The virtual try on uses a lot of something because it heats my phone up like crazy and slows the app a whole lot
First order of vision sun glasses came wrong. After a looong time on the phone with them, they agreed to send a replacement expedited. Then they forgot to send expedited!! And almost a month later, I’m still waiting for the proper pair. Great customer service 👏🏻👎🏻

During this COVID virus all our local eyeglass places are closed. A friend told me about WP. It was easy picking out my glasses from the many possibilities from their APP. After picking my favorites I got my current prescription from my Dr. and sent it in with my pick of glasses. The glasses were sent quickly back to me and I couldn’t be happier with them. I have a difficult prescription and it was filled perfectly. I’m extremely pleased and will always use WP in the future. You can’t beat the quality, price, and customer service.

This is a fantastic website! You get to try on glasses virtually, and it’s also simple to use! I tried on dozens of glasses and then placed the order for free at home trial. I’m just sorry I couldn’t invent this website myself!
Constantly shuts down/crashes and freezes. Very frustrating. I’ve tried numerous different days and varying times of day, etc. and am giving up on selecting WP frames to try on at home. I can’t even get past adding a few frames to my cart. Needs work. Over it.
Utterly unable to get virtual Tryon 1/5
I have downloaded and tried the Warby Parker app four times trying to virtually try on frames. I have read all the directions I can find and can still not get any link to the virtual Tryon.. I do not want five pairs of frames delivered to me nor have to return them.

Unorganized and misinformed 1/5
I have never been so frustrated with a service in my life given the complete disorganization and misinformation. 10 days is a complete lie. I submitted all of my information and someone didn’t file it correctly on their end. I called got it fixed and they said it would arrive the by a certain day and it didn’t. I called back and they said ok it will be here on this date and it was wasn’t. Now I called back and they still don’t know. This has been well over 20 days. So beware. I chose them because of the ten day marketing. I wish I had gone with someone else who is organized and have employees who know what is going on. I wouldn’t so frustrated had two people not misinformed me regarding the delivery date. I tried canceling but they have already charged me and the glasses haven’t shipped. Go with another eye glass place.

I love my new glasses! The “At Home Try-On” feature was so helpful in finding my glasses! The shipping was very nicely done, and it got delivered days before it was actually said to be delivered.

I have the glasses and they are amazing but I do have a big problem with the virtual try on, cause I’m broke so I still got the 8 plus, and they only offer it for the X and higher which is very disappointing. I should also have the option to try them on but I can’t cause I don’t have a certain type of phone do better please and make the try on available for everyone.

My first order with Warby Parker did NOT go very well. After paying $345 for a pair of glasses, the protective material started peeling off the lens within 10 months. I’ve just ordered my second pair and of it happens again I’m done with Warby Parker.
Favorite Glasses of All Time 5/5
Hi. I’ve worn glasses/contacts all of my life so I’ve owned dozens and dozens of pairs of glasses in my 62 years of being a visually challenged human. The old routine of finding a pair of glasses after an eye exam at ones doctor’s office in a short period of time with a staff member hovering and helping you try different frames has always yielded so-so results. They were functional. Maybe a little cute. But still just another a pair of glasses I didn’t like wearing. With Warby Parker, I scoured the site with all the frames and shapes and colors and went through 2 boxes of try-ons. I favorited a few but then when I found the Percey frame in the ice blue color, I had found a pair that I loved. The process was easy. The online staff were helpful. The prescription with the progressives were perfect. I also got the lenses that darken so I could use them as sunglasses too. I normally don’t wear my glasses except for when I take my contacts out. Since I love these glasses so much, I haven’t worn my contacts for several days now. With the pandemic happening this made getting new glasses so safe and easy. I highly recommend Warby Parker and also love that they help people by giving a pair of glasses for each pair sold. Great company. Happy customer.

I like my Warby Parker glasses and the convenience of ordering them, but they are expensive, $325, and my insurance only reimburses fir the frames.
Five Star - All The Way! 5/5
During the Covid crisis I broke my glasses and my regular optometrist office was closed. My co-worker told me about WP online so I decided to give it a try.
The online experience is far superior to other web-based eyeglass sites. I love the way you can sort/filter. The free home-trial for 5 frames is a brilliant service. I tried this twice because unfortunately the fit of the first pair I ordered didn’t work out (local locations still closed, so I couldn’t go in for any adjustments).
The customer service was exceptional (via email and phone). I returned that pair and purchased a different one which I received about 2 weeks ago. Love the new one; comfortable fit out of the box. WP made the entire online eyeglasses purchase so effortless.

Have repeatedly waited on the phone and no one ever answers. Sad Trying to post this and every “nickname” I try is “already taken”. Even odd ones😕.

The delivery is so wishy washy. I feel like I should’ve known better and not given my money to this company. I heard great review but Im not witnessing the same experience. USPS says that the shipping is delayed while Route says the glasses never left New York. Also, the shipping on the Warby Parker app has been saying “In Transit” for 3 weeks now. This is just crazy and not worth getting the glasses I want. I can say that I’m definitely not ordering from here again.

So, I just ordered my new glasses online. I had some pretty tricky questions about making sure that my prescription was uploaded correctly, so I called customer service. I spoke with your customer service agent, Bree. Bree went through my transaction process and also reviewed my prescription photo upload and noticed that everything was perfect with the exception of the photo of my pupil distance. She walked me easily through the steps to have my pupils measured and then again reviewed my account to make sure my purchase was perfect. She was very very nice and helpful she also is very familiar with the process and made everything super easy for me. Bree was excellent!

I gave u a two for two reason. I order my try on home on Apirl 16 and didn’t get them until May or June.
Secondly trying to get the glasses for the pd measure the instructions don’t tell u have to have arm length out. I would not recommend getting them. This is so stupid for waiting for my glasses. We might be canceling our orders.

I have never used Warby Parker, but I’ve had friends tell me how great they were. They were SO right!! The ability to be able to try on frames at home was the best part! So many options! I found my favs in the first set of 5! Ordering glasses was so easy and I couldn’t believe how fast I got them after I ordered them! I had questions and someone was always available either via chat, phone or email! I’ve never experienced such great service!!!
I have a strong prescription and finding light, comfortable lenses has been impossible. I finally got them through WP!!! This is the first time I’ve been able to get glasses that weren’t heavy!!!

Great selection, competitive pricing and cool virtual and literal “try on” experience. I chose my frames, sent my Dr.’s prescription and was notified it did not include my pupil distance. No problem, their website has an application to take your photo... but you have to position a credit card under your nose so they can accurately calculate the distance. But after 2 days of multiple photos uploaded, they weren’t quite sure they were good enough. Maybe because I have dark brown eyes their tech couldn’t figure it out. So I had to cancel my order. Hopefully you will have better luck!

The quiz, try 5 at home and simulator makes this the only way to but eyewear. If the first 5 don’t work you can do another 5. No worries about how many people had touched the frames because cleaned before sent to me.
The simulator sold me, using my camera function I could see what they would look like.
I purchased sunglasses but my next script for eyewear will be filled through Warby-Parker.

The process was was pretty quick and easy. I was able to get my glasses faster than going to Pearl or MyEyeDr. It’s just a pain to have to find a place to adjust the fit after I receive the glasses. Checking to see what VSP covers but the price was less than either of the two places I mentioned above.

I am real customer who always checks reviews before purchasing anything online! If you have a minute I will give you an honest opinion. This is an awesome company but with COVID-19 and probably an overwhelming numbers of eyeglasses requests Patience is Key!!!! THE EYEGLASSES ARE WORTH IT !! They have a Great selection of eyeglasses and LOVE the Home Try-On idea!!!! Enjoyed being able to take my time really finding a pair I loved!! I choose the Tortoise shell type I tend to be rough with eyeglasses and need hard, durable frames. KEEP IN MIND IT WORKS ...BUT YOU DO HAVE TO BE PATIENT ..BECAUSE YOUR NOT DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF AN OPTOMETRIST !! so getting Pupillary Distance correct can take a few tries!! The first pair the RX was slightly off once the Pupillary Distance was the issue. So I did have to return them but hated to because glasses were so awesome GREAT QUALITY ! ABSOLUTELY ADORED THE FRAMES!!! Just have to make sure they can see your pupils in photo you submit. Nura in Customer Service was a big help here. Also received email explaining glasses were corrected along with what I thought was 2nd bill. Britteny in Customer Service calmly and patiently listened and explained it was simply a receipt enabling me to submit to my insurance if choose to. I honestly was a little rude but she understood & was very HELPFUL & EMPATHETIC which calmed me down. WONDERFULLY Warby Parker also followed up with 2 more emails from Kara Z experience manager and Alexis in Customer Service apologizing for the misunderstanding !! It took about 6 days (which is normal) to receive my corrected eyeglasses .. at first I was honestly skeptical but WALLA !!! THEY WERE AWESOME!!! I LOVE THEM!!! I WAS COMPLETELY FLOORED!! THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL !!! IF YOU’RE PATIENT YOU WILL HAVE SUCCESS !! I got exactly what I was hoping for !! Thank You so much A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!😆😆😆😆😆

Finally a pair of frames that are extra wide for those of us who love a pair of frames that take up one fourth of our face! The classic Durand frame in a gorgeous, universally flattering tone! Rose water is a rose tinted clear alternative for those of us who like the idea of clear frames but want a more subtle introduction to the idea of committing to clear frames. It compliments my deep dark skin tone and I’ve seen it look just as great on others with lighter skin tones! Rose water is also neutral tone also so doesn’t matter if you have a cool undertone or warm one (these look great on everyone)! Attention WP! Please come out with not only more extra wide frame options but more colors in the Durand frame! Please and thank you!!

Three times we have driven to the North Austin store at the Domain.
All three times the store was closed.
First time I’ll accept as our fault for assuming it would be open on a Monday midday. It wasn’t.
Second time I called the store ahead of time. The recording said they were open. We arrived and the store was locked with the “we are closed” sign.
The third time, today I arrived at the store expected ng it to be opened because I looked online and it was listed as being opened. It was not.
It's a 45 minute drive each way from home to the store.
Someone needs to be at your store if the phone recording and online listing on your web site assert that the store is open. Shame on you.
Painless glasses shopping but, 3/5
It was a very easy process but I had the impression that the selection would be broader. I found ones I liked but options are limited and the color palette is very similar in most styles.
