The app is good only downfall is they need to add a feature. Pay through the app. They run your card as credit which requires an ID. People don’t always carry cash and if I send someone to pick up my order it’s pretty lame they can’t use my card. If they add the “pay thru the app” feature it would avoid this issue, not just for me for a lot of people.

I’ve have used this app many time ms and have had no issues. User friendly. Easy to reorder and save favorite meals.
Ordered my order at 1:30pm and it never went through and I’ve yet to receive my order. What a JOKE!

Overall I like the app a lot. It’s simple to order anywhere; no need to be at your computer or call in. It gets the job done. It could use some UI work though.
As someone else has already mentioned, when you view previous orders it doesn’t tell you specifically what you got, just a very basic description (i.e. 8 piece boneless combo) and the price. So it tells you what you got, but it doesn’t tell you the flavors, what sides you got with it, etc. You have to select it first, then in your basket you can see what exactly is in it. But that’s annoying because if it’s not what you want, then you have to remove it from your basket, go back to the previous menu, and keep guessing until you find the right one. It would be nice if you didn’t have to go into your basket, but instead could see all the items on the first menu.
Second, when it auto-fills in your phone number it’s in the wrong format. It auto-fills with a 1 in front (USA phone code or whatever), but the format in the form does not have room for that. So it basically adds the 1 and cuts off the last number of my phone number, which means I have to delete it and put in the correct phone number every time I order something.
Like I said at first, I like the app over all. These are just some specifics on what needs to change.

This app is so simple, and the fact that you can delete a specific order and fix it without loosing all the other information is very neat.
Didn’t get any ranch with my order. Kinda bummed and aggravated because I need ranch. Whatever.
Okay but missing food 2/5
I was in a hurry to get home so I ordered online and i placed 3 combo meals i go and get it its perfect not to long of a wait I received the order and left get home one bag breaks from the bottom and bam i lose my wings and then i got the other bag full of items and im missing fries
I was disappointed I placed my order but when I went to pick up the order it was cold with condensation inside the boxes and fries were cold very disappointed
3rd time using the app and it’s so much better than having to wait in line!!! YES for the Wingstop app!!!!

I’ve used this app the order food on way home a few times. It’s very reliable. The only thing I would do different is to be able to pay before I get there.

Would rate it 5 stars, but it doesn’t give me an option to customize my wings. For example I like the wings extra saucy so I always have to call to order them in order to indicate extra wet.

Food is always good. Only complaint with app ordering is that I can’t pay cash. Sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone if they’re busy. I understand needing a cc to hold it but sometimes I’d rather pay cash. Also while I’m here, bring back the Spicy Korean Q permanently!!!!

Why waste my time entering credit card information into your app if your staff is going to run the knuckle buster and make me sign a manual credit card receipt? It took longer for them to figure out the credit card machine than if I would have paid with nickels and dimes.

Don’t order extra crispy wings 1/5
I had stopped eating wingstop because it seemed like the bone in wings were too soft. Someone suggested ask for extra crispy. The first time, they were perfect. Tonight they were so hard we couldn’t eat them. So a waste of money and 24 wings. We’re eating grilled cheese for dinner because I don’t want to drive back.

This app used to be great - i order at least twice a month for take out orders, ranging from $30-40 worth of food. Their checkout option allows me to pay at restaurant, so I just click order, and head to the restaurant to pick up. Easy, right?
Tonight I tried to place an order, and on checkout it now tells me that ‘on orders more than $30 we require a prepayment’. Okay THEN GIVE ME AN OPTION IN THIS APP TO ENTER IN A CREDIT CARD PLEASE. Right now the app only provides me an option to ‘pay at restaurant’, and then rejects the order without any other option to prepay.
Ended up going to the store and showing him my phone to place the order. The cashier told me that many people complains about this same issue but unfortunately the store has no control.
Fix your app please.
Issue when ordering bundles 3/5
App is okay - use it to order every time however the one big issue (for those of us who like out wings cooked well done) is when there are specials such as bundles there is never the option to select and add to the order to have the wings cooked well done, only when you order by the piece or the regular combo does the option appear for you to select if you’d like to have the wings cooked well done. The options are always there to have the fries cooked well done but never for the wings! Additionally there is no section where you could add a note or special request. So every time we order wings on the app that are on bundle promotion I have to physically call the store and add this request because I’m unable to select within the app....which somewhat defeats the purpose of ordering online doesn’t it?? So I recommend the developers resolve this and add the wing (WELL DONE) cooking preferences selection options when advertising specials and bundles so the order can be placed correctly and also recommended there be a section where the customer can add a note or special request.

I made an order through the app for two individual combos. I only received one order and the fries where NOT seasoned. I immediately called the store, thank god I live around the corner. Issue being resolved. Either way employees should be paying more attention when putting the orders together for customers. I know we should double check ourselves too but stuff like this SHOULD not be happening. I am HANGRY and i love me some wing stop. But stuff like this is truly heartbreaking for a true food lover. I’ll still make business with WingStop but I’ll stick the one on S Post Oak, they’re they truly honor customer service. Thank you happy Friday the 13th.

I really like going to Wingstop so I gave you the five stars cause most of the time it’s great. But tonight I put a on line order in and showed up maybe five minutes from the time it gave me but when 30 minuets went by I asked about my order she said they are waiting on fries I’m ok but right when I sat down they called my name so I got my order and ate a fry and it was cold. All she had to say was I’m sorry we forgot your order. We are all human we make mistakes but just be up front. I was just upset cause they weren’t. I will continue to go there cause it’s great food but just be up front. Thank you

The New Carrollton location in MD is GREAT. The manager Mike knows his customers and his team members are very friendly and professional. The food is always the best. I’ve been to other locations as well and over Wingstop is a great franchise that hires great employees. My favorite cheat meal!
Wrong orders 3/5
I love Wingstop. But when I order from the app they are very inconsistent. The past two time that I have ordered they have not gotten the specific details of my order correct. What is the point of having the details of your order in the app when the staff at the store pay no attention to them. I guess I will just call to order or find somewhere else to get my wings.
