Every single thing I’ve purchased (including chair, rug, drapes, drawer pulls and outlet covers,) are high quality and exactly as described. Wayfair is my first go-to for home decor. 10/10 would recommend!!

I received an error message stating my payment had been declined. I logged onto my PayPal account and the payment had been sent to Wayfair. I gave it some time logged into Wayfair and checked my recent order, it wasn’t there. Again checked PayPal and my credit card still showed the payment. Later I checked my email…refund sent to my CC from Wayfair. This same scenario happened on a previous order as well. Is PayPal not an acceptable payment method for Wayfair?

Absolutely disappointed with my experience with Wayfair. I ordered a stand for my TV at the beginning of December and told it would be delivered on December 10th. That date passed without any shipping updates and I reached out for an update. I was understanding of shipping delays and was told that it would be shipped on the 23rd. The 23rd comes and goes and I hear nothing. So I reach out again because suddenly the availability is showing as backordered until December 2023. I’m reassured that it was just a delay on their end and that they would open an investigation for me. I received an email regard this telling me that they would be shipping my product on January 18th. Through this, I decided it was better to be patient because I was excited for the product and I know shipping and stock delays are part of life right now. I wait and notice the charge on my card but…still no updates on shipping. Still showing as backordered. I send an email and am met with a generic response that was very vague and patronizing. Upon reaching out to customer service again, I’m told that the product was never available and that they would issue a refund. My primary frustration is that I kept getting told certain dates each time I reach out only for that day to pass with absolutely no change. The item was listed as in stock when I ordered it and then suddenly changed to backordered AFTER my order was confirmed. If it wasn’t available or was backordered, that should have been communicated at the time instead of wasting my time for two months and offering me a refund for something they never should have sold me in the first place. Wayfair customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Anyway, this was an unnecessarily long rant to just say, “here’s a reminder of why you shouldn’t order from business’ like this. They don’t care about the quality of their support or product because the sheer amount of orders keeps them in business. Disgusting and will not be purchasing from them again.

Try searching "Sonny Ottoman". It doesn't come up but thousands of results appear. Search for the part number "W001666794" and Sonny Ottoman is the first result. Awful search engine. Unusable app for finding something specific.

Poor experience purchasing from Wayfair.
The first item I purchased was a bed. They confirmed that it’s partially delivered and the status is the same even today after a month. Only when I was annoyed and I called them they were able to decode that there is no additional package and the one that I have received should be it. After 2 weeks of delivery!
So I bought a Tv unit as my second purchased for $115. I said No to all other deals thinking I’ll have this delivered soon. One before delivery date, my order is cancelled stating there was a pricing error and now want me to pay $480 for the same item. 👏.
Wayfair does not understand the difference between commodity retail and furniture. And they value neither their customers nor their time. All the best to the reading planning to make one’s next purchase, I’m not going to spend my time planning and making my third purchase with this company.

I have ordered frequently over the past two years from Wayfair. I have never been disappointed with the speed and care of shipping items. Today I had to cancel an order for a rug after I had completed the order because I had measured incorrectly the area I needed it for. I was pleased that it was so easy to accomplish this; sometimes with other companies it has been a hassle. Thank you, Wayfair. I believe that with your company customers always come first!

Peor atención al cliente de la historia. Me mandan el TV Stand faltando los tornillos principales para ensamblarlos, hago la reclamación y me dicen que va a llegar el 01/03 luego era todavía 01/10 y los tornillos no llegaban, vuelvo a llamar y me sale una agente y me dice que sin falta al día siguiente y que incluso me mandan el numero de rastreo para que este mas tranquilo, y admite que los tornillos están fuera de Stock, o sea vendieron el producto sabiendo que estaba incompleto, vuelvo a llamar hoy 01/17 y me dice el agente entonces que me va a poner en contacto con el fabricante, o sea la mejor solución que ha encontrado Wayfair es ponerme a mi en contacto con el fabricante para que ellos me resuelvan la situación liberándose ellos de toda culpa o responsabilidad, ya lo peor es darme un 10% de bono como disculpa para calmar mi 100% de indignación por haber sido maltratado desde un inicio.

Sleep is hard to come by in my house and I have a sick kid so unable to turn off notifications. This is not acceptable. They need some decency when it comes to sending texts.

The hidden gems that you have to write in because you don’t see a lot of this and that’s in the choosing screen there’s wallpaper and decals and kitchen drawer and cabinet pull outs among many other things that you have to know what you want because they’re not showing it. I do get confused when I see an open box and I want it but it doesn’t compute on the website that happens to me a lot. Hope you update.

I’m very disappointed with Wayfair Customer Service team.
Did not update or communicate regarding issues with item purchased. Saying delivered but was not delivered.
Only to find out that item was sent back to their warehouse after our superintendent and porters of our building asking the neighboring building if my package was accidentally dropped to wrong location.
No apologies or returned phone calls explaining what happened.

Lots of deals and good stuff but easy to get lost if there's no way to sort by price, rating etc. there are filters for categories but still no to enough. Also, when sorting by price they still put sponsored stuff in making it a completely unsorted list. The last few times I tried to buy from wayfair this inability to sort properly made me go look elsewhere

We had ordered from Wayfair and was delivered all damaged we called to get an replacement but they didn’t deliver any in 3 months then we asked for refund and still waiting for our refund because they think they can still resolve the issue after 5 months. They are terrible.
I love Wayfair. Customer service A+ as well. If I ever had an issue with a item they were super fast to fix any issues.

I live in a small town in WV. I’ve been using WayFair for years, even though there are plenty of furniture stores around. WayFair price, quality and shipping can’t be outdone even by local companies. I bought my late Mother a living room set and area rugs from WayFair 2 years before she died. When I’d go to visit (every day) she’d ask me if there were any new Open Box Deals on WayFair. A thumbs up from my mom was like praise from Caesar. ❤️
