No home workout plans 2/5
I bought this hoping it would be the answer to my prayers for a complete guide with personal trainer option for at home, I was wrong. If you don’t plan on going to the gym with this app then don’t bother. Of course it won’t be your fault if you do buy this thinking they might have at home routines cause they don’t let you see anything inside of it till you actually already pay for it. Make regular at home workout bench routines and I’ll change my rating to a solid five stars! I don’t have machines in my house!

1- if you have any iota of experience working out you don’t need this. All the work outs are super basic
2- very expensive and not easy to cancel, have been emailing with them and am unable to cancel the app so keep getting automatically charged

I like that I can find a program and have the app say do these 3 days a week for 4-6 weeks then move to this. I don’t know what I’m doing. I need that help.
But it feels stupid to have this watch on my wrist and be fumbling about, getting my phone out of my pocket constantly. I would be more than willing to pay for that feature.
Another thing is that there should be some area to add favorite workouts so when you’re ready it’s easily there instead of digging around through all of them to find it.
It is helpful for me as I don't know what to do next 😄 also the app admin is very supportive

I like the number of machines and weight positions that this app has along with videos explain each one. There two items missing I’d like to see in the future:
1. Predict and then transmit the estimated calories burned to “my fitness pal”
2. At the end of the work a total lift and rep number is displayed and available for sharing, can this summary remain available under the daily profile for future reference and sharing?

This would easily be a 5-star eating if an Apple Watch application was available. A lot of good information and solid workout plans, to go along with meal plans. A great app all the way around and will give you a great base to start building that beach body. Are there any future plans to add an Apple Watch feature?? Will immediately adjust my rating as soon as that happens. It’s just super convenient to not have to lug my phone around in the gym and I can track it all from my watch.

Alright I’m new to working out and I’m lost on how I’m supposed to follow the workout. I’m doing the 3x a week “fat off, muscle on”. Number 1 says, “Get started on getting lean”. Am I supposed to follow that same group of exercises/lifts every three days for 4-6 weeks? In other words, the first thing on there is, leg raise machine. Am I to do this all three days?
If this is true, then I’m assuming I should move on to one of the other editions of “fat off muscle on” after doing this for 4-6 weeks?
In short, do I mix the editions?
I Just purchased the 12 month premium for $30 three days ago and I liked the app so much that I suggested it to my girlfriend and other friends but the price went up to $80 now 😱 how?

It has great workouts but no integration with other health apps or Apple Health so cant get a complete view of your true health. It also doesn’t provide any analytics on your progress. Again, a big fail.

No more looking up workouts, no more resting too much in between sets, just do what it tells you too and start the rep when it dings that the rest is over. It’s as simple as that, it gives you a plan and you do it, nothing more than that.
The lifetime fee of $39.99 is awesome as well, I own and do t have to pay monthly.
Download & buy the lifetime fee and do it for I year and you will be glad you did. Best $40 bucks you will ever spend.

I like the app a lot with the animations of exercises but one thing that it needs is the ability to skip an exercise. Sometimes a machine is being used and I’d like to be able to come back to it later.

This app keeps you organized, committed, and informed. There are detailed workouts for each part of your body, and workout plans if you have specific goals. This is seriously a perfect app for bodybuilding, calestetics, and cardio.
