Unable to stop trial period 1/5
I am trying to stop the trial period. Have contacted support but so far nothing from them. The instructions are sketchy and asks to unsubscribe from the Apple ID settings. But there is no provision for that in Apple ID. It says cancel subscription by contacting Apple. This seems like a racket
Great workout app 5/5
By kittythe painter
With this app I lost 20lbs. It was easy to start. I went from 15 minutes of struggling while walking to one hour easy walking in 90 days. Can’t wait to start the intermediate level in 2 days!!
BEWARE ITS A 49.99 walking app!! 1/5
I was not aware that i was subscribing not only that but for 49.99??? What in the hell? I have never used this app after It was downloaded. I contacted them requesting for my money to be refunded as I did not want this app and will completely delete it off my phone. They sent me instructions on how to cancel the subscription and then a second set of instructions on how to request a refund. So I cancelled the subscription then continued on to request a refund for the second time. I get an automatic response that it is NOT refundable. WAIT WHAT?? Wow, beware!
Good, but don’t allow you to select the days you want to use it. 3/5
The app is awesome! Very well made, but if you skip some days, it still continues on the same week. I’m using the app for one month. I skipped several days, so I’m still on week 2. If I am doing anything wrong, I will change my rate to 5 stars.
Sneak subscription garbage 1/5
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Not good 1/5
the measures of calories and speed are not at all correct
App Should Be Free 1/5
Why are you paying an app to walk ? How does that make any sense. It’s a waste of money and a rip off
Trial misleading 1/5
The free trial implied a $39.95 annual fee and tried to take $10 monthly from my account. The first and last walk was inaccurate and this app is unneeded.
Too many ads for premium 1/5
I never got a chance to see if I even like the app because their ads to upgrade pop up about every three seconds and won’t allow you to close them.
In response to the developer, I understand your need for ads, but you need to balance them with the users ability to use your product. I have no intention of upgrading (and deleted the app) because I was not able to try it out and make sure it would work for me. Your app could be amazing, but I’ll never know because you made it too hard to use. I was not exaggerating about the quantity of ads that popped up with no way to move forward without upgrading.
Won’t let you cancel 1/5
Not easy to cancel. It will automatically renew.
I was not aware this is a prescription order, no thank you!!! Please cancel!!!! 3/5
In response to prior reviews 5/5
Thank you for letting everyone know that this app is a “subscription”...
Not worth paying for 1/5
By Play More Often
You can download free apps that give same info and walk to your own playlist.
Inconsistent directions 2/5
By OBX walker
Poor directions and no consistency. One day they tell you when to transition from warm up to walk to cool down but most days they don’t. Sometimes they tell you when you’re halfway...other days they don’t...
Walking weight loss 1/5
When I purchase an app I don’t want that app to keep popping up pages asking from r me to pay even more to unlock the full experience. Highly annoying.
Says it’s free but it’s not 1/5
It’s only a 7 day trial. Then becomes a monthly subscription. Deleted.
By angrier by the minute
This is not a user friendly app. It worked the two walks I’ve used it for okay, but now cannot change the playlist!? I want to cancel and get back my $$$! Knew better than to pay for a year upfront.
Not worth the download 1/5
A kitchen timer can be utilized to let you know how long you have been walking.
Nothing free 1/5
No free anything. I’m not buying or trying
Scam app 1/5
They charge me for a app like hat was not said to be a subscription I did not want or use I want my money back smh. If I here was a negative star I give -5
Doesn’t work 2/5
Very disappointed with this app. I very rarely pay for an app but thought this one would help me stay motivated to walk. Most days it starts over in the middle of a session
Dont be fooled 1/5
I down loaded app and was given a 7 day free trial but had to commit to $9.99/month unless I cancelled. After 4 days I knew I wanted to cancel but the app makes it so hard to find the cancel button
If you download be aware of the $9.99 you will be charged
Won’t let me complete my work out 1/5
This app does not track my entire work out it cuts me off before I’m through therefore it is of no use. I want my money back.
New workout 5/5
This app was downloaded by myself in hopes of tracking my progress during workouts. I mostly like the music.
Can’t cancel the free trial 1/5
This app is not allowing me to cancel my free trial and is going to start charging me.
Walking App 1/5
Subscription- I canceled a month in advanced and STILL got charged. Had to go through iTunes support who were nice but doesn’t help that now it’s going to take 10 days to get my money back
Not even going to try 1/5
By Vamaps k
I downloaded the app but then I started reading the reviews. I am not going to try the app from the overwhelming amount of complaints other users have said about ads and that there are no free work outs
Charges you 1/5
By Tane C
It charges you immeasurably without your consent ...This really pisses me off...
Bait and Switch 1/5
Says FREE then before I can read terms my Face ID signs me up; I’m so tired of these apps saying free then giveing the bait and switch
Rip off 1/5
Impossible to cancel. This is not the way to treat customers.
Updated review: still one star 1/5
They really should state before downloading that it’s a subscription. Although, at this point, I shouldn’t be surprised, i haven’t been able to find a single free workout or walking app that’s actually free. And even the free trial require me to link a card to my iTunes, but I don’t use iTunes. I was able to figure out how to use the free version though so no big deal. That’s what my one star review was based on previously. Now, after reading some reviews and developer responses, and experiencing it myself first hand, I wish I could make it zero stars. If I click no on a premium membership, that means I don’t want it. I understand ads help you keep it free, but it interrupts almost every setting and page you click on, taking up half the page so you can’t read what’s underneath it, and if you try to click the “x” to close it out it just brings up the sign up page. If your going to do ads, do them periodically, make them small and LET ME CLOSE THEM.
And PS developer, I don’t wanna hear how sorry you are and how my feedback will be utilized, just fix it. Don’t tell me, just do it. Because you’ve been apologizing to your users pretty much since the app came out and nothing has been done, so I’d suggest actually listening to your reviews this time before someone shuts the app down
No ability to be creative 1/5
This app does not allow you to design your own plan but dictate to you what you should do as far as walking time and distance. Not for me.
Click Bait 1/5
By Ben Davidson
Free = $9.99 a month.
Downloaded, not opening 1/5
I know I should’ve read through The reviews before I downloaded. I got excited by the cute little ad on Facebook however after reading through reviews I will not waste my time.
Extremely Disappointing. 1/5
The free week trial calls for an agreement to pay for a yearly subscription. Therefore, I choose the $15 monthly subscription.
I would have canceled the free trial right away. This is a complete waste of money. The plan couch to 5K is free and much more beneficial.
I’d appreciate a full refund.
I don’t want to get charged 1/5
I’m not supposed to get charged for a free trial
Free for 1 week only 1/5
I just downloaded app and it stated I only had 7 days of free membership then it’s $9.99 a month.
Be careful they will bill your account 1/5
Got into this program thinking it was free. But when I realized it was only a 7 day trial. I got out and deleted it from my phone. 7 days later a $50 unauthorized charge came out of my account for a year subscription. Be careful!
Make you commit before trying it 1/5
I didn’t even try the app. I don’t like apps that make you commit to purchasing a subscription before you’ve even tried it.
App won’t open 1/5
Was going to try out the app. Downloaded it went to it open it and it just shut down. Couldn’t even try it out because it keeps shutting down.
Not so great 2/5
I paid for this app hoping it will open up more apps and options😩. Nope, money wasted
Walking Fever 5/5
I love this app already! It was my first day working out with the app, and I loved the 80s mix, and how the songs flowed into each other. I loved the warm up and cool down. The entire workout took 15 mins, and I already feel healthier. I’m excited to walk again tomorrow!
Unable to stop subscription 1/5
Stay away from this hard to use app. It’s impossible to get rid of the subscription
By melissa juan
This ugly app legit says 4+ and when you say like 15 for example it’s says no your supposed to be 16 and younger 😫
Have no clue 1/5
Not sure if I was forced into buying a plan. Not way to check. Deleting this app. Needs to show clearly if I have bought something or not.
I hate the app asking for credit card before you try it 1/5
Add to that after reading the review it seems there are a lot of ads. If you have ads it must be free with out sign up and if you don’t want the ads you will have the choice to pay to get rid off ads.
Could never even take a first walk with this app 1/5
All it wanted was money. Never gave the first work out.
By Trying Hard Mom of 2
Tried a few times to use this. It kept closing or didn’t work properly. I just don’t have the time to make it work. Too confusing. It shut down in the middle of my last walk. Not going to keep it.
