Me suscribí a vix+ por medio de Apple Pay y se cobró por adelantado, y aún así no puedo acceder a contenido premium😠😠 cuando sigo los pasos y me lleva a donde mismo, a suscribirme y pagar otra vez. Deberían arreglar eso, porque aunque haya pagado no puedo acceder al contenido de paga.

I like the variety of shows and movies but OMGGG EVERY TWO MINUTES COMMERCIALS THAT LAST 3 min SO YEAH NOT A GOOD THING.

I subscribed, I have them all my card information and now after the one week trial the suspended. So now I don’t know if they’re going to keep changing me monthly. And the don’t even have a phone number.

Compre la app. Solo la pude usar los 7 dias de prueba. Luego de los 7 dias se realizo el respectivo cobro y ahora que inicio sesion me dicen que pruebe de nuevo los 7 dias gratis y que pague de nuevo. Basura de aplicación no la descarguen

This is the worst app I have ever use and I use many of them and all the other apps have personal to help you when you need help but this thing is help yourself if you can since this app is manage by google or Apple companies there is no one to help you like other apps do , that is very important for me since I’m not a geek kind of guy but I know my stuff, other things are the app while watching something like a soccer game the app just turns itself off and or the game disappear etc etc their content also is not worth paying for it , so bye bye ViX

Porque disabilitaron la posibilidad de transmitir la señal del teléfono usando el Icon de Goggle Chromcast? En verdad me gustaría conocer su respuesta a esta pregunta.
Ahora con mucha suerte puedo transmitir programas grabados y no los partidos de fútbol en vivo que es realmente es lo único que me interesa. (Error APE002).
No voy a mencionar los tantos defectos que me hacen difícil entender como pudieron pasar a producción este producto sin haberlo probado más a detalle.

I have a Samsung smart tv and it always freezes, I tried my firestick and constantly get an error code. It’s so annoying paying for a subscription when the app has so many bugs still. Hopefully they can fix it if not going to have to find another way to watch my games.

Muy bien que tengan todas las novelas Latinas pero lo que no es justo es que si uno paga por el servicio al mes es porque no quiere ver anuncios en ningúna de las novelas y películas que nosotros miramos no es justo que paguemos y sigamos viendo las series con anuncios…

Se que es gratis pero tmb Peacock tiene versión gratis es mucho mejor. A Vix le falta muchísimo y para verlo en un smart TV es fastidioso..No tiene opción para guardar tus shows, tienes que literal escribir y buscarlo cada que entras. Si sales de la app mientras da comerciales se cierra por completo, a veces tienes que volver a ver el show desde un comienzo porque no te deja de otra forma. Por eso solo lo uso para ver un programa y solo en mi celu

Never loads. I’ve tried to sign up and log in for ViX plus and it always says the message no eres tú somos nosotros. Been a couple weeks that I’ve tried with no change. Terrible

I pay monthly for an app that has 8 ads within 5 minutes of the show in between . If you pause the app for more than 3 minutes the app restarts . If you want to continue watching the series you’re watching you have to look for it, there’s not a easy way to get it. Definitely switching to Univision now! 🙃

Deje de ver mi novela favorita porque cada vez que termina un comercial en vez de continuar el capítulo vuelve otra vez desde el comienzo. Reinicié mi dispositivo, removí el app y lo instalé y como quiera el problema continúa.

La Calidad que ofrecia Blim era mucho mejor aqui en Vix se mira toda mala sobre todo si se mira en TV la calidad es fea y ademas uno paga y siempre anuncios y aparte que la app tiene mucho lag por el momento me voy espero arreglen muchos problemas que tienen

La app tiene potencial porque tiene muchos programas y telenovelas excelentes. Lo malo es que prácticamente te quieren obligar a pagar la suscripción con tal de que no te coman a comerciales… cada 5-10 mins hay de 3-8 comerciales a la vez… es cierto que no duran tanto y también es cierto que necesitan poner comerciales para sostener la app pero es que se pasan… hay muchas apps que ponen programas de gratis al igual y ponen solamente 1-2 comerciales por episodio pero no esta cantidad que ponen aqui. Es simplemente frustrante y cuesta avanzar en las novelas que uno pone con tantos comerciales… lo peor es que ponen tantos comerciales sangrones y muy repetidos. En fin, ojala algun dia tomen en cuenta lo que los televidentes opinan y nos escuchen y hagan algunos cambios.

I really enjoy the service. It does provide a huge amount of content. I would say that there is no separation between being on the free vs + subscription in regards of how the app operates. There is also no “my list” option to create your own list of shows/novelas you watch. The other thing I have had a huge problem w/ is the search option, I can search “Que le pasa” and the novela I am looking for will not appear, but a bunch of other programs will. If I write “Que le pasa a” the novela appears (Que le pasa a mi familia), but if I type “Que le pasa a mi” the novela does not appear. Hope they can figure out a fix for the issues above. Great app/content that just needs a little ironing out. Maybe try Pantaya’s interface, they have a very user friendly one.

Esta aplicación es una basura… después de mi periodo de prueba decido contratar el servicio plus, porqué pues claro como monopolizan el fútbol, pues hay que pagar por el, y resulta que me cobran, pero no me deja accesar en cuatro diferentes dispositivos móviles y el servicio al cliente es terrible… un bot, ni siquiera es una persona. Fraude te roban tu dinero

I love this app! But something that really makes me mad is that I have to watch so many ads like for example I get 4 ads to watch and it finishes and then 3 minutes later I get another 4 it gets me mad ! But it’s still a good app

Que mal que si estoy pagando por un servicio, yo no pueda escoger donde lo puedo ver. Afuerza tiene que ser por el celular. No puedo pasar la imagen al televisor porque Vix+ no lo permite.

I try to watch my novela and make it small to be on other apps and it stops every 5 minutes and I have to restart the whole thing and watch the adds once again and it’s getting annoying I don’t mind the adds but I get annoyed that i get logged out and rewatch it again and again a lot of frustration other than that I love it

The app bugs out at least two times every time I’m streaming. And the fact I can’t stream to my TV is the biggest let down ever… having to watch soccer matches on my iPad is less than ideal. Also, I hate they made me pay for the Plus part just to watch certain matches…

Vix+ won't allow you to stream past or missed soccer streams.
They post the scores, ruins the experience. Here and on YouTube, TUDN if I wanted the score I would've just checked on ESPN.
They don't really have a program on what determines what soccer games would be steamed for $6.99, that's why we pay for the TUDN channel.

No se encuentran las mismas novelas que blim tenía. Cada vez que uso la aplicación tengo que iniciar! Tan poco no reconoce el último capítulo. Siempre tengo que buscarlos. Esto es un problema porque yo veo tele en diferentes televisiones y tengo que empezar del principio!

I would not recommend ViX + waste of money. Doesn't save the episode you last watch, or to resume episode. Its gets annoying every time you try to go back to all the episodes.

I been a fan since prendétv since then I love it cuz they had chrome cast and I could watch and use my phone at the same time! Now they dont have it they just keep saying it would be there soon but nothing. I stopped using the app because there was a lot issues with it (lets not mention the many ads you have to watch) and now that I want to see my show it says that I have to pay to see it. ITS NOT FAIR!
