    For the most part I have not had many issues. There is one thing that is very annoying. When I am finished with my week and day it automatically rests to week 12 when really I’m on week 2 day 2 for example. It would be great if it went to the next day that I’m actually supposed to be starting on.. very frustrating because sometimes I don’t remember where I left off.

    Love the app, but it periodically skips a section. It will direct you to run for 3 minutes then a few seconds later tell you to walk for one minute. Happens maybe once each workout. Other than that, it’s great.

    I was a 2 sport D1 athlete in college, but after graduating it became difficult for me to stay regular with my workouts, not to mention come up with consistent plans that both challenged me and kept me engaged. This app worked incredibly well for me and was well worth the money! I highly recommend it.

    I downloaded this app but never used it. I have just been charged $39.99 for a year of an app I cancelled prior to the subscription period. I have no idea if the app is good or not but the annual charge is ridiculous . Please refund

    I’ve only had this app for about a week, but I’m really enjoying it! So far it’s keeping me very motivated to keep going! The water tracker and meal plan suggestions are awesome! I don’t always have time to prepare some of the meals, but I love the recipes! I am a running newbie, and I’ve gotten out of shape in the last 8 months, so I’m excited to get back in shape and do my body right. I feel like the yearly price is worth it considering all the extras you get with this app. 👍

    I’ve been a half marathon runner for a few years now and wanted something different. I definitely found it! I like the interface and the audio interval reminders. Workouts are easy and don’t take much time. However, there is NO way that I’m actually burning that many calories in one workout.

    The app does not function well with the Apple Watch, there is no way for it to run on the watch and the phone simultaneously. It also does not function if your screen locks, has to be up in active the whole time in order to give you your prompts. However, I think the workouts are effective and challenging so I will continue to use this app, but now I know the optimal way that works for me is to leave the app up and running on my phone and then to track a separate workout on my Apple Watch to monitor my time and distance. I would recommend this app for a treadmill run but maybe not necessarily for an outdoor run where it is hard to be constantly monitoring your phone.

    This is a great app but, what this app really needs is to be able to select a distance and a time that you want to run the distance in and The App helps you achieve that goal. Also the app needs to be compatible with all Garmin smart GPS watches

    I'm in my 40's and have been fairly active all my life, but in the last several years I just haven't had the umph I used to have to workout. Interval training is new to me, but I started Time Under Tension exercises, introduced my Thomas De Laurer and had amazing results, fast. Although my muscle definition is getting better, I still need to lose the layer of fat all over my body. This app helps me in 3 ways: 1. Reminds me to workout 2. Does the professional training for me. (I don't have to be the expert for applying interval training to my run.) 3. Motivation by giving me badges and awards, all virtual of course. If I were to add anything, I would want private groups to be my workout buddies first (not interested in posting my personal achievements/goals on Facebook, thank you.) Also, I would love this app to synchronize with my Fitness Pal, for no extra charge.

    Ever since they updated the app the cues aren’t working properly. My phone darkens after 30seconds even when the app screen is up. It used to keep cueing me so long as I had the app running but after the update it doesn’t. So I have to keep the screen lit and app open to get it to speak. Super frustrating as staring at your screen while running isn’t ideal

    Very easy to use and adjust to your needs and level. I like the music and the tracking of the different things. Also easy to choose the running level you are at and move forward - if you want to.

    I understand that you want people to buy the premium version- but the free version has so many ads it's horribly annoying! The feedback on time run, distance, etc is not consistent. On some runs I get feedback every 10 min or so- on some I get feedback once during the whole workout. Would be nice if it were consistent. I would consider upgrading for a one time purchase price- but I don't want to pay a monthly fee. Too many bad reviews to consider the upgrade. Too many glitches- I got an email during a run and the app shut down half way through my run!

    Great app but my iTunes music fades out at the peak off my run every time. Usually the last 4-5 min of the running part! So frustrating when that's where you want the music to be the most intense!

    I do not like how it becomes very difficult to add you goal unless you pay for it. There’s so many adds and they push their “upgrade” with out letting u to try the app first. It’s just a lot of promotion

    Love this app. In late March I decided to take on this app and complete the first level. I couldn’t run a mile. I’m athletic but I was very out of shape. 8 weeks later I’m in love with running I’ve dropped ten pounds and have ten more to go! But more than anything else I love running again. In 8 weeks I can run 3.5-4 miles straight and run five days a week! I want to run! This is such a great app! I love the stats and the ways you can track your progress. I feel so much pride from completing this and it didn’t feel like that much work. I suffer from anxiety and my anxiety is almost gone.

    This app is amazing I get the best workouts and just about after every time I run I am sore. I have seen so much progress I went from running 21 min a mile to 9 min a mile just from using this app. I’ve toned up very well so if anyone is looking into beginning running this is the app that will not only improve you strength and cardio, but also tone your body. Truly amazing.

    I used to like this app when I used it at the gym and my headphones were plugged into the treadmill. But I just realized that if you want to run outside with This, as soon as you open the app your music stops playing. How [email protected][email protected]$ stupid?!! What’s the point of a running app that doesn’t allow you to listen to anything else. So disappointed in this junk

    I have yet to be able to get the app to work on my watch. It shows up, when I’m sitting at home trying to figure out the problem, but then when I’m actually moving, blank screen. Also, I’ve selected a plan and it’s always in “free run”. I paid for the subscription and feel burned. Thanks to this experience, I’m now very hesitant to download any app that wants me to pay for a subscription. Now, if an app doesn’t give a true trial with all the bells and whistles beforehand, I’m not interested.

    Love the app!! But, wish the left and right arrows were not so close to the edge of the phone. When I’m holding my phone I tend to touch the arrows by accident, which moves you back a section or forward a section . Arrows closer to the middle of the screen might work better, as most people don’t need to touch the arrows at all.

    This app is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! I am 51, new to running and hitting 4 mile mark on my way to a 10K. I love the multiple options for training plans, free runs, great music, excellent coaching and motivational reminders. I have tried a few apps before buying this one. The price was a turn off at first, but all the features made me come back, take the plunge and I am so glad I did. This app has already paid for itself in my opinion in only 5 weeks. Thank you Developers for the best running app out there!!!!!

    I was loving the free trial of this app, and I was going to start paying the 9.99 a month for a subscription, but I woke up this morning to find that they charged me for the year subscription! I didn’t want that one and now my bank is negative. DONT GET THIS APP!!! It’s not worth it! They better refund me my money! I didn’t click anything that said I wanted to do the year subscription..it’s a scam!

    I love this app. I keep to it, following the commands and never feel overwhelmed. The slow increases scare me at the beginning and then I realize I can do them. Each run becomes an exciting challenge.

    While I enjoyed this app for a little, I deleted it as I didn’t want to get charged for the monthly rate and well I got charged anyways! I had to go into my iTunes and cancel the subscription. So beware if you download to just try the app make sure you cancel the subscription!!
