Got these glasses and can’t wear them because the sides are over 1” longer than my head. They just fall off my face. I still like the color and the look, but they do not fit me like they did when I tried them out...☹️

When I connected to my home WiFi and used the try-on feature it worked! Great feature! I could see this feature helping customers narrow down their selection before trying them on at home.
This would help customers with the selection process by narrowing down the frames to the five pairs that look better according to face shape, etc.
Even though customer service couldn’t help resolve my issue, they were friendly and response time was quick. Five stars all the way.
The app keeps telling me that it’s unable to load the virtual try-on feature. My iPhone is a new model that should work with the feature.

These glasses are so beautiful. I love them. I have a small and narrow nose with high cheek bones and these fit perfect and are very comfortable. I also got the transitioning lenses and they work very well. Highly recommend these frames.
Wrong prescription twice and poor customer service 1/5
This $3B market cap company sent me glasses with the wrong prescription twice and has terrible customer service. After multiple visits to get it resolved I was told it would take 3-5 business days to get my glasses. After two weeks I call and after 49 minutes and their line dropping. I called again and they couldn’t give me a date for when my glasses would come. So I cancelled my order. This Uber of eyewear doesn’t work. Their customer service seems to be part time. Again. Back to Lencrafters I go. You say you want to turn it around?! Why didn’t you on the multiple calls? I just wanted to know when I could get my new glasses and you didn’t know. How is that turning it out around?!
Virtual try-on? 1/5
I went to the website and you can’t do virtual try-on. It’s only available through the app now, according to the website. I downloaded the app, and I don’t see a virtual try-on option anywhere. I went to the FAQs and clicked on “Warby Parker App and Virtual Try-On,” as if it was going to take me to that specific area of the FAQ, and it just took me to every FAQ. I’ve been satisfied with the glasses in the past. Hopefully your glasses didn’t become garbage like this app!
Received incorrect order 1/5
I ordered my first pair of new glasses from Warby Parker. When I opened the box I was shocked to see the frames I got are not the ones I ordered. Don’t think that are my prescription ether. The company said that they would send me the correct one and to return the incorrect pair. The incorrect glasses arrived in 10 days, so I assume the correct ones will take another 10 to get to me. I feel it might have been a better choice to just get my glasses local.

Great cleaning kit, but the anti-fog spray did not work as described. I’ve been using the spray as directed for a week now and my glasses still fog up. The kit is Not worth $15 if the anti-fog spray doesn’t work.

I initially ordered my glasses together (2 different RXs) then realized my mistake and emailed that same day. Annika got back to me right away and said she could separate the orders just let her know which RX for which glasses which I did. Now today I received both with the same RX. So disappointed.

This is my first purchase with Warby Parker because I was intimidated by the whole try on process. I am very pleased! The only trouble I encountered was with MY own optometrist and the people at WP were available immediately on the phone, replied to my emails quickly, and were vigilant in helping me obtain my prescription from my opt! The customer service person that took care of measuring my eyes was quick and responsive almost immediately. Thanks for everything . Wish you guys had prescription sunglasses. I picked to wrong ones I wanted to try but I tried reaching out but no one would respond back I’m going to return soon as they get here.
I’ve been wearing glasses since childhood. I have never had such a difficult and frustrating experience purchasing eyeglasses. The app is very vague. They can not service all prescriptions and customer service is horrible. I had to have my eye doctor call to figure out that they cannot provide what was requested.

I just order my 6th (I think? Lost track) pair of Warby’s. I can honestly say my favorite feature about myself are my eyes BECAUSE they’re highlighted by these amazing glasses. Every single pair I’ve gotten has been the best. The quality is impeccable, the style is absolutely perfect, and the ease it takes to pick and purchase a pair is priceless. Not only this, but their customer service is UNREAL. The best part of my year is choosing my new pair.

I ordered my first pair of Warby Parker’s last November. I have been so happy with my decision. Unfortunately I scratched my glasses pretty bad to where I was seeing a glare. I reached out through the chat to see what my next step was in repairing or replacing the lenses would be. The kindest representative reached out and helped me get my glasses replaced without a glitch! Truly appreciate their kindness and help! Warby Parker lifer :)
Warning to Potential Customers 2/5
Warby Parker uses UPS, so I do not recommend paying for Expedited shipping. UPS is notorious for saying they attempted delivery when they didn’t. This happened with my latest order. Also because of COVID I’m home 24/7.
I paid $20 to get my glasses early and now I have to drive across the city to pick it up myself.
If you call UPS for a refund they will tell you they have “suspended refunds due to COVID” and WP just straight up will not refund shipping. The only way to get a refund at all is to return your entire order after you go to pick it up.
Notified that My glasses are ready to be Shipped on October 10th but I won’t receive them until October 23rd because they shipped using the US Postal Service. That’s a ridiculously long time to wait.
I can’t figure out virtual trying on the glasses.

I love the try on box. I think it’s a great idea. I hate shopping and am an online shopper. I do curbside pick up so this was a great offer. The price is very reasonable and the quality is just fine. I just ordered for a pair o lost. The ones I am wearing now need repair as well. Can’t wait to get my glasses.

I entered the Sacramento store and was received negatively from the start. I decided to order glasses anyways and it has take nearly three weeks I’m not sure if I’ll ever get them. My wife ordered glasses online and she got them a week later. Very inconsistent service. Not happy. I’m about to got to the local eye glass place and get some there. I’m requesting a refund

i am very disappointed in the lenses in my new glasses- they are supposed to darken in sunlight, but actually change very little and are basically useless to me.?frames are nice- but supposed to be narrow, but fall off when u bend over.

I forgot to order expedited shipping and called and the lady was SO nice and helped me out and I was expecting my glasses (with prescription, blue light filtering, and high index lenses in three days. I love Warby Parker and have been using their glasses for years. However, they are all oversized on me and my friends, except the extra narrow size. But the extra narrow size is super limited! Please make more styles available in extra narrow!
Also, more trendy styles, like low cat eye, in fun tints! I want fun fashion glasses that I can also see through.

WP recommended to me for virtual try-on. Went to website. When selected virtual try-on, only option was to download WP app, which I did. Now, no easy way for virtual try-on. Please don’t tel me I have to now set up an account. Not interested. Will be deleting app.
