Notifications from chats show up in banner and the number by the app. When you go into the app no chats appear. Useless app

If I have more than 2 chats in my chat inbox the next time I open up a conversation I am having with someone or someone’s there is always a previous message i had sent already typed out in the message bubble and I have to always highlight and delete it before I can type whatever it is o was about to type. It has becomes extremely inconvenient and annoying.

Since 2020 voice notes are unreliable, very frequently I record a voice note and after sending it, the total time of the recording shows huge numbers like 14 hours and this is when we know the voic emote is not working again

Every other update I can’t access my chats because it thinks I have no internet. I have cellular internet on, full bars and it won’t connect.
This happens every other update and as one of my only ways to contact my coworkers this means I lose days or weeks worth of information.
If I was allowed personal phone numbers instead of this I’d never use it again.

Workplace Chat was working with no issues for over a year and out of nowhere is stopped loading chats. I am still able to still get notifications, but I’m unable to respond. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work. Very frustrating!

Since update to iOS 15.0.1 in October 2021: Workplace Chat App does not pull messages over from desktop version. Messages are grayed out and/or disappear. Banner alerts show messages but when you click on the banner the message is not in WP Chat. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, no change. Big thumbs down here. Facebook is free but my company pays for Workplace?
