I’ve been with Wish for quite awhile now. And I’ve been happy except for and incident that happened last February when I placed an order in late January and I never received it even though there system says that it was delivered. I now have an app that tracks all my packages when I placed and order with them and any other online retailer so I don’t miss anything.

I haven’t finished shopping yet and it’s already a hassle. I don’t know with the way things are going if it’s even a good idea to check out because already the site has given me a free item for signing up, then taking it way. Also, then giving me a coupon code that says first 15 which is supposed to be 15% off your first purchase but then when I tried to check out it only takes five dollars off a $200 order. Plus you have to sit there and read a lot of reviews because a lot of people are really unhappy with certain things but at the same time maybe there could be good deals for certain things that are OK. Hopefully, they will at least ship the things and they will be the correct things. To top this off, I left messages to the Wish support team and they sent me some thing that totally does not make sense and response and you can actually talk to a real person.

I’ve got all notifications turned off except for info about my orders. I don’t have any orders pending, but every day (multiple times per day I think) the app shows the red circle with “3” notifications.
Not only that, but they aren’t really notifications about anything! Just saying hey here’s stuff you might be interested in.
Writing this has made me even angrier. I’m deleting the app until I decide I want to order something else.

App is fine. Wish.com is lame. Prices seem very low, but then get massively increased with high shipping charges. Try to return something ( in my case it didn’t fit) and you have to pay shipping again. Shipping was so much that it cost as much as the product so I just threw it out.
