I absolutely love the Wyndham Rewards app, it’s the easiest app to navigate I have ever used. I have the Wyndham Visa credit card with my member number on it and use it to make all reservations. Literally, at the most 5 clicks and I’m done. What’s even better is that I can recommend and show it to our guests and show them how wonderful it is!

I like the variety of hotels on the app but traveling with a dog now that the change over has happened has made it a lot more frustrating since all the hotels offered are no longer only Dog friendly, even when I use the filter it still gives me hotels not dog friendly.

Nothing but scam artists. Stay at their hotels all the time and go to make a reservation always getting told not enough points even when I do have enough. I call the help line for them to just say it’s under review and won’t be released for at least a week. Have had this happen on multiple occasions and have had them take away close to 100,000 points for no reason. They don’t try to help you in any way even if you are a “diamond” member
My husband and I spend a lot of times in motels, he works about 3 & a half hours from our home so motels become our home Monday thru Friday! So needless to say we are Wyndham diamond rewards customers and should get the perks that go with that, but we’ve never been given a room up-grade (even after asking numerous times at a Ramada, tried to get a late check out at a LaQuinta & they wanted to charge me for it!) I absolutely refuse to stay in a dirty motel room & let me say finding clean ones has been far & few between! I mean come on housekeeping..common sense says u need to wipe down the things everyone touches, the door knobs & lite switches, tv remotes, heater/ac units etc.) If only these motels would pay me for the cleaning I have to do, our rooms are always cleaner when we are leaving at the end of the week then they are when we got there!! So Wyndham if u are looking for a secret stayer to rate your motels, e-mail me! Some places need some serious help in that dept!

No longer a fan of La Quinta since they gave it up to Wyndham. The app is real limited and doesn’t always show what’s. Avila LE and what a ive booked. Plus, it doesn’t seem to let me stay logged in. Guess that’s a sign to change to Choice hotels...

All I can say is stay away from Wyndham in general!! I spent way to much money on hotels through them to get my points basically taken because I accidentally booked the wrong location in the app. I called right after to cancel but they said it was to late to cancel the first night. So after a 45 min discussion I said fine just cancel the first night and give me my points back for the second night so I can book the correct hotel. At that point it was 4 mins past getting my points back for the second night. I was so upset!! I will never book with Wyndham again!!
This app is useless! It never recognizes me even when I put in everything correct. It sends me to the help center.

I was traveling and lost my debit card. I had cash. Wyndham told me of 2 hotels that would take cash. I went to both and was turned away. Finally went to the third, again was told no. I had a melt down. They called the “owner” who allowed me to stay. Getting the correct info on the different chains is a nightmare.

When Windham first took over things were hard, but now things are getting much better. We drive betwwen North CA to south West FL. We use them the whole way.
I’m Giving them 5 stars. It’s also has to do with the Hotel you pick with Wyndham.

I too miss the LaQuinta app, but I’m sure this one will have to improve with all the negative feedback. I’ve only used it twice, but it works for me. I’m glad to be able to compare all the networked hotels in one spot.
This app needs some serious work done to it. I’m a frequent customer who uses Hilton hotels only. The quality app Hilton has versus Wyndham is incomparable. If Wyndham wants more service, they need to upgrade their apps and their hotels needs to go under renovation!

I Wyndham gives the best points and rewards but they take way to long to show up! And Customer Service acts like they can’t help with anything! I’m a diamond member and am supposed to get certain parks and privileges....not the case.

Took just minuets to book a last minuet stay in Houston. Fast and easy to follow and reserve you room. I stay at Wyndham hotels the most. Thanks for a great app.

This app in La Quinta overall were much better before Wyndham took over. Not user-friendly or just friendly whatsoever. Nothing ever works and you guys are going to be losing guest because of it.

This app is totally useless and is not worth a piece of crap. I cannot get signed in. I have called support services and had them fix my email address twice now. Finally it’s fixed, but what the hell, I try to sign in again and they say I can’t get in as info is not correct. I can’t even get in to do a password correct as it says my info is not correct even after getting it all fixed. I have to phone call to make a reservation, yet they can find my info is correct and on file. What the hell. WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH WYNDHAM ?
Oh yeah, why not get Customer Service people that speak and Understand English.

La Quinta before was run like crap since Wyndham bought them they’ve become much more reputable in my book. After La Quinta screwed me for $300 I vowed I’d never stay there again but once Wyndham bought them I’ve returned and glad I did

I always book my hotels online! My grandchildren live in this town so we stay here often. I always stayed at laquinta but their app doesn’t work, I lost all my rewards so I thought I would try Americinn. I booked it to check in on 9/7. I double checked it. I did it right. I booked it on 9/6. So when I received my confirmation it said 9/6 with an arrow pointing to 9/7. No where around there does it say check in or out. I was thinking like trip it that I had one day til my trip started. If the actual words had stated check in and check out I would have gone back in and changed it! So on 9/7 I get to mcalester with no reservation! I didn’t stay the night before and my card was charged for a night I didn’t think I reserved. So luckily they have a room. The clerk at check in who I’m begging for credit from the previous night that I didn’t know I booked who says I don’t know how to do that, says she will put me down the hall from the room the smells like smoke even though this is a non smoking room. She also tells me I can talk to the manager who rudely tells me I had plenty of time to cancel. I told her if I had known I made it for 9/6 I would have cancelled! I have 2 masters degrees, one as a reading specialist! I’m anal about these things: I just read it like another app! And it doesn’t state check in and out! So I call the home office! They treated me like I was a stupid idiot who should’ve known better! There is no reason to treat ppl like that. I think your app needs to be modified and send confirmations that aren’t deceiving. On top of that the price was deceiving no where on the confirmation does it give me the price!. It said 65.00 for a night, I paid with taxes 85.00 for 9/6 that I did not stay and 91.00 that I stayed with my grand children and spent most of my needed quality time trying to get my money back for 9/6 from your deceiving app, being treated like an idiot and totally having a miserable night. I will write a review on everything I can to warn people. Now that you have bought laquinta I will find another place to stay. So I could have stayed at a REALLY nice hotel for the price I paid for this.

Pet Policy 1/5
Made a bunch of reservations for a cross country trip traveling with a pet. The properties we picked all indicated that pets were
permitted. There was nothing on the App where you could indicate traveling with a pet. I called a few properties to let them
know. Two properties said they had a no pets policy although the policy section for each stated that they did. I have cancelled 15 nights of reservations and rebooked through Fido.com, none of them at Wyandot properties. If you are traveling with a pet, I don’t recommend using this App.
