Makes you sign in with your tv provider in order to watch anything but it won’t even load the screen to let you sign in!! Why make people have this stupid useless app? Let us log in on a web browser… oh wait… that doesn’t load either.
ETA: I tried to go to the help link and clicked “contact us” and that wouldn’t load either! This app doesn’t even deserve the star I have it. It’s trash. Fix it. People have had the same complaints for over a year.

I downloaded this app in order to watch a basketball game. After the preview ended, the app prompted me to sign in using my provider's account. but then the app froze. Repeatedly. I tried multiple times using both a cellular connection and a solid Wi-Fi connection. Since the app completely failed, I removed it. I will not use the app, see commercials on the app, or patronize its sponsors. Whoever designed this app should be ashamed of themselves. I will gladly watch other networks and streaming services.

I have a cable provider and whenever I go to sign in to said cable provider the app just keeps loading. My tv provider doesn’t even show up. The wheel just keeps turning. I’ve tried closing the app and then restarting it, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and still get nowhere. The “contact us” section has predetermined problems that maybe occurring (none of which are mine) therefore I can’t even get help via that avenue. As a multi billion dollar company you might want to consider investing in some IT support.

Trying to watch ncaa tourney, but clicking “sign in” gets me nothing but an eternally spinning progress wheel. Either fix your back end or don’t bid to carry these games.

The devs claim they’re sorry to hear about our negative experience and that they’re gonna work on it…yet, go look at the reviews. Going back a year or more all of them list it as a bad app.
They don’t care. Warner Media, doesn’t care. TBS isn’t their priority. That would be TNT. TBS is doing so bad, that honestly if it weren’t for AEW, Warner would’ve probably shut it down by now.
I’m only here for AEW. Your selection is lacking. Maybe make your app better and ditch the unfunny Big Bang Theory as your only show, and then maybe there’s hope for you.

This app hasn’t worked for me in over 2 months. I’ve reported the issue several times and am notified that it’s fixed but I still am unable to sign in. The loading icon just spins and spins and spins and does not sign in :(

Trash app. The app on the TV won’t let me get to main screen even after I connect via my cable provider. Keep asking me to get started. TRASH!!!! Deleted!! Rather stream through 3rd party websites. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DL THIS TRASH APP. FIRE THE DEVELOPERS!!! They have one simple job to do.

For over a month the app says ‘log into the provider for full access.’ I’ve done that. Just a spinning white screen to utter nothing less (trying with dish if that helps) I’ve done all the tricks. Trying to turn off auto log in thru the tv settings on iPhone and delete and redownloaded the app multiple times. Just giving up at this point. Horrible app.

For watching life tv, this app constantly freezes up, I have to close it, reopen it, sometimes multiple times, then it will work for a little while, then not. It’s just not the best. Using iPhone 14.

I’m not complaining about watching ads but that they constantly cause the app to freeze. Then after you close the app or switch to live to unfreeze the app, it does not remember the right location to resume. This has been an ongoing issue with this app.

East coast West coast broadcasts 4/5

The only thing I get confused about is if you’re watching a live sports broadcast (specifically AEW) if you miss part of the live broadcast from East time is there a rebroadcast three hours later? I hate waiting for the broadcast to be archived you have to completely withdraw from social media so you don’t get any spoilers.
But seriously, great app. Hardly ever crashes.

You have to constantly sign in… if I switch apps for any reason, I have to log back in every time and restart the show. I fast forward to where I left off and have to watch the commercials again. Absolutely brutal.

Let’s go issue by issue
1) the app crashes multiple times, while watching 1 episode of a 30 minute show the app crashed at least 4 times.
2) the amount of ads, separate from the ad blocks, that just pop up randomly in the middle of your show
3) multiple times coming out of the ad breaks whether they were random or not, the app would start my show from a different part oh and if you try to get back to where you were watching you’ll get hit with another ad break
4) the amount of times the buttons on the app don’t work, the pause button the skip button the rewind button the back button all take turns deciding not to work
5) high speed wifi where I’m watching yet, video and app quality all move at the pace of a snail
6) audio straight up doesn’t play with the video 25% of the time
To review you’re better off finding another way to watch your TBS shows instead of sitting and using this app that will waste your time and frustrate you TERRIBLE APP.
And no I will not being going to tbs.com/help to file a complaint as I won’t jump through hoops to get you to fix your own app

If you want to watch a movie on TBS don’t, you are better off finding a blockbuster and renting a VHS tape and watching the movie at your grandmothers house on her VHS player from 1996. This app is by all means, unequivocally, undeniably, unusable. TBS is a five star app if you want to take 3 hours to watch a 2 hour movie because the app automatically rewinds and jumps around the movie as if it was granted free will by Al Pacino. Would not recommend.

As hard as it was to fast-forward and rewind before, it was at least possible, if not easy, but now, it's _almost_ impossible to do, and anytime you do, you're forced to watch another commercial, even if you didn't cross a commercial break. And then the audio stops working, and you can't pause anymore.
And the gray border is still there - not on any other apps, just TBS and TNT. These apps need to be recreated from the ground up. Just copy the Disney app.

Aside from barrage of the same ads, for whatever reason, the app NEVER remembers me. Every single time I open the app it asks to provide my service provider. But lately, once I choose my provider, the screen goes white and it’s useless. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it to the same result. Absolute garbage.

Hot garbage. I’m going to continue to keep putting in bad reviews until it’s fixed. New episodes of a show get put up but don’t play and when they do decide to play it plays for 10 minutes then a box pops up with the next episode to auto play and it can’t be stopped. There’s no cancel button or any way to stop another episode from playing before the current episode is even finished. Once again these media companies just want money money money but will do nothing at all to fix problems or even communicate with viewers. You think after all the bad reviews they would address the problems nope who cares as long as we get paid by the service providers.

Both the TBS and TNT apps are garbage. They frequently crash for no reason, log out for no reason, and decide that a show is over and start playing the previous episode mid way through an episode. It makes it really difficultés to watch. You would think a billion dollar corporation could get a working app.

Any time I’m trying to watch it with my chrome cast, it will randomly cut out when it’s suppose to be a commercial break. Beyond annoying, I have most of the streaming services and this is the absolute worst tv app I’ve ever used.

It’s Friday morning 5am-6am I’m trying to watch the newsst episode of AEW dynamite and it keeps acting like it’s over and wanting to go to last weeks. I can’t just stop the countdown and watch no it backs me out and then I start it over and it becomes an endless loop of a problem you all have with your app on the iPhone iPad and Apple TV app…

This app very rarely ever works the way it should. Video quality is constantly in and out. The control buttons don’t work. Right now I’m trying to watch a new episode of a show but it starts the countdown to play the previous episode in the series and I can’t get it to stop.

I like we can watch shows that aren’t available on demand through our cable box, but the ads are out of control. The 2:57 minute ads that pop up 5-6 times during a 30 minute show, come off as abusive. That’s right, abusive. It plays the same ads over and over, for so long. TBS forces you to use this app, and it pops up a warning on every device this app is on that says something to the effect of you have to sign in, but due to streaming rights the app won’t save your history on the app. So you better finish what you watch or possibly get stuck watching up to an hour of commercials to finish a show. I watched a 30 minute show earlier, and since my phone locked or my phone lost a fast connection and I had to keep rewatching the same ads. That’s abusive. It should at the least save your place so you don’t have to rewatch ads you’ve done watched.
