With so many choices and the fact that it is totally free unless you want to upgrade, how could you not use this workout app? It’s the best one I’ve come across yet. I love the demonstrations and toggle voice that guide me through my work outs. This app is amazing!
Would like to see a calmer type of music for night stretches instead of the up beat fast paced music!
This app is a great way to gain pure muscle and keep yourself fit!!

there are so many features to the app! and you don’t have to pay (which I think is the best feature) and there’s programs you can join and you can even connect it to your Apple health app and Apple Watch! and you can enter in your progress to see how much weight you lost or whatever your goal is!

I used to scroll through YouTube to find workouts that interested me, but I’ve been solely using this app for about three weeks and love it! Instead of wasting my time trying to find a workout video that fits my timeframe, fitness level, and desired muscle group, I can quickly filter through on the app. I started with the workouts labeled “beginner” and did 2-3 a day. It keeps track of your workouts and calories, and how many days in a row you’ve completed workouts. Now, I’m on to the intermediate workouts and do 2-3/day in about 15-30 min. I love that everything is voice prompted and timed, but there’s no “personality” that you’re watching. There’s also programs you can join, though I haven’t tried any yet.

Due to Covid-19, my track season had been cancelled and I wanted to find a way to stay in shape and this app has surely fulfilled my expectations. It has workouts for all levels and you can set goals and reminders. It has truly been a life changer and it has made me feel like a happier and healthier version of myself. And plus, it’s free! It has been the perfect app and I highly recommended it to other people as well!!!!!

dowloaded this during quarantine because I was bored, and I really enjoy this app. good for women who want to be active while stuck inside. But, maybe add more workouts for loosing belly fat. Not specifically abs, but JUST to loose belly fat.
I love this app so much! I like that I can get through the workouts quickly and still feel good afterwards. I also love the convenience of all of the different levels of workouts you can choose from to. Defiantly worth opening everyday to get my workout in. It’s fun to be able to mix and match which workout I want to try each day 😁🤗

I adore how they demonstrate how to do the workouts and how there app is very organize not to mention free. They offer programs starting with what may appetite you. I would really enjoy if they had meal plans though.

I’ve loved this app. I’ve been using it for about a month and can really tell my strength and endurance have em proved. My muscles are more toned and I can choose programs I’m interested in to use through out the week. They have different levels and times to kind of customize to my level and abilities. It’s great and I’ll definitely keep using.

So far I am enjoying the app. I don't like the music that is set for my program so it is really nice that I can mute it and play my own.
The one thing that I'd love to see the actual muscle that I'm working when copying the model and also the program should mention what body part I'm going to be working that day. For example: Day 7: Upper body and core and then I see the body part I'm working in a different color.

Love these easy workouts with wonderful quick workouts as well, I do an abs, legs, arms and butt (one of each about 7 min per workout) every day! It’s super easy and it helps me keep it quick while working on my muscles! Love this app!
