MSFT ruined it 1/5
I've used this app for years and loved it. Now I'm locked out and forced to start a new account (lost all my lists btw) and the process is a nightmare and huge privacy concerns. Sad to delete but Microsoft frakked this up royally.
I love this app! I use it daily to complete things on my to do list, organize my bills, etc. I love that I can group everything into different sections and keep it organized. It’s very easy to use and straight to the point. Been using for almost a year now and have no complaints
A Request 5/5
By Like to be prepared
I as all your reviewers, love this app, really love this app.
I have one request. Please, please improve editing, getting a cursor instead of a select choice and getting and moving the cursor in order to make an addition or correction. Thank you.
Pretty awesome 4/5
Probably the fastest and most efficient to- do list on the app store. In any case, it runs better than microsoft list. Only issue is that I wish I could set a setting to open to my inbox instead of the main page with multiple lists.
This is awesome now I don’t have to bother the spouse with calls about things to pick up at stores. Just a quick check on his end before coming home and we’re good to go. Solves many issues for us.
It is GREAT 5/5
By Ginni Latham, Chicago
I am at that age when things are beginning to slip my mind. I use this app daily, as it is on my phone and IPad. My special friend also has his linked to mine. During the day/evening/ morning or even in the middle of the night I use this. Since I have the phone next to me all the time, I use the grocery app and constantly add what I need for my next visit to the grocery store. I also have a category for cleaning supplies, Target, movies, birthday presents purchased, Christmas as well as each of my children and grandchildren. No more trying to keep writing things in a tablet or on a piece of paper. I use this all the time. If I forget something it is my own fault for not putting it in the category. I use it for more than intended but am grateful I was introduced to this several years ado. I just can’t live without it. Thank you this handy and helpful application.
Beautiful and very effective App 5/5
All I can say, too bad Microsoft bought it and planning on discontinuing it soon. Microsoft is offering to-do and it looks so plain and lacks a lot of Wunderlist features. 😡😡😡
Never had i this much trouble 1/5
By NJ Train Rider
It’s taken so much effort to set up an account.
Tried using an old email account but had to identify several passwords from years ago.
Set up using a phone number, but was required to also provide an email, which I did. Now when I attempt to sign in, I can’t use the phone number and my gmail “is not a real email address.”
Not interested in pursuing this product any further.
The Best List Manager....HANDS DOWN! 5/5
I have tried a plethora of to do apps, list makers, project trackers and by far Wunderlist tops the list of them all AND it’s free! Absolutely amazing what this team has done with this app from inception to when Microsoft purchased them. Suppossedly they are going to sundown Wunderlist but Microsoft is having difficulties porting the app over, my opinion should be to leave it alone and just own Wunderlist as is...IT WORKS!
- Placing lists in folders
- Ability to add notes to tasks
- Ability to add sub-tasks within a task
- Adding Emoticons to a List Name. Just a neat feature which adds a neat organizational feature
- Flagging important tasks
- Reminders, alarms, e-mail notification of tasks, and all the other features you would come to expect from a great app
I thought this was going to be a great app. Every time I use it, it crashes on me.
Awesome App 5/5
By Blue Hornet 4
Wunderlist is easy to use. Even though it is a “To Do” app, I use it daily to record information, make grocery lists, and set reminders. I love this app!
Nice job ruining a great product Microsoft! 1/5
Bleh. Why did Microsoft have to destroy this. Just like Skype. Just like everything else they touch.
My favorite list app, and I’ve tried a bunch 4/5
Please please please allow the sort A-Z functionality to apply to the completed items as well. For grocery lists and packing lists, using the same list repeatedly really requires a proper sort of the COMPLETED items as well as the live items. Thanks for a great app otherwise, sharing a list with others is really a great feature.

Great product which is easy to manipulate to your needs. Outstanding and WUNDERFUL!!
A part of your life 5/5
Wunderlist is a well made functional app. It has all the right features that one would expect from a list making program. My wife and I use it to coordinate planning efforts before any big event, party, shopping trip, vacation etc. it has become a part of our lives and we use it regularly without thinking about it. If I could request just one feature it would be integration with Apple Watch. That would seal the deal!
Shared my grocery list with my whole contacts list! 1/5
My husband and I have enjoyed using and sharing this app for several years. But I have now deleted it from my phone. It invited my contacts list to share my grocery list. It even gave admin rights to some. What a social disaster! I had the grocery list open on my phone and my phone in my hand while shopping but wasn’t actively looking at it or using it. Then I glanced at my phone and was surprised to see my contacts list open in the app which I promptly exited out of. and next thing I knew my contacts had been invited to share my grocery list! My son actually put Send your first born son $1,000,000 on the list. I asked my husband if he did that and he said “No!” So we looked at the shared list and were shocked at all the invitations!! But we could not find any instructions on how to stop it. So we deleted the shared list! Then we were so angry at the emails from contacts asking, “Is this for real?” That we decided to just get rid of the app all together!! It was just to easy (and we still don’t know how) to invite my contacts to share. It should never have happened by accident. So we are done with this app!!
Love it but wish wish it could guess an old item when I start typing 4/5
By Tlm 2287
Use this app for all lists that my family put together from grocery lists to Christmas lists! Only wish that you could start typing get an item and it give you options from your completed items. I know I can just add them again but then I have a ton of the same items in my completed. I use the completed when coming up with a grocery list or when I go to come up with a Christmas list again- always easier to start with what I have done in the past.
Don’t do it! 1/5
Will not let you open unless you first give them access to your contacts, profile and everything else on your phone. Don’t trust it! And, it won’t let u leave a negative review. I am continuing to make numerous attempts and it tells me every nickname I attempt is taken.
Could get it to work 1/5
By Buckeye Linda
Caught in a never ending loop telling me to create an account. Tried to create an account and it tells me the account already exists but then it still can’t find the account. Repeatedly. Okay. I’m done. Deleted the app. Wunderlist is not Wonderful.
Must Have App 5/5
Perfect for task management. I tell everyone about it. Love that I can share my grocery list with my spouse and collaborate. Perfect for sharing a packing list for the beach or trips - especially if you have kids
This is great to manage your life but this app takes a very long time to log in! I was trying to log in for about 30+ minutes! Be careful
Good Product 5/5
Very useful as I learn more about it
Family Affair 5/5
The whole family has access to the grocery list and can add items. Works great. We would love to be able to sort the list like dairy, frozen, produce, etc
I really like Wunderlist 5/5
By The Trufh
This is a great program for keep track of task or to do lists. I like it that it emails me reminders to the account I linked it to and links across all of my devices (ios, windows)
You can create folders and create list under them to keep your stuff organized. You have the ability to change the themes to customize the look of the application.
Won’t work 1/5
A bit hard to see the good in this when I sign up for it and the app refuses to let me sign in and actually use it. Not very happy with the app right now, wish I could remove my email from it now since I can’t log in anyway.
Great for school 5/5
Found this mentioned in the Try Guys book, and it is honestly super helpful. I’m taking 5 online classes at once, and this helps me keep my class assignments separate, and organized by due date!
Great strongly recommend 5/5
Works on all my devices. Four PCs iPhone and two iPads. Easy to use. Great organizing tool
Great with some crashes 4/5
I’ve been using Wunderlist for years and love it! But recently I’ve noticed that it crashes when I quick-switch back and forth between it and other apps. When I switch back to Wunderlist it will be completely frozen. It seems to happen more often when the keyboard is up.
Fix this and it will be back to perfection!
Couldn’t even create an account to use it! 1/5
Maybe it’s good, I’ll never know.
Microsoft product that doesn’t work on IOS devices anyone?
Medium at best 3/5
No help. Not intuitive. Not easy to understand how to use. Working with it but not highly optimistic. Outlook Tasks fills most of these gaps.
Great productivity tool 5/5
My family has been using Wunderlist for several years. The main use case for us, is as a grocery shopping list. We share it across all our devices, and it allows our family of 9 to add/remove items, no matter where we are, and the sync’ing is almost perfect - maybe once in 3-4 years have I had an issue. Highly recommended.
5 stars what more is there to say 5/5
Freezing and Not Syncing 1/5
The desktop and web versions work great but the iOS app has been awful since the last update. It frequently freezes after reopening, and doesn’t sync unless I force it to. The badge count is never accurate anymore.
Gone to hell 1/5
By Dessert doggy
Was a great app until sold to Microsoft. Now you have to use a password and give Microsoft too much information. I lost all my lists.
Doesn’t let me log in 1/5
Been using this app for awhile, switched phone and won’t let me log in using any credentials. Done with this app for good.
Great for Students 5/5
I’m a medical student with a lot of tasks to remember on top of my studies and this app makes it easy to organize school and personal life. Streamlined and can access on apps or website interface.
Wunderlist is wonderful 5/5
A fantastic organizational app for ‘to do’ lists of any kind. Allows you to categorize your lists, add and subtract items as needed by completion. It keeps records of old lists, so that as you add new items it will refer back to previous items and add them as needed.
Weak calendar to time management
Best of all far and away 5/5
No other task list program does all that this program does and so well. Hopefully Microsoft will have the wisdom not to trash it. Their proposed replacements are third rate and not even in the league of Wunderlist.
Sync issues 2/5
Doesn’t sync well; quite unreliable
The best life support 5/5
I could not live without wunderlist. I’m a mother of 4, I run a business, I go to school, and have a million responsibilities. I don’t know how I’d survive without it.
Sign in is broken 1/5
Infinite loop of “you’re logged in” and “please sign in again.” Useless garbage.
So much help 5/5
I use this app to keep my college assignments organized and it is a game changer. My grades has risen substantially because of this app!
Great app - game changer impact to my life 5/5
Really easy to use, simple UI and effective functionality overall. Nothing too complex - just right. I love the ability to split different parts of my life into separate folders, and love the reminder emails I get when I assign a due date to my items, so I never forget a task even if I don’t check the app. I started using this app after missing some big deadlines with my old task tracking system (manually setting calendar invites, emailing lists to myself that then got lost in my inbox, making notes in various notes apps...) — finally I feel like I have a system that works and keeps me in control of my life.
Live it! 5/5
By Queens Sisterhood
I have been using this app for years. Sorry I haven’t reviewed it sooner. It keeps me organized with my various ventures. I’d love to see a calendar incorporated, but it serves its purpose. I have recommended this app to many of my friends. Thanks!
Great list 5/5
I really appreciate the ability to attach a picture. Outlook could lead a little from your developers. How about a “dark screen” option?
Best ever. 5/5
I use this app every day. It keeps me organized.
DOB for a To Do List??? 1/5
Why does a to do list app need an account with your name and birth date to use??? WTH.
Coming back once again 4/5
I’ve always been back and forth with Wunderlist. This time though I’m sticking with it. Apple reminders just doesn’t cut it as I’d argue wunderlist is simpler and more intuitive to use. I’ve tried various other to do list apps and though they might have more feature, found them clunky at times. Wunderlist has everything you really need in a todo list app.
