Last time I ever use this app 1/5
Got charged 3 times for a flight that got cancelled. When to get a replacement flight and the price had tripled. Tried calling customer service they hung up on me twice.

In this pandemic, they’ve been taking advantage of the people. They don’t cancel your flight and if they do they don’t give you your money back. This company is a thief.

Honestly, I’ve been having such a horrible time with you guys, our first flight got canceled and no one notified us and we had to pay a lot of extra out of pocket money for another flight to another city. It’s was hit a huge hassle and I was on hold for hours and hours and I have screen shots. Over all horrible experience and the workers at Tijuana volaris were so rude and unhelpful. Hope you guys can understand where I’m coming from... I came out here for a sick family member and how all this stuff to happen to us just wasn’t right.

Si trato de usar un voucher que proviene de los vuelos cancelados por el COVID 19 o tambien puedo incluir ocaciones pasadas donde he perdido mi supuesto credito ya que ni en linea regular ni en la aplicacion se me ha permitido redimirlos, la experiencia de hoy fue que ni siquiera me muestra las letras que ingreso del supuesto voucher, una vez entrado me pide que pague el resto con mi targeta, no se porque si es lo primero que agregue(metodo de pago) despues de unos 30 intentos finalmente cerre la compra y SORPRESA!!!! El total del monto se cargo a mi targeta y dejó sin uso el voucher que tengo a fuerza q gastar en 90 dias o perderlo, eso sin contar que hay que estar al pendiente en cada pagina en el proceso de la reservacion ya q con solo un descuido cada cambio de pagina se aumenta el precio aun sin elegir extra servicios, otra razon por la que mi reservacion subio de 206.60 dls a 216.60 son sorpresiva mente los 4.60 PESOS que me dan el combo donde puedo en un futuro hacer cambios ilimitados a mi reservacion. Me pregunto si para volaris 4.60 pesos significan 10 dolares, al parecer si
Esto es un constante robo, lastima que no hay mucha opcion donde reservar y eso es de lo q la compañia no para de tomar ventaja
My flights were cancelled and I was given a credit for an amount that I couldn’t use on multiple flights or use the total amount on my next booking. That’s a rip off, not a cool way to do business. I was able to use only a 30% of such credit. In order to use full credit I had to book a trip further or for a higher total. Very disappointing, and not to mention the long wait times to speak to an agent about the issue. I understand that the situation but their flexibility and way to resolve the issue was very non-professional.

My flight was changed and I only found out as I tried to do my check in. My seat selection was lost so I was prompted to call. After waiting on the line 2 hours, the line was disconnected, I redialed and they were close.
To top things off, every time I called, there’s a recording offering a Web Link for faster service, guess what? The link routes back to Volaris’s Web Page, so here I go again.
Now it’s preventing me to post this, “enter a nickname”, so all are taken...I’ll keep trying...Let’s see what happens if I tap all the stars

Multiple canceled flights 2/5
Their phones support is non-existent.
Drove all the way to the airport again only to have the flight canceled. This is after having a boarding pass and gate number. You can sit on hold forever only to have it hang up on you.

We travel with volaris a lot. We have no problem while flying. The only bad thing about this airline is that they change the dates all of a sudden and won’t let you change them and you can’t get your money back.. it’s happened to us a lot. Besides that, everything’s great!

Pleas never travel with this airline . Do your research they may be cheap but they steal your money in a time of crisis like this one and their call center and the people working in the airport can’t help with anything . I will never book another flight with them even if it was feee . They have no customer service and no empathy or solutions to problems . I would give them no stars if I was able to .

I’ve flown to MMLO from KSJC twice without any problems and may probably go again this December if the COVID-19 panic is over but the seating is comfortable I don’t care about the legroom but it’s great to fly with a Mexican low fare airline
No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque en mi viaje anterior se retrasó me enviaron un baucher que nunca pude acer válido lo quise utilizar y decía que estaba expirado intente ablar a servicio al cliente y fui ignorado por la persona que contesto le brindé la información que necesitaba dijo que me iva a transferir con alguien más y colgó intenté comunicarme varias veces más y nunca fue posible y la verdad no entiendo el porque te dan un baucher para según usarlo en tu próximo viaje y solo son mentiras

You always know someone’s true colors during a crisis and I saw Volaris true colors. On top of that, they are making sure that you spend more just to rebook a flight for a place where you are no longer going to due tho this virus. I am pretty sure it is a crime during a national emergency, but Volaris doesn’t care.

I called to schedule a flight they gave me a different price then the app... I tried to called one more time and this lady was giving me a different price one more time , she told me to refresh my app and I don’t know what she did but right away my app was giving a higher price .. She was trying to convince me to get the ticket with her I told her that I will wait and she get mad. So people from Volaris is only trying to rob people!!!! All VOLARIS CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE THE WORST.. Please fix that and don’t rob poor people like me ,weren’t sweeping the money so you guys very easy take advantage of poor people ... Att: VOLARIS

I fly with volaris at least once a year the most recent time they had canceled my plane take off time and i had to call to reserve another one a day before so i lost one full day of my vacation and had to make arrangements to get picked up over in mexico after hassling the operator they finally agreed to give me 200$ worth of credits. Fast forward 6 months when i try to make another reservation with the 200$ credit they said they only lasted a month but they never explained that over the phone, wish they explained everything i woudved bought 200$ worth of food on the plane or extra bags.
