I cannot download the Sept 2018 issue, for weeks now. I have contacted Vogue app support and has not assisted me on the issue. Very disappointed- I used to love the iPad version. Would like to be reimbursed.

Please stop the “scrolling” aspect! Not only is it annoying if you don’t scroll to the exact spot you’re supposed to stop at, its a lot of work when you’re simply trying to enjoy the magazine! Other than that, the articles/editorials are not interesting. I will continue to but in September an March. For now...

It's impossible to download the September 2018 issue. Error message pops up stating to try again later. It's been three days. All past issues downloading without any issues. In addition, I am unable to send the online form to customer service through the app. It crashes and shows another error message. Please fix.

I can no longer access the library to download new issues. If you look at the iPad apps for Vogue and Vanity Fair, two Condé Nast magazines, side by side, it is clear what’s wrong. I just want to read the new issue of Vogue on my iPad as I always do but I can’t get to it. I can’t be the only one with this problem. Please fix it!

When I first tried to run this application, I had to restart my iPad, and the developers have a pretty strange idea how to read the pages in this app. I am tired twirl my device in the hands of 10 minutes in an attempt to read something. Fix it please

Loved the Michelle Obama cover and wanted to subscribe for the digital editions. Can't log in; can't access beyond sign in despite checking all log-in information.
A much improved app. Discover/ explore the amazing new features/tricks on how to browse the app magazine the right way. Finally, i am beginning to enjoy this app version than the actual magazine. The images are sharper and clearer. Top notch! Congrats Vogue!

App doesn't work, and doesn't allow you to cancel subscriptions 1/5
Not only does this app not work on my IPad (pages are white. Hundreds of pages are blank.) but Vogue is refusing to allow me to cancel my subscription. So essentially I am paying for ONE WHOLE YEAR of white pages. I actually like vogue but this shouldn't be happening on an updated new iPad. I will continue to try to recoup my money but they are making it impossible so far. Download at your own risk.
White dot overlay on all pages 1/5
The app functions fine, but all the print is illegible, because there's a fine white dot overlay over all of the pages. When you zoom out (multiple pages on the screen, for scrolling) the pages look fine. But when you open up one page to fit the screen, like you would to read a magazine, it's illegible. Not like this for any other magazine I subscribe to.
Love Vogue, but... 1/5
I've been a reader for years, and was excited about the app when it first came out, but I've since given up. As stated by other users, the storage requirements are ridiculous, the interface and experience is frustrating, and it's not worth the pain to read. I would re-subscribe for this if it were not so godawful clumsy and space intensive.
Issue sizes are needlessly HUGH 3/5
Once the issues actually download, they are great. But there is no reason why, even when using a strong, fast wifi connection, an issue should take hours to download.
The file size for a single issue is ridiculous. One issue took up over 1GB of space, and the smallest was still 500mb. I have quite a few magazines with FANTASTIC newsstand apps with issues that never go over 100mb, and the content is still great, clean and high quality with interactive elements. Even other Conde Nast magazine apps, such as W, don't have such huge file sizes. There is nothing in any of these issues so far that warrants such large file sizes. Something needs redesigned.

You used to be able to read Vogue in landscape mode. No more! Conde Nast claims they have no control over this. Apple says that's ridiculous. I agree with Apple. A fashion and design magazine cares DEEPLY about the way it looks.
I find it very awkward to hold an iPad in portrait mode for very long, so I won't be resubscribing to Vogue.

No matter what you do, you can not restore issues that you've purchased and read. There is no going back. The app is very difficult to maneuver. If you want this magazine buy the actual magazine. The app is horribly disappointing!!!

Doesn't work at all. Also, never got a reply when customer care form was completed.
I thought I was buying an issue, but it seems that the Vogue Access through Amazon was just a come-on (bait and switch, anyone?) Why would I pay money in order to pay MORE money for individual issues. Cancelling this immediately!

It won't let me sign in!!!! It won't even let me click on to the sign in button. This isn't an issue with my other subscriptions to Glamour,Allure or Lucky.

Devours storage space 2/5
Obviously high quality photos consume space. And the mag is beautiful. But then they include video extras that gobble up the little space remaining. Constantly have to delete issues and apps just to make room. Think about the user, Conde Nast!

I love having Vogue on my iPad mini. It's a lot easier to carry around and I don't have to go to my mailbox to pick it up. However, I wish they'd let me get it on my iPhone too :( I don't mind the small screen size.

Hate carrying around huge magazine, so having Vogue iPad app should be fantastic. However, the update crashes constantly and while the pages look great, the 'special features' offered rarely work, and when they do, the app freezes and disappears. Please, Vogue! Fix this asap!
I would also give this 0 stars if I could. It doesn't work!!! There isn't a single button or link working in this app. I cant even hook up my subscription. I purposely got one for digital and print. I intend to cancel. Total waste of my time and money.

Tried to download September issue. Crashed. Deleted app and reloaded. Now most recent issue appearing is July...crazy and disappointing for the big book issue. Can't even restore my August issue. Similar things have happened with earlier app updates. You need to do better.

Condé Nast brings us wonderful special things with their digital editions on the iPad. But at what cost! It is glacially slow for each issue to download, even with highest speeds. I subscribe to several CN titles, and they are ALL like this! Plan to pass a lunchtime downloading one issue: it ALWAYS stalls out, several times during the process!
It didn't work for my ipad mini. I'm a subscriber and this app wanted me to subscribe again or pay $4.99 for 1 issue. Yeah right. That's using the account number Vogue gives you too. Totally useless. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Sorry but the cover of Vogue used to be an honor for talented artists/actors/models NOT attention wh*res who's claim to fame is a sex tape. I was a loyal reader/subscriber for over 20 years. I will never buy or even read Vogue again.

Downloaded issues not in Newsstand 2/5
I am a print subscriber and the first issue I downloaded went onto my newsstand, so I could read it offline, ( like on an airplane). But while my subsequent downloads are accessible while I am online,they are not on the newsstand and I cannot get to them unless I am online. But they take up space on my iPad . I have auto delete turned off because I want to reference several months. Either the app is broken or you only have one on the newsstand at a time. Either way, this is pretty lame.

I'm a new print subscriber and have set up an online account to link to the digital version. App keeps telling me that I have wrong sign in details which I don't. I've tried 10+ times and keep getting error messages, 'authentication failed' or 'email and/or password not recognized'. I've changed both and it still won't work.
Doesn’t correctly delete issues 1/5
The app doesn’t correctly remove/cleanup removed issues. Even though I have no issues downloaded into the app, the usage settings still says there’s 150MB of issues present on the iPad. My preferences are set to have issues be auto-removed as well, but still the pile of invisible issues grows on my tablet. Sloppy.

I no longer have any of my purchased back issues. It also has to be downloaded every time I want to read it and therefore cannot read it on the subway.

Upgraded to iOS 7 and all Conde Nast magazines to which I had iPad subscriptions (including Vogue) no longer recognize me as a current subscriber. Paid-for back issues wiped out and cannot read current issue unless I pay for it (again!). Please fix this or refund my subscriptions!

I am beginning to hate this app. Somehow my subscription is messed up and neither Vogue nor Apple seems to know how to solve it. When I first bought it - it worked perfectly - just like the other mags. I would get the push notification, the cover would appear in my newsstand, I would click on it and it would download. Then suddenly it all changed: now I have to log in to the Vogue site and try find the issue and get it to download. Impossible. I have had to resort to purchasing the issue separately and asking apple for a refund. Each time I write to ask for help - I get the same response. Not working for me. Wish I had never bothered.
