Give Back Snooze 1/5
Snooze on pill reminders has disappeared making the app useless. Will be deleting from my devices. Why would you remove snooze? Bad idea.
By Andrew Ornellas
This app is so helpful !!! Thank you so much WebMD!!
Bullet Lists Would Be Great 4/5
On the side effects for medications and such, a bullet lost would be so much nicer than just a series of comma lists. Otherwise, the app isn’t bad.
Great app. Easy to use. 5/5

EXCELLENT AID 5/5
I am a physician practicing a specific specialty and I use WEB MD as a quick reference for medical concerns outside of my area. It is written in language that average folks can read and I refer patients to it.

Recent Update 1/5

The latest update has made the App very difficult to use, and get the information you want! Why??

Symptoms checker 2/5
By Jay Beau
90% of the time I use this app for the symptom checker and since a few updates ago it’s useless. I’m close to deleting this app.
Make it better. 2/5
By floatin high
Your app has general info, which is a good thing. However, the inability to enter symptoms not on your list really limits getting answers. Also, medications not on your list cannot be added and taken into consideration. Every time I try to research symptoms I actually get nowhere because of the extremely limited options.
Simply the best - imo. 5/5
Always adhering to my Meds is a great thing.
Great Reminder 4/5
It would be nice if incorporated by a beep or sound.
New update is bad 1/5
All the cool features to search by body parts and symptoms are either gone or super difficult to browse and pick.
Time to look for a new app.
Good and Bad 4/5
By Christopher Cooper
I like WebMD but I don’t like the occasions when links lead to “shady” vendors selling. “shady” products and “shady” medical theories.
I also wish the App had a way to:1. Run reports; 2. Correct time medication was taken and 3. Make notations.
It is amazing
Apple watch 4/5
I use the Apple Watch occasionally to enter taking medications. The app changes the previously entered time to the current time, i.e. entering medication at 0800 changes the time of the previous entry from 0600 to 0800. While the notification that the medication was taken is entered the time yields a incorrect history. This is annoying. By the way, I had to create a new nickname to send the review.
WebMd Briefly from a Beginning Novice 4/5
I have found WebMD to be useful and easy to understand. Navigation is a bit sluggish in deference to the many adverts.
Thank Y’all though.
Keep up the Good Work.
Mobile app does not link with the website like it’s supposed to. For me specifically the my medicine tool.
Hate the new webmd 1/5

Caring and Sharing 5/5
I’ve been using Web MD for several years and find it to be extremely helpful. I’ve saved several articles for quick reference when needed and I’ve shared a lot of information with my family members. It’s a great source for information about medications and I have appreciated the thorough detail offered. Thank you!
WebMD for reminders 5/5
By Lori E-W
This app is great for helping me remember to take my pills and track any I’ve missed. My favorite feature is the reminder that appears on the lock screen. You can swipe the reminder to the side and a button appears that lets you mark it as “taken” or “skipped” - quick and easy. I credit this app with my keeping the med doses consistent without being intrusive to use.
😔Too much Drug ad interference with reading articles! 2/5
I am a RN and use to love WebMD. I had been getting it in my email for a long time but It has become next to impossible to read the articles or click to the next page without an ad getting in the way and being forced to read an ad because it won't click to the next page right away and seems very buggy like I am being forced to stay on the page. This has become so excessive that unless there is an improvement I am done with WebMD. This does not seem to be an accident with the ads as I know you all need to make money but it has made it so unpleasant to be on your site now that I am going to either delete or just quit reading and unsubscribe. It is too bad because there are really good articles and medical information. It also seems like WebMD is really biased toward pushing alot of the pharma drugs. Please stop! Maybe a small ad at the bottom is ok but not the ads interfering with me reading articles. Oh yes, please stop tracking me!

Great for research when questions arise from drs visit.
Amazing app 5/5
I love this app,I recommend to anyone!!!
Doesn’t sync with iPhone app 4/5
I like the app but for one significant problem. I set up some medication reminders and added all my meds to the interaction checker on my iPhone. At a later date I downloaded the iPad app and logged in to my account. I was surprised that all the work I put into entering my meds on the iPhone did not transfer to the iPad. That’s a real bummer.
My Granddaughter has just been diagnosed with RSV. I had forgotten most of my medical knowledge since my strike, but thanks to We MD, I have knowledge again to help with answers for my Grandchildren.

Biology Teacher 4/5
Fine educational resource.
Always find whatever I want easily.
And the first aid section is goneI’m a voiceover user and the ax lists in the app don’t show up. I have emailed the support team and no improvements were made. I’m not the the only one with the issue
Interesting reading 4/5
The last version sent one Notification a day for a while and then stopped.

By Elder R.L.
We use this App to review symptoms, ID pills and other various concerns. Thanks for the information and help you give.
Checking off the taken meds 2/5
Not a bad app just slow and cumbersome to check off the taken meds. I’ve contacted customer support about a fix but there doesn’t seem to be any resolve.
Guess I’ll look into a different app to fill my need.
Mystery app 1/5
By Ms Elliott
I have used the information these people put out for yrs and so I decided to download their app. Not one response on any questions are posted in the community forum. I mean the only one one any issue is the one I just left. Why is that? We learn the most about our diseases from others! So when I can't see that info why do I need this app? Also it is constantly crashing.
Medication inflammation On The Go 4/5
This app is priceless. I have the ability to show my patient the pros and cons of taking their medications on time with or without food or other medication.
No matter what I need to know, WebMD has it covered. Symptom checker, pill identifier (comes in handy being disabled vets). Lists of ailments A-Z, medications too. PLUS so much more. I depend upon this site, I do go to a VA.
Thanks for always keeping information up to date!
