    The customer service reps are lazy. The app is garbage. Instead of referring app issues to the tech department the reps tell you to go to the airport to add unsaved info. I didn’t book the flight that I’m scheduled for so o will update my rating once traveled. But based on the previous posting I can only imagine the experience.

    I recently today 05/01/19 was not able to fly on my schedule plane. I was charged a stupid amount of money for a flight from Guadalajara to Cancun over $900 and this airline still gave my sits to someone else . Stay away from this airline

    I’ve been flying on volaris since I was probably 8 I’m now 19 and still fly on volaris and the app does make it a lot better I’ve recently downloaded this app and for the first time using it it was a success thank you !!!

    Desde el momento de abordaje tuve un enfrentamiento con uno de los muchachos que trabajan en la terminal de aeropuerto . Por abrir una puerta donde no estaba autorizado el ingreso. Entiendo que el error fue mío por no leer el letrero. Pero a mi me enviaron a ese lugar el guardia de seguridad, para recabar información sobre mi vuelo. Exciten formas y modales de pedir y decir la visas. Y más cuando se trata de la clientela . Luego de ese incómodo y vergonzoso incidente. Pude observar que durante el abordaje muchos se quejaban sobró la localización de sus asientos en el vuelo. Aunque no fue mi caso; creo que si yo pido un asiento de ventana. Y me aseguran que ese me asignaron . Es molesto descubrir llegado el momento ubicar el asiento , que no es lo que te prometieron Y no fue solo una persona que se quejó de ese molesto momento. Luego , al momento de repartir los refrigerios , demoraron todo el vuelo para hacer la venta. Impidiendo El Paso al baño y causando caos . Por último ; siendo pasajero del asiento F7 , no alcanzó la comida para mi. Y fui atendido de último. Ya que las dos muchachas que atendían la venta , no sabían cómo proceder en la facturación y tampoco aceptaban monedas al momento del pago. En conclusión; No solo lo expresé yo al finalizar el vuelo. Pero muchos expresaron su disconformidad durante el vuelo y confirmaron no volver a sudar el servicio de volaris Creo que deben trabajar mucho para mejorar su servicio..

    I tried booking online through my computer and the website could not process transaction. I called representative and they wanted to give me a higher price and they said if I didn’t want to pay what he was quoting, he encouraged me to restart my computer or allow cookies on my computer. He straight up wanted to make business and not accommodate to a customer. I ended up getting the price I was getting online through the volaris app.

    Like the one review I just read. I always book the minute I can. And they gave me the very last seat. In front of the bathroom. I fly Southwest Airlines. A few times a year. from Chicago. To Florida. Almost as long a flight. 3 hours. Or so. To Mexico City. And some real low fares, most of the time. And besides the two free checked bags. And one carry on. They give you two kinds of snacks. And sodas. Or other juices they have. But not here. When I asked the guy. If a drink was included. Maybe because of the engine noise. He did not hear me. But He did say yes. So. I opened the drink. While saying. What kind of chips do you have. He shows me two. I took one. They he starts pushing buttons on his hand held computer. And tells me. $6.00 I said that’s why I asked you if it’s included. He said no. I gave him back the chips. But kept the $3.00 drink. Because I opened it. One time later. They went by so fast with water. I did not even try to ask for any. On the way home. I said. Is there a charge for water. Again. No. And there really wasn’t. I will check other airlines next year. Before I book with them again.

    Cuando Volaris tiene gente trabajando como el Jefe de Aeropuerto de Mexicali el Sr. Carlos Velásquez y empleada Guadalupe Corona NO te quedan ganas de utilizar esa aerolínea ni siquiera cuando sea una emergencia. Lo digo hoy y mañana que esas dos persona necesitan saber tratar a sus clientes con cortesía y profesionalidad. Son prepotentes y usan su autoridad para callar a los clientes. Ayer 21 de abril 2019 llegue con más de 50 minutos de anticipación y los kiosks para registrar mi llegada NO servían. Hicimos línea por 45 minutos, yo llevaba mis boletos registrados por internet con los asientos que nos tocaron, pasamos a aduana, pasamos a la última sala de espera y estar en la última puerta de vidrio y yo mirando el Avión estacionado, con la puerta abierta y escalera puesta yo en la última sala de espera me dijeron que mi avión se avía ido y que tenía que volver a ventanilla para cambiar de boletos. Le dije “el avión está alli, no se ha ido” Insistieron que no había nada que hacer para abordar. Me quisieron cobrar más de lo que pagué originalmente por mis boletos. Gaste me tiempo dinero de avión, y hotel. El Sr Jefe Carlos Velásquez contestando déspota dijo “toman el cambio de avión o no”. He recibido mucha gente quejándose de lo mismo y del Jefe Velásquez. Revenden sus boletos! Hasta el taxista me dijo que el escucha eso muchas veces. No viajen Volaris!

    Horrible airline!!! I will never ever fly with Volaris!! They left my luggage in Los Angeles, on my trip to Mexico City. The same thing happened to 5 other families in the same flight! I will make sure none of my friends and family use Volaris!

    The customer service is really bad the attitude of the employees is really annoying at the boarding time they are very unorganized and the flies are always behind and if you loose your next flight due to their lack of organization they they blame you for that and you have to wait HOURS on the airport for your next flight 😡

    To whom this may concern; Volaris Flight #633 reservation # U5BYFI was the most horrible flight We have ever experienced!! We are very dissatisfied customer and Are requesting full refund. Your staff at Volaris Airline in the México cancn/Guadalajara section is very unprofessional,very rude they made errors with no explanations,no apology’s, we were left speechless from the abuse from your staff at Volaris airline!!!!The problem occurred in the area of Mexico between the departure from Cancun to the arrival of Guadalajara layover!!!!!””ON OUR DEPARTURE FROM A VERY LOVELY VACATION ON 04/06/2019””which quickly ended the minute we walked into Cancun airport Volaris line flight 633, upon check in,we were over 2 lb on our carryon luggage and then I was asked to add my purse on the scale which I told them I’ve Never had to include my purse as weight, we were double teamed by 2 very rude clerks that insisted to do as they say so I placed my purse on the scale along with our luggage. The clerks immediately stated that we were over weight and would have to pay $100.00 us dol THAT IS WHERE I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR!!!! The supervisor advised us that they would take 1 luggage in the cabin and I would have to pay now $50 for the 1 carry on luggage and “purse weight”, We felt harassed in a foreign country with no other choice but to pay the fee. We proceeded thru the boarding area 3 hours early as requested per international flight to wait for our flight departure. Flight 633 Guadalajara was posted to gate b1 and after waiting in line to board they announced 633-Guadalajara to sit back down, they were boarding 639- El-Bajio So they cleared the board and we sat back down and continued to check the board for flight 633still at 1730 nothing was posted nothing was announced thru intercom so getting stressed passengers starting asking each other a line formed in gate b1 and finally a very rude employee walked up and put up group 1 and 2 signs and directed my husband back to group 3 even tho I had group 1 and we purchased the tickets together. Finally we started boarding @1745 and left the runway at 1815. Flight 633 was running 30min late I was feeling very anxious and stressed due to the late departure and our 1 hour lay over was now cut to 30min.. I brought this to the Airline Stuart’s attention,she assured me 30 min would still give us enough time to make our Ontario flight. Upon landing we jumped on the first bus and ran into airport no bathroom stop at 2020 and the board read flt 936 Ontario “cerado” (closed) we continued to run to gate and were told the flight had left early... I constantly hear announcements over intercoms in airports calling out peoples names who have not boarded , in this case there was over 20 of us passengers including 8 little children left stranded that were on-your “Volaris” Cancun flight headed to Ontario. we were all directed back to the ticket line and at this point we experienced the most non professional,rude and non caring staff of volaris employees, not once did we hear a apology,no explanation or a caring smile from your staff!! we were told that their was no open flight to Ontario until Monday. We all requested to speak to a supervisor and were brushed off and were told she was to busy to come out to speak to us, We were told there was no more flights out for us until the next day, none at all to Ontario until Monday the closest one we had to chose from was LAX the following day @11 which was 45 miles away from Ontario airport storage where our vehicle was parked and already had charges for $82 ,correction $92, for another day of storage due to your error and above all an additional unnecessary Uber charge of $85.79 +$5 tip to drive us from LAX to our vehicle at Ontario airport.. ,as your staff was arranging motel over night stay the staff gave us a $150 voucher to wings restaurant, we placed our order and the waiter told us that the amount on the voucher was in pesos not US dollars which was around $7 US dollars and was not even enough to buy a sandwich and drink.. we went back to volaris to confirm the amount, they said $7 was all they were authorizing and reiterated that they didn’t have to Do anything for us at all ! This was very insulting and humiliating!! ..... We have flown in just about every airline, for fam vacations, our daughter was a travel Ball athlete and our kids attended out of state university’s, our daughter lives in Missouri and our son lives in Salt Lake City UT, so As you can see we travel and are familiar with professional customer satisfaction business. We have never been treated in this manner.. This is our first flight with volaris and it will be our last. I am starting my complaint with Volaris and escalating this issue to the calif DOT, BBB and further up. In addressing this matter with your staff they had a very mean and non caring attitude we felt very insulted by your Guadalajara Volaris employees one Jesus Lopez Ochoa and your “supervisor” Cristina Rosano which finally came out later that night for about 2 min and then turned her back on us. Their work ethic behavior clearly told us that they would not be addressed,that their would be no investigation or disciplinary action or follow up on this issue.. your staffs behavior was as this is normal business for them in the Mexico portion of Volaris . I hope that for your business sake you will look into this matter and hope that business and your employees can gain good customer service and training skills from this incident.. please respond.. unsatisfied customer in California Mr And Mrs Kenneth Vasquez. 388 coyote dr colton California 92324 phone # 909-770-3985

    The program is buggy and ill designed. It forces you to update at any time and does not allow to get your boarding passes. It happened to me right when I was about to board. No option to postpone. I almost lost my flight. Very dumb!!

    Took a few days in order for me to book. Was not allowed to continue in some instances. Did not load and went to a blank screen. Have Verizon LTE 4G. Finally went through. Think it has potential to be a great app just slow (even on a desktop) be patient.
