Went riding back in January hated it and turned it off and glitched so I deleted the app. Opened it again today in March said it’s been on for 80,000 minutes. So what does that mean for my money?

Was having a blast and everything was working well then we stopped and I ended the ride while we walked around. I go back on and it wouldn’t let me use the same card again. So I tried to switch and got stranded 5 miles from my car and had to walk back while my friends bike and account worked perfectly fine using the same exact card!

I have tried four different bikes and none of them will work, it always says turn on bike before unlocking even though it is on. All of these bikes work for my sister so i don’t know what the issue is.

I figured out that it’s about 4 minutes every dollar, which I thought was okay. But I came to realize it’s charging me $5 for a 4 minute ride. Even though it said I owed them $1. They even charged me for less than a minute for $5. The only reason I ended my ride because the bike wasn’t in good condition. Please fix this and contact me.

We were honestly super excited about these new scooters..... Until my boyfriend and I were both overcharged for rides that we were unable to end because the app was so glitchy. I was charged $8 for a ride I didn’t go on and my boyfriend was charged $53!! We reached out to the support team MULTIPLE TIMES via email with absolutely no response. We are continuously in loops of the auto responses and someone saying they’ll “forward it to their support team.” PLEASE give us our money back. It’s been almost a month and such a headache.
I understand it’s a start up and they probably have a small team but this should be top priority. You can’t just take people’s money with no support team or willingness to help.
Can you please put the hack back because I don’t have a card and I like riding the them and it’s helpful getting to places so please put the hack back

Tried to ride but the bike was dead battery. Then couldn’t shut the thing off and it charged me for 35 minutes of riding. Good luck ever getting me on one of these again. Get your tech straight. Not worth the stress.

This is now the second time I have gotten on a bike with no battery, started the ride, realized it was dead and when I try to end the ride it does not allow me to whatsoever. I am sick of being scammed and my card being continually charged while I cannot ride or have the choice to end it. Keep your money and ride Lime, I’ve never had a single problem with it.

I decided to try it out .. typed in my card said it was ok to ride , but it wouldn’t go and it was still scathing me and them I tried to park it and end the ride but wouldn’t let me , and it was still sharing me when I didn’t use it at all .. I tried over twenty bikes all dead. What a waste of time get a scooter.
There is NO SUPPORT when you click on the link. I tried to use this scooter and it let me connect my card, only to not move when I gave it gas. I noticed a flashing battery light. So went to disconnect. It’s been 30 MINUTES!! It’s still charging my card, saying make sure Bluetooth is on (which it is) and literally has me stuck standing here on a street because I can’t leave it if I’m still responsible for it. The fact there is no way I can disconnect is very upsetting. I need someone to contact me from this company

When you open the app it ask you for your phone number but then a code error appear and it doesn’t let you go to the next page but it still send you an activation code by text.. and phone calls repeatedly during 3min..

They had the free ride promotion and I tried to unlock a bike and it wouldn’t let me because apparently it said my card information is incorrect or not available it didn’t let me use the bike so I have an additional phone from the government hopefully they have another free ride promotion because free rides are the best especially when you use to riding the bike all the time and have no vehicle I can’t drive legally so this helps me feel relief that I don’t need my car to be happy 😊 I really would like to buy a electric bike or scooter in the future to zip on the sidewalk and it’s a lot safer than automobiles lol 😂 please keep it on when free rides I’ll change my review as soon as it works for me :)

It won’t let me unlock, it won’t let me end the ride, and there’s no way to contact support, so I’m currently being charged indefinitely for a ride I didn’t take. Terrible, buggy experience. Not recommended!

So I recently started riding “Wheels” and for starters, they are pretty fun. Although, it keeps charging my card when I am using my friends card. I even tried locking my card so that it would stop charging but it still kept taking money out of my card. I also tried making a new account to use a different card, but the app still ends up taking money out of my own card instead of the other card that I associated with the new account! I can’t even change my card info because of how there are no settings! Once you open settings, there is just a blank white screen! This app needs so much improvement and needs to stop taking money out of my card.

Downloaded the app because they were advertising on Craigslist that they pay people to pick up scooters. I signed up and did all the paperwork but they can’t seem to process the paperwork or give updates on why. It seems like they just want people to download the app so that they can inflate their download rate on the app store

FUN, It’s like riding a kids BMX bicycle remind you of when you were 12, anyone can write this from 12 to 100, it is safe easy and anyone can do it safely as opposed to the stand up kick scooter rentals that are dangerous and malfunction and cause severe injuries, it’s like riding a bicycle but you don’t have to pedal

FAST! FUN! COMFORTABLE!! TRY IT 💯% FUN. Its like riding a mini motorcycle but safer and way more enjoyable! I was feeling stupid riding the stand up scooters felt like a 5 year old lol WHEELS is TOP OF THE LINE! Just SIT DOWN AND ENJOY THE RIDE!! And the best part I'm 6’3 320LB THIS BIKE IS UNBELIEVABLY COMFORTABLE!!! Probably will go faster if i lose few pounds 😂 but wow it’s AWESOME 👏🏻

Initially the app didn’t start the bike. It charged me anyways. While I’m not upset over 75 cents, I tried another. I attempted to stop the ride twice. After the second time I saw the bike not responding, so I left. When I got home, the app (which had termed the session AND was closed out) was still timing my ride 2 hours later. Never using this again. There’s plenty of other rides out there.

First of all the bikes are fun to ride, but this app is horrible. There is no pricing on the app and no way to get information on a rental. I rented a bike with three others and we were all charged vastly different amounts. In addition my wife’s bike kept dropping offline and she had to re-initialize the bike. This app need a lot of work. I wrote to the company about my wife’s charge and got no help.

Requests a card despite being free. Use a different card now and shut off the old one and the Wheels app says it can’t verify my card with no option to put my new one in. Contacted customer service only to be put on the back burner for over a week with no solution. Can’t make a new account because it’s linked to my phone number. Just annoying. One star since I can’t even use the things.
Unable to end ride 1/5
I got on and tried to start my ride and was given an error message that the wheels was unable to link. When I tried to end the ride it told me that there was an error. And now I can’t scan any other wheels. Now it’s going to charge me $99 because I did t end my ride. I hope this isn’t the case as I really enjoy these rides but there is no Customer Service to contact.

The bike I rode was at low battery and I couldn’t lock it? So I had to go and now I’m worried I am going to be charged a fee even though I didn’t do anything. I emailed the support team and they don’t answer I’ve emailed twice. Maybe stay away from this app because you could get charged for something that’s not your fault I don’t know what to do?

My friend and I went out for lunch by seaport village and saw this blue electric bicycle and thought we have to try. We really enjoyed it a lot! Great bicycle, the app was easy to install and simple set up to start using. This great I loved it.
