I’ve been looking for a Workout App to help me focus my exercises. I started with FitBody which was great except I couldn’t justify paying for it. So I tried this App with a 7 day trial. I made it through day one. My only comparison FitBod so I’m basing my review off of that. I don’t like the interface during the workout, it’s not as intuitive. It took a moment for me to understand the timing of each workout. Building my workout wasn’t as fun as FitBod. This App did not have the ability to replace a workout. What I liked about FitBod is that it allowed me to taylor my workout with the equipment I have. For me that’s important bc I workout at a gym and at home where I am limited on equipment. I didn’t like how this App didn’t have reps and amount of weight I should be lifting whereas FitBod did, based on my level (Beginner, intermediate, advance). Unsubscribed after one day of use.

This app is great but does not support apple watch 3/5
I’ve been this apps for like 1 and a half year and i like it a lot. Sometime I don’t like to bring my phone when I’m at the gym because it’s too big and the phone is very distracting when I’m working out. But the apps is only supported in the iphone not the apple watch and if the apps will be supported in the apple watch in the future that would be more helpful for people that is trying to stay off social media when they are in the gym working out. Please put a version of this app in the apple watch.

So helpful when you need to plan workouts 5/5
I’ve found this app to be so helpful when I’m planning my workouts or when I’m at the gym and I just want to quickly add a few more exercises. I just pull my phone out, click the muscle group and select the exercise. Love the brief demos too and how there’s no interruption waiting for long videos to play.
I just use the free version- haven’t explored with upgrading.

I like the breakdown of sets and reps. I like the way it keeps track of what weights you used and I especially liked the way it compares what you did. I maxed out on 1 session and it said the amount of weights I did that day was equivalent to lifting a full grown elephant. 😁

I love how easy and simple this app is and it provides so much ways to workout in your own special way. I love the abs the most because most of the workouts do not involve equipment... and a big thing about this app for me is that it is FREE!!

I used this app all the time to stay in shape before my accident where I had a spinal chord injury and lost useage of my legs and most abdominal muscles. I think it would be great if you could add a section for people like me. Love the app still use it to this day every day

Love the app especially the video’s showing you how the exercises should be done,and I really like all the workout options! My only complaint is if I don’t have the proper equipment that there could be an option to exchange one exercise in a workout for another using the same muscle or show me a good alternative exercise for that workout ( I do a lot of my workouts at home without a leg press and row machines) still my favorite workout app! Thanks

What time and I start my work out right up to the end I am executing hard and efficient.
I got all my workouts plan plus some fun days. Workout by body group library is extensive and has many more workouts that I can do at home and at the gym. I love to share my workout for the people. I can adjust the repetitions or the weight count based on the type of machine or what Jim my man on the fly. That makes this app extremely versatile and user-friendly in the middle of getting my sweat on.
How are you recommended and suggested for anyone that starting or serious about lifting weights and cardio.

This app has so much detail in it. It allows you pin point exactly which muscles you want to work and gives you different workouts that target that muscle group. Allowing you to build your own workout for the day. It also has workout plans that are structured for you if just getting into working out or just like a pre made structured workout. This contains different types of dieting plans for people looking for certain outcomes. Some of these features are locked behind a pay wall, but there is an option for lifetime access that is only a 1-time fee that is not very expensive at all. I love this app after only a few weeks of use and I will continue to use it as my go-to workout app.
Last weight and reps not available across workouts 4/5
Overall great app. I use it to record the weight and reps used last. Only problem is if I do a different workout with the same exercise, it doesn’t show me last used weight and reps for that exercise.
Honestly before this app I would be so lost at the gym but since I got this app navigating the gym has be pleasurable
Great reference tool but so much more once you really get into it
