I’m very disappointed with the app and website as well. I needed to change my flight twice in a year and have never been successful. My recent experience was a nightmare. Even though I got to the last step where I needed to pick my new flight date, every time I choose a date, it said that there were no flights those dates, I did this multiple times.

Cannot complete check in. They charge $15/boarding pass if you do not print them in advance. Error code after error code. Absolutely absurd. Trying to get an actual human on customer service is impossible.

This has been a recurring issue with the app.
We get to the hazardous part of the check in and we are not given the option to choose NO. So we aren’t able to finish the check in process because if we try to continue we get an error message. If I could choose a different air line I would, but mom likes to fly with them direct to her destination. And the fact that the only way to get help from them is to have WhatsApp is another negative for me…..

Last two flights they have cancelled or changed to a different date and time with no explanation. I now have a reservation that’s been automatically changed on their part two times!! Unbelievable!! If you must make a reservation check it regularly, it may change without notice or explanation.

I downloaded this terrible app because the website is even worse. It takes multiple attempts to check in. It will keep giving an error “unknown error occurred”. I have to resubmit multiple time (without changing anything, so it’s not like it’s me missing things) and finally it works. The same happened for my friend. Neither of us could add our tickets to Apple wallet for our outbound or inbound flights either. I would check in at the airport to avoid this hassle, but they charge you $10 to do so. I’m sure they make this app so horrible just to force people to do that and get more money.

The app don’t show everything right. And the prices are no correct started at$ 645.00 trip to $800.00 I take more than 9 hours to login, because the app doesn’t work keep rejecting my password for saying that my email is incorrect I changed it took me more than 9 hours to make this reservation and it started at 6 AM I made it tonight about 530 i my my niece help me at 2 o’clock and she was having the same problem as me I don’t feel so bad because I thought I was the old lady that doesn’t have technology knowledge system are you just want to make more money off of us and I get the deals and then I try to become a member and I couldn’t do that it would allow me too get all the benefits because I like to travel and get benefits but I guess I’m just not gonna get it thank you had to make the reservation as I had to pay because I haven’t emergency in Mexico

I tried to do a flight change online, but it said I had to call. When I called to change my flight home one week, they ended up charging me more than if I would’ve bought a whole round trip ticket. The lady issuing me the tickets told me the flight was booked. That’s why it cost so much. They issued me two credits because our flight was delayed coming down and they would not let me use the credits which expires in a month and a half. after I got off the phone and she ran my credit card, I looked ,the flight was only half full. I tried to complain, but there was nobody to complain to, sad they have to resort to deceptive antics.

The seats were uncomfortable and by upgrading to premium we thought we would be better with more space. All seats were all the same. Charging for carry on and purse is completely ridiculous! No food or water was offered without pay. Flight attendants were rude. After all the extra charges the flight was not reasonably priced. For our next trip, I will try to avoid flying Volaris.

It is a very frustrating app needs very much improvement. It took me almost 2 hours to complete my transaction and still I cannot add a seat selection so I’m gonna have to call customer service for help. They definitely need to improve this app!!
