Mobile- swipe with intent to leave a meeting doesn’t work as expected. Subsequent Webex joins if prior meeting still live drop you back in the “left” session
Mobile- phone calls drop Webex audio even when presenting or host. Alternatives that allow me to select a DND option for iPhone traffic should exist

The audio was problematic so not sure if that was on the side of individual attendees and presenters or not but there was static or distortion with most who spoke. Thank you.

I’m hard of hearing and often rely on closed captions(subtitles)
As far as AI generated captions go, these were very accurate and kept up with the presentation. There wasn’t significant lagging or buffering.
Well done. Much appreciated. The competition doesn’t even try to keep up.

When I use the join by browser or full pc client , some times when the presenter changes slides, my screen will go blank and I have to disconnect then reconnect.
This has not happened at all with the IPADOS client at all - very stable - of course there is no file transfer but otherwise it works very well

I’m a returning student to college and how technology is today it’s so frustrating trying to use it. While reapplying I needed help and to talk to someone and they suggested downloading this app and talking to advisors from the school I want to go to. It was amazing how helpful and simple everything was with WebEx. Thank you.

With the recent update 2 days ago, every meeting I join using apple AirPods just sounds like a metal trash can being kicked down cement stairs.
Additionally, the app uses the wrong API for calls, it is not using the callkit API which means the device processes conference calls with no more priority than the music app. This means that every inbound call will mute your meeting before you ever accept or decline the call.
Its a joke of a meeting app with super poor QA testing on new releases and lack of knowledge for how apps should behave.
I hate the application, I can’t wait to start using MS Teams fulltime again.

So easy to use and convenient, even my 75 year old in-laws figured it out instantaneously. I think competitors are following Webex but a tad behind Webex. It is also HIPAA compliant.

This was my first time participating in a meeting through Webex. Didn’t see an option to choose a background picture, so that other participants would not automatically gain the view into my room alongside the view of my face. Does this option exist in webex?

The layout and buttons are not user friendly. I really don’t need to see a huge screen of my face. I needed to see the host and attendees. The lag was bad but not horrible. The text of what is being said needs to be higher up on the screen. I couldn’t see the video feed and read the voice to text at the same time. If I can’t see the person and hear them well enough that I must read what is being said on the bottom of the screen then I might as well just be on a phone conference with better audio.
