Some bugs but still a great app 5/5
I purchase tickets and a visual bug prevented me from entering the arena, also called customer service and was hung up on.
After calling customer service the next day, Notice the error and was issued a full refund, I will continue to use there services

Very bad app. They have cheap prices but then they are charging you with different fees. Services fee, delivering fee, printing fee. The only thing that they are doing is to send the tickets in you app.

Why does it require 3 separate apps to purchase and transfer tickets? Had to download Vivid to purchase, then Flash Seats to receive them from seller and then my daughter had to download AXS in order to revive the transfer from me. Ticketmaster is the way to go. Only one app to do all go that.

I was checking out and had 7 minutes left based on the timer on the app. I clicked place order and was quickly informed my tickets were no longer available. I ended up having to get worse seats and pay more money to attend the concert.

This is an AWFUL Company to deal with. Do you not waste your hard earned $$$. they charged me $93 for a $35 GENERAL ADMISSION ticket. They would not allow me to cancel. Everything on their customer service is automated and keeps running you around. Buyer beware!!!!!

If you buy tickets here you are rolling the dice on if you will actually get them or not. We got some, some we did not and it was a nightmare. Just don’t do it if you like to be sure your event is lined up and you can attend without a headache and loss of time and money

I bought tickets for a college game for $75 which i thought was a good price. Spent about almost $500 on tickets to having to pay for $17 for shipping which i was expecting electronic like stub hub. I got the tickets which also took long to get delivered to get tickets with finger stain and the tickets original price of $60 on the tickets. Like i don’t recommend getting tickets from these guys choose stub hub they also charge fees for profit but you know your not getting resell tickets which should be cheaper but are getting sold for more then their face value of the ticket.

Hi I only use vivid seats for my concert tickets. Usually when I go to shows( when I’m able) the people that scan our tickets say to watch out for vivid seats that they scam people I always reply that you have been great to me. I’m not aware of ever earning rewards points any time I’ve bought tickets from you. I’m a full time caregiver and also to my mom at home also. She has a brain injury but I truly believe taking her to shows from time to time gives us both quality of life and is a great way to treat ourselves. A couple of times I’ve tried to use a promo code and wasn’t able bc I didn’t spend 300$ . As a loyal customer I think I should be able to get rewards points or be eligible for some sort of discount or promo code at least once. I feel unappreciated I get emails but none of them benefit my wallet

I had a problem with a ticket delivery. - and after missing 1/2 of my event while ‘going theough the steps’ with telephone support, i was told no refund. Their ‘Ontime delivery guarantee’ is worthless.
I had to buy new tickets at the box office.

Don’t know why you got rid of the value score feature. This was the best feature available when it came to purchasing tickets. You’ve made it easier for scalpers to price gauge. Please bring back the value score feature. It’s a necessity if you’re going to help scalpers resell tickets.

Jimmy buffet concert in Orlando was rescheduled from dec 7 2019 to dec 5 2020.. tried getting A refund which on Jimmy buffet page said contact ticket provider to get refund of you can’t make date for next year and vividseats refuses to give a refund.. which I don’t think would go over to well with a positive soul such as buffet.. this is totally wrong!!

I will probably never purchase tickets from this site ever again the tickets listed for 152 each and my final price was 392 . Not a math major and even with a small finders fee I should not have been charged this much. Live and learn I won’t recommend this site to anyone and again will not use it again. Hope this review helps others not to hit the purchase button too quickly with this site

Sometimes it’s impossible to speak to a human at VIVIDSEATS so called “customer service”!!! randomly, after listening to the computer for five minutes plus, if you press 00 sometimes you will then be able to speak to a human. other times it won’t work. If you do speak to a person, the question you ask...they act like it’s the first time they ever heard it. can’t tell you in a concise way how to resolve your issue!! BIG thumbs down to VIVIDSEATS!!!!

Tried speaking to customer service but it was an answering machine. Once I got ahold of of a person I had to fill out a form? Not worth the time but I will never use this app again. Purchased 2 tix in October for Nov 9 Cole Swindell show in CT. Day of show, still no tix. Was told to create a new account with a different email address on Ticketmaster ?!?!? so the tickets could be resent. Still no tickets. Crunch time 2 hours to go til show time, another call to customer support. On hold for 30 minutes, escalated the call to a supervisor, waited on hold for another 20 minutes. Tickets finally came through, but the whole process was stressful. Will not buy through Vivid (or Ticketmaster) again.
Vivid Not for Handicap 1/5
If you’re handicapped it is difficult well, impossible to talk to somebody at vivid. I went to a Rangers game and had an app problem with my ticket. I couldn’t walk and couldn’t use my hands and no one vivid knew what to do with me. Finally a Rangers concierge representative noticed my struggle on the cement and took action. She put me in a wheelchair and took me in. Vivid’s response was apologetic - a couple of days later - by then I was humiliated and had missed most of the event in front of my son.
I get the impression there a good number of employees at vivid who sympathize 😘 but don’t get it.

I bought Alabama/LSU tickets for my husbands 60th birthday as he is a big LSU fan. He got to the game today and when they scanned his tickets, they said his seats had already been sold. They couldn’t do anything for him. He and his friend flew from Colorado, took time off work, rented a car and got a hotel and they said they would look into a refund? Seriously? You need to make this right. We aren’t rich and this was something I saved for and planned for him as a once in a lifetime experience. Don’t trust them. Save your money and get
