When I hit “restart gateway” nothing happens, I have to hit it and refresh it three times before it will take me to the reset gateway page. Doesn’t load the first three times.

Only been using the app for couple weeks, now it has been acting up, i cannot pause any devices connected to my WiFi.
I’m very disappointed with the idea of canceling Altitude sports. It’s been mother’s only place I’m able to watch the Nuggets and Avalanche on TV. I changed over to Xfinity because you had this channel. I’m hoping your loyal customers will be discounted on their bills if it does go through.

Works well. My WiFi reaches all areas in my house and outside as well. Does not drop out as often as my Fios did. Fios did not reach my other rooms well. I love the voice remote. I can do most things I want without searching for a channel I want. When I want something I’m not sure about I just call out the program. In short I love it. The drawbacks are few. There are several channels I miss but I have found ways around them.
it is primitive app for a company like Comcast you expect the top of the top. while Comcast can afford to be slow in certain fields, in security field you have no chance but run ahead of the pack. Comcast is far behind. once data access is off the whole system is just dead. no texts no warning... not to mention the frozen app and equipment reboot many times of the week.
Continues to not show devices connected 1/5
Rarely does this app show my phone as connected. Even after doing speed tests, making sure my cellular data is turned off, closing app and restarting etc. it still fails to show connection. I know my phones connected so I can only determine that the app is often not current or has a difficult time identifying phones connected. Funny that my McAfee security tells me my network is safe when my phone connects but Xifi just can’t update. Just sending honest feedback

Screen freezes 1/5
Screen constantly freezes. Can’t watch a show. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps no help. Tried to reach technical support and they set an appointment for tomorrow. That doesn’t help me. I left at&t because the customer service and network was superior. I am starting to think I was wrong.

For some reason I cannot see my home network activity anymore on this app. Not sure what happened but it's been this way since the last update.

I pay extra for top speed and we get nothing. Had several technicians come out to try to fix the problem and all they do is change out their router. I give them zero stars very disappointed that you don’t give me what I pay for and I can’t believe that an experienced technician can’t figure out the problem either

It seemed to help pixelation and internet drop off but it is still happening as of today
I have had multiple techs come out to my house for poor connection. They have diagnosed the problem and have done nothing about it. I work from and need high speed internet, I pay quite a bit per month to have that. Pretty poor that nothing gets done to fix this issue.

I’m not sure how it is possible that xFi is even worse than my previous xfinity service... extremely disappointed in Comcast’s service. Despite several reps doing their best to help figure out the issues - my xFi service is still a disaster.
WiFi connections drop constantly 1/5
I’m a new customer to Xfinity. I just bought and installed a router in my one bedroom condo. Since I’ve had Xfinity service my WiFi connections have been dropping constantly. On average connections remain up for maybe 5 -20 minutes. The router SSID disappears (connection drops)then reappears (connection is back). The on-line assistant suggested rebooting the router which was done. After the reboot WiFi connections remained stable for about an hour but then it was dropping again. All I’m trying to do is watch TV with my Fire Stick. Nothing special. All devices lose connectivity: cell phone, Fire Stick, tablet.

I am absolutely sick and tired of programming not being available. I pay a lot of money for this service and it’s out more than it works and especially it’s out when it’s most important to me. Today is Saturday, college football day and the majority of channels showing games are out and I receive and error when I try to tune into those channels. I am tired of it. I signed a contract but xfinity is by no means living up to that contract. I will be going to the actual store tomorrow with all of the equipment I have expecting a full refund and to vacate my contract with this company.
I started Xfinity service in July and they have yet to return to bury the cable in my front yard.😡

Native iPad app????? 1/5
Why do you have native iPad support for some Xfinity apps, but not others? Controlling my home network would be much easier to accomplish from my iPad than my iPhone. Please, don’t call using an iPhone app on an iPad a suitable substitute, because it most certainly isn’t.
Constantly drops signal 1/5
I’m on my second xFi gateway bc my first one’s WiFi signal constantly dropped. At first the second gateway was stable (as it should be). But after 2-3 months, the WiFi dropping came back. The xFi app is total garbage bc it can only control the gateway if there’s a WiFi signal. How am I supposed to wirelessly restart my gateway when I can’t connect to it wirelessly??? The app is completely USELESS in that aspect. The Xfinity app used to allow me to wirelessly restart my third party modem over LTE. The xFi app doesn’t do this. FYI the Xfinity app won’t wirelessly restart the gateway either for the same reason (no wireless connection, no restart)
The app works great and give amazing access to your network. To bad the service they provide is absolute garbage. The WiFi is so bad I can’t even get into the app to report the problem and customer support told me my issue was my router’s name. Fixed the name but the problems still remain.

This app is decent and has helped us stay on top of our data usage by not going over the stupid data cap. Being able to pause our devices when we aren’t using them has been beneficial but also a bit of a hassle.
I wish there was a better way to view each devices usage, numerically would be more helpful. Zero to very high doesn’t tell us much. We don’t have TV so we stream everything, something that gave a better breakdown would help us understand more why there may be a jump when streaming through the same app for a couple hours.
I also wish there was a way to see the amount of data used for the month so far in this app. Currently I go back and forth between this one and the Xfinity app to view that. A little frustrating when this app is literally controlling our devices using WiFi, we should be able to see all data information here as well.

Nowhere can be found the place to install a new pod, or reinstall one that is not working. It includes directions to remove one not working but not how to reinstall it.
XFi down multiple times daily. 1/5
Very disappointed with my new xFi service. Paid more for top of the line and was told I needed to use their modem to get that. Also purchased xfi pods to get better coverage. Have had worse service ever since. XFi pods made situation worse had to buy Google products and was told I could not return the pods for a refund. Have had tech expert out to double check my end and call Xfinity. They said they fixed a local transmission issue but... still I lose service more times a day than I can count. Guess I will take a day off to call again for help?

I was exited to see them here, one group comes it gets better another group comes a few days later it gets worse. This all started when we stared having techs from outside the us. I think they maybe clashing with our system somehow. Before out of country tech support the speeds were great. Now it feels like torture.

I am really disappointed in the internet speed. The speed fluctuates throughout the day. I get 20 mbps when I have 1000 mbps connection. At night time you never give us speed. And cut down our ability to stream or watch videos. This is ridiculous. You guys are scammers. You send us new router and it’s slower than ever before making it worst. Take your garbage service away from us. Don’t need it and return all my money and pay me for the hassle you have created. Big scam!
I have never been cheated like what you guys have. I have recorded speeds every day on multiple machines and I am going to get lawyers involved now.
