It’s furniture that lasts. I used to buy at brick & mortar stores but they don’t last. This way I know how much a chair or sofa weighs and how much weight it will hold. That’s very important to know that people don’t think about. So I picked out a beautiful set that will last and not break down in 2 years because furniture is expensive. I like the Wayfair sales. I love the story of the company that started with two guys in Boston with an idea. That’s great and I’m glad to support that and thankful for good quality furniture.

I bought a bookshelf. They self me the wrong color. I was halfway into assembling it when I realized this. I don’t except returns/refunds for anything that is already assembled, or even anything that has been opened. How the heck was I supposed to know it was the wrong color if I didn’t even open it?
It’s a nice bookshelf, but their return policy kind of feels like they’re running a scam.

Hard to find the items I wanted. Patio cushions, chairs and live seat cushions not listed together. Found them separately after much searching, by same company, and listed as often bought together. Wanted three chair cushions but only came in sets of two. I hope they match. Took a chance.

Mediocre overpriced item 1/5
The item i purchased was visually beautiful and that’s it. It’s used were none. I ordered a dresser and the photo on the add make the drawers seem spacious but it is not. Not even my kids clothes would fit in it. Now I am forced to pay a $75 fee for returns. Please be weary. Last time I use this app. Will gladly pay more to visit a store for this very reason false advertising.

We did not receive the product we ordered. We had to call 4 times and constantly were made promises that were never delivered on. The reps just tell you what you want to hear and then get you off the phone and do not deliver. If you want to receive the product you order then I would look elsewhere.

My daughter ordered furniture from them. Days before the furniture was supposed to be delivered, they told her all of the sudden it was back ordered. She waited months to get her furniture. A year later I ordered a sofa from them. Supposed to be delivered next week. Guess what ? They don’t even send me an email. I happened to look on my account and it says backordered for six more weeks. I called them. They can’t explain why. Should have listened to my daughter. Never again. Order at your own risk. Don’t expect to get it for a very very long time

I will review my new Sun, Moon, & Star’s grill when it gets here. It appears not ONLY attractive but includes side ventilation which many backyard fire pits/ grills lack- & then fire poops out. Have been researching for the right one for @ LEAST a year!

Many of the items I desire are “not available or not in stock”. SO, WHY, may I ask, do you guys at Wayfair EVEN HAVE THEM, listed currently, online with - like, NO COMMENTS as to any dates or, anything, as to WHEN, they might be- back in stock? If you DON’T know, don’t you guys think, you should just take them OUT of, your website? THAT way, we’re just not looking at all of these “ out of stock” photos of items we want!, but cannot buy! 🤔
When they DO become available again, you can re add them onto your site again. Giving updates as they DO, become available BEFORE, they’re being restocked. That way, it gives us a heads up too!
Think about THAT! Maybe we could, pre-order to insure that we get what we want.
SOMETHING! Nothing, is no good though for a customer when “out of stock” is only seen on particular items.

I love Wayfair. They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The app is really great too. Everything I could want is there: the search engine, the favorites list that I can separate by project, the in stock notifications. The most frustrating pain point in using the app though, is the constant interruption asking me if I’m a human. I mean, it’s constant. I’m redoing a kitchen...so I’m on here practically every day trying to nail down the final selections. But as I’m tapping through the colors available in an undermount sink——please verify you’re a human. Then I have to tap all pictures with a fire hydrant. That, in itself, is an annoyance. But what is down right irritating is that after I pass my human test, the entire app is frozen. FROZEN. Is in, will not move and nothing works. I have to close it down. Why don’t I close it down before the hassle of the human test, you ask?? Well, because if I do that, the test is there, waiting for me, when I reopen the app, and then freezes anyway! Infuriating, right? It seems to happen more on the iPad than the iPhone but it does happen on both devices. I’m sure if I just closed the app and waited 10-15 minutes the captcha would clear out, but let’s face it....when you are on a faucet hunt, you are more likely to just close the app and fine your item elsewhere.

The only problem I have is that I have a hard time getting my cart to open up. Not sure if it’s just me, but I have to poke the icon ten or more times to get my cart. Otherwise, I enjoy the website and I think that you have a terrific selection of everything necessary for a home. Thank you

Ive noticed that WAYFAIR will list the same item several times at different prices. In fact, I placed an order for a sofa which I was supposed to received in a week, wayfair then tells me it was lost and that I should look for another option. I found the same sofa listed several times, at a higher price. So frustrating!

I’ve had Wayfair for a while but I haven’t had the chance to buy anything on there, I remember they used to have one of these features where you could do like this thing where you can point your camera to any area of your room and see how the furniture would look in your home before purchasing it. What happened to that feature? Since you guys took it away it’s kinda hard for me to decide what I want (bed and couch wise) all I keep seeing is reviews of how small the furniture is, you guys should bring that feature back it makes things a tad bit more helpful (along with the photos everyone posts) and kinda fun shopping for furniture. I love everything else besides that tho.
Love Wayfair because of the ease of buying and the quality of their products.

My experience has always been excellent. This time however, a dresser I wanted was on sale. But it wasn’t on sale for the color that I wanted. That wasn’t clear to me until it entered my cart. The error was mine, but it seems to me that I would not have made that error if the layout was a bit more clear. Again, I must restate, the error was mine. I am to blame.

I can sign in on the web. Account works fine on the web. No matter what I do the app will not sign me in. I’ve updated my password, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing. “Showing” the password shows that I typed it in correctly. The app just says “oops something went wrong.” Indeed it did. I gave up and opened a different app to shop.
