Having the same issue as others. App asks for password twice. On first screen it works, on second it does not. Forgot password link is also broken, although in reality I haven’t forgotten my password at all.
Please fix this.

New to WeWork. This app is a disaster. Been trying for over an hour to put in my profile. Bugs everywhere. Totally worthless.
Keycard Registration flow is awful 1/5
The keycard registration flow is one of the most frustrating flows I have ever gone through. The scan of the government ID doesn’t work correctly and you can’t manually take a picture. I had to play with it for several minutes and the help doesn’t give you any hints.
Scanning your face is even worse. You are supposed to put your face inside a weird oval with circles for eyes and it again doesn’t tell you what you are doing wrong.
I hope the rest of the app is a little more polished but I don’t have high hopes.
iPad Version Please - What’s the Hold Up 2/5
Guys, as a leading B2B company, the fact that you have not a IPad version (so we can use in landscape mode) is slightly embarrassing. The iPhone version is fine but how about some love for iPad users. Thanks.

The staff at WeWork facilities require you to download this app in order to receive a keycard for their offices. The app did not recognize my password, even though it works on their website. This all occurs while eating into time you’ve paid for to use their facilities, while you engage in a futile password reset flow, a line of people get frustrated behind you waiting in line at a desk, and the app fails you. What a rotten experience.

Not only does it not recognize my password, but tapping “forgot password just takes me to a “buy the app now” page that just redirects to itself whenever I click the button. Useless piece of garbage

By I like music but....
Still can’t register my keycard after multiple attempts. I need it to enter the building and having to check in at the front desk everyday for work is getting really annoying.

This app has a great potential, but is flooded with bugs and poor UX. It seems as if they need more devs dedicated to this app.

This app just isn't focused on users.
The few functions I use regularly are buried multiple clicks down, like printers, accounts, and the market.
Community manager updates appear like faux 1:1 messages. Am I replying to the CM or the office at large? App needs a "bulletin board" function for office announcements. Members need to see the recent history so traveling members can see what is going on without abandoning the home office and vice versa.
Don't take my word for it. Build in some metrics so you know what is being used and what is ignored and prioritize accordingly. FOCUS ON THE USER.

Been a member for 6 months with no issues. App no longer stays open long enough to even book a room. 😳 not useful at all now!
I used to rate his at a two as it could be a lot better. With the latest update it's now unstable. It won't even open as it crashes straight away.

Clunky "Honesty Market" Feature 2/5
Wish the market feature supported ApplePay. It's really clunky (and insecure) to enter a credit card number and do the whole QR-code dance. The kiosk never works the first time, and tries to cancel the transaction before you possibly have time to launch the app on your phone and get to the QR code.
I can't view the "groups" page and none of my contact info will update. Please fix these bugs.

The new app is pretty good, but there's no geographic filtering by building now? Disappointed to see this feature disappear as now it's harder to communicate with those in my building

Call me biased, but I'm so excited to finally have a way to interact with the WeWork community, book conference rooms, and learn more about fellow members' services in an easy to use iPhone app!
Crashes all the time completely useless 1/5
I tried to book a conference room for a meeting that I have next week. As soon as I tried to select a date or a location the app crashes.
Customer service seems to be out of it too. Just to give me over 25 emails back-and-forth to reserve a room. I have to repeat the same question three times to get an answer.

I love the WeWork app. It's super easy to use and I am able to post to the network when I need help with almost anything (from business advice to hiring a freelancer). The best part about it is that I can connect with startups from all over the world!

You can book rooms and workspaces if you try hard enough. It takes a lot of taps and patience to find a booking though. The rest of the app is just as slow and hard to use. Their desktop web site is much faster and has lots of photos etc. too.

But having to go through soooo many steps only to find that it isn't available near me was frustrating. Beautiful design, flawed UX.
Search for conf is really cumbersome and once you make reservation there is no way you can invite cooworkers.
Its 2015 and companies of this magnitude should have well working app. Check breather.

Be warned! If you create an account and use this app they will not stop emailing you! You can try unsubscribing and even calling them but they have no regard for your privacy. Even if you leave their community as a paying "tenant." Abysmal customer support for such a modern shared space network!
