This app has helped me tremendously in getting back into my fitness journey! I love the fact that it stores previous workouts so i can see my progress over time. Thank you!
Good exercise selections, intuitive app, but it does not remember my rep and weight changes. I complained about this a year ago, and the developers said they were aware of the bug and were in the process of fixing it. A year later, the app has not changed.

I just started using this app and it’s great, I am feeling the burn but I can’t wait to 6 months from now so I can come in here again and update. So far so good, I would like some more free weight exercises but it’s got a great selection.

I love use this app as a reference for workouts and to build plans. The new custom workout plan addition is great. The ONE thing that it lacks for me is Apple Watch support. I have another app that I can begin the workout from my watch and it tracks the entire workout from time to calories burned. If this app would update to that then I would switch over 100%.

The app isn’t worth $15 a month and doesn’t even allow you to pick a workout plan more than 4 days a week. Unfortunatley I forgot to cancel subscription and it charged me, I would never pay for this. O well you got my money now, enjoy it, cause I’ll never ever give you another dollar.

Very solid app premium quality. Breakdown the body so you can figure how to target every part of a certain muscle.
I've been looking for a great, reasonably priced, workout program for some time now. This is it! Lots of options for various fitness goals, multiple paths to get there, workouts that change periodically, explanations of the exercises, videos of you still need help; this app has it all and it's done very well. Additionally, there's lots of diet information that hits on all the current trends, if you're into that sort of thing. I can't recommend this app highly enough!

I really like how you can set up specific workouts for specific areas. I’ve only been doing them for two weeks but like the setup. I really wish they included stretching exercises as that is the only thing that I miss.

I love this app, it’s got a free side and a payment side, I only use the free side but the free side of it is amazing!!! It’s got a TON of workouts for whatever you want to work on and you can make yourself a workout list and it’s just fun and easy to use. Amazing app 5/5.

I must admit I’m not one of those people who need to spend money on trainer when I can have my trusty workout app on my phone makes a lot of difference if you ask me. I can now workout in the comfort of my home or gym should I choose to do so but the app really helps for those who not so advance and not wanting to pay a trainer and blow a hole in your wallet.

No more guessing what you are going to do at the gym. I survived on the free program but as we know the body is incredibly adaptive. I took advantage of the one time charge for all the programs for 7.99 I took advantage.Being able to log what weight and reps with a timer for rest is invaluable. Great app!

This app is great. The built in workouts and the ability to create my own custom workouts are both amazing. I love that it keeps track of the weight and sets for me. The one thing I’d love is an Apple Watch app I could run and not have to have my phone with me at the gym.

I really like this app for strength training at the gym. It has a good selection of exercises, can be adjusted for lift/lower rate, times between sets and easily allows you to adjust the amount of weight as you get stronger. Only thing it doesn’t seem to have is the ability to change type of exercise within a set - as when I do the pull-up machine and immediately do dips before resting and repeating.

Technology is amazing. This app is that partner on your should that answers the questions (What to do; How to do; and Why you do...). You can follow the pre-set workouts or use what you see to create your own. Just tried the A/B schedule. I believe this app will help me reach my goals...

Helps me plan my workouts. One of my favorite parts of starting a new plan is creating it. It keeps me motivated and helps me ensure that I’m varying my workouts. The “I lifted the weight of” pictures are a really fun way to celebrate a good workout.
Would be 5 stars if the following were available:
- suspension training exercises
- ARC trainer in cardio
- AMT in cardio
- resistance band and resistance tube exercises
Add more than 2 exercises to superset 2/5
When creating your own exercises, you cannot add more than 2 exercises to a superset or circuit. This is a dealbreaker for me on an otherwise great app. Please add this feature!
