    The automatic card recognition doesn’t work!!! I tried it multiple times, it takes the picture and input the correct card # but it still says invalid. I figured out that you have to type in manually for your card to go thru.

    This airline is notorious for losing baggage. It takes months for some one to review you claim. Once you get a hold of someone they never seem to know the status. Do you know who you spoke with? What is you claim #. They are famous for giving you the run around!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!

    This app was pretty easy to use except for able except certain credit cards for some reason. I just kept using different cards until one went through. Also it was cheaper that using their website. Win Win! 👍🏼

    Una porqueria de aplicación, me ha duplicado pagos y vuelos justificando al sistema o al internet y llamas para hacer las aclaraciones y el personal también se basa con el sistema ! Es ilógico que quiera dos boletos para una misma persona!! Sistema de porqueria!!! Nadie te ayuda! Nadie esta capacitado para ver este tipo de problemas que su propio sistema hace mal!!! Admas siempre siempre los vuelos de noche tienen retraso!

    Last time I use this airline...no leg space & just uncomfortable. The check in lady was rude! I was on my way to airport back from my vacation and as I checked in through the app, there was a negative balance on my account & it didn’t even say what it was for??? Horrible service. I’m going with Aeromexico or Interjet next time, I never had a problem with them before, idk why I chose this airline to begin with.

    Have flown first time from Merida to Mexico City....couldn’t have been a nicer flight considering how large it was...there was a flight attendant name Jesus Daniel who was extremely helpful with a smile on his face the whole trip...he is a good guy for your team...maybe give him a bonus!! And actually all the attendants did a wonderful job and now that we know how many places Vilaris flies to we will be booking again for sure...thank you for such a clean plane and enjoyable flight...I never ever give reviews but felt this needed praising!!! Thank you all

    The isles are very narrow, the seats have absolutely no leg room, the seat are like seating on rocks. But the service was good. I give a 10 to the flight attendants.

    En mi vuelo de Tijuana a la Ciudad de México me dijeron q mi equipaje de mano tenía q documentarse, sin costo, porq yo estaba en el grupo 3. Llegando a la Ciudad de México después de esperar una hora para recoger el equipaje en la banda noté q habían abierto una de ellas y faltaba cosas, ( un tubo pequeño de crema para manos y maquillaje en polvo) ; mi maleta la habíamos asegurado con bandas de seguridad de plástico ,q me fueron proporcionadas por una señorita trabajadora de ustedes muy amable, mismas q cortaron o rompieron ; estas son cosas muy incómodas y desafortunadamente por este tipo de gente q sin dudarlo te despoja de lo tuyo todos los mexicanos quedamos señalados como rateros; pienso q Volaris debe poner atención en esto y cuidarnos como los clientes q preferimos volar con ustedes. Salgo de regreso a casa en mi vuelo de mañana y no quisiera q bajaran mis maletas . Tampoco me quedan ganas de volar de nuevo por VOlaris . Q apero q este tipo mail sea leído y tomado en cuenta y me encantaría tener una contestación . Att María Magdalena Barreda González.

    A flight O’Hare-Gdl, a kind crew but they charge drinks how they want to... pretended another team member was responsible for the amount charged that wasn’t the one on menu and play the forget card to keep “a self tip”

    This particular line is our go to for direct flights to Leon GTO. No other flight compares. For years we have used this service. I remember years back my father left on emergency and was left stranded in Texas by a connecting flight from Delta Airlines...ever since then Volaries has been our hero.

    So far so good. Booking has been easy to follow along. I have been able to change the language to english or Spanish and it has been easy to follow the prompts. And you can’t beat the great deals shown right on the main screen.

    Compré los boletos, según, muy baratos. SIN EMBARGO, lo barato sale caro, especialmente por las políticas de la centradas en hacer dinero a costa de los gustos de la gente. A volaris no le importa satisfacer a los clientes. NO VOLARÉ MÁS CON USTEDES. Prefiero los costos al frente como las otras aerolíneas.

    I had to purchase my tickets through the app because their website would not let me input the birth year (2006) for my minor. I called Volaris and they did not help. The app was the only place that let me purchase the ticket for my minor but it also cost me more. Tickets cost more on the App. As a family I wanted to sit together with my two kids so I also had to pay extra to be guaranteed that we’d be put together. When I was finally going to check out I had to create a Visa checkout account or else I couldn’t purchase the tickets. Took forever and I had to pay more. My flight back won’t be with Volaris.

    Seriously I was trying to use my credit that they issued me when my flight was delayed to purchase when you take it and it excepted my voucher but when it came to payment it said my card was invalid all the information was in there so now I had to pay the full amount and the credit I have was not used

    Tengo un problema con el equipaje y con un cobro extra en el aeropuerto de Morelia. En el aeropuerto de Morelia le cobraron $1500 pesos una agente de Volaris y se quito el gafete para no dar el nombre y le dijo que NO tiene permitido dar su informacion. Mi mama le pidio su nombre a ella y la agente se metio a la parte de atras y no quiere salir, le pidio el nombre a las otras personas que estan ahi trabajando y nadie se lo quiere dar “Dicen que ellos NO tienen permitido dar el Nombre” entonces porque usan el “GAFETE” con su nombre y ademas NO le entregaron uno de los aquipajes "articulo deportivo" (una Bicicleta) a mi hijo. Marque al cervicio al Cliente y Se cubren unos a los otros diciendo que marque a este numero y al otro, y que ellos NO tienen Nada que ver con “El personal Volaris” que trabaja en el aeropuerto. Que me arregle aya! Esto es un FRAUDE porque Nadie Puede Ayudar! Les dije que hice el PAGO de Aseguranza y Me dicen que ellos NO tienen NADA que ver con la Aseguranza que les hable a ellos!! Entonces porque la ofrecen si NO tienen que ver con ellos? ¡¡En USA sus agentes “son amables” y en Mexico “Son RATEROS”!! Mi hijo Viajo de Chicago Midway a Morelia, Michoacan el dia de hoy 8 de Junio, 2019 a las 7am

    Es sumamente complicado y poco útil las opciones que tienen tanto en el app como en la computadora. Uno se comunica a servicios al cliente y no ayudan. Simplemente refieren a comunicaciones electrónicas que no responden con prontitud.

    My Spanish is limited but I do ok, but the things that bother me when trying to make a reservation is that the session expires quickly. Also, they push joining VClub, but it cost 600 pesos ($31 USD) for one or in my case I was making a reservation for two people , so that was 2299 pesos ($120 USD), the discount didn’t offset the cost to join. Most airlines give you the membership. Also, when the session ends, it erases everything. On Kayak and other websites, they keep recent searches, Volaris should do that too. Anyway, I bought the tickets from Volaris because flying from AGU to CUN, it is the only airline to use, otherwise you spend most of a day of your hotel for a two and a half hour flight and Volaris is direct. Hopefully, they will impress us with the flight experience. Thanks volaris!
