ticketmaster, and that I have never had any issues or problems with them.
Beware - you can’t resell tickets 1/5
Before you use Vivid, be aware you cannot resell tickets. I was in Nashville visiting and bought Preds/Avs tickets. The even was rescheduled to April due to water main break. I won’t be in town and Vivid does not let you resell because they were e-tickets. Never had this problem with other ticket apps.

Garbage App So Much Better Out There 1/5
This app and company are focused on catering to large sellers only. I purchased tickets from Vivid Seats that were e tickets that transferred through the Ticketmaster app and then could not attend the event. I went to sell the same tickets on the app and was told I could not because I was not a “large seller” (sells more than 10k in tickets a year) they require PDF tickets or Hard Tickets (neither of which were available for this event) . I was repeatedly told that I should just “Google for sites that allow you to sell your e tickets.” I will go elsewhere and have deleted this garbage app and will never use it again. I recommend any app other than Vivid Seats. Due the their response that again suggested I will go elsewhere, I have and will never spend money on this garbage app. It would be one thing if they didn’t let anyone do this but to let some sell them like this and force others out isn’t cool and frankly ridiculous you can not resell the same tickets on the app you just bought them on because you find out you cannot go. You’ve won Vivid Seats I will never use you garbage service again and I advise anyone considering this company to steer clear.

Published ticket prices DO NOT include insanely high fees or order “convenience” charges. There is not an option to view prices with fees. In fact, you are forced to enter payment information PRIOR to even seeing these fees! As an example, for 2 tickets this site added OVER $100 IN B.S. FEES. Highly unethical.
