    Switched out routers and still constantly having the connection drop. Restarting the router is not a solution to the problem yet it is the only solution offered by xfinity

    Xfinity allows me to view Netflix and amazon prime movies. This is wonderful. I use this feature. How about also making it possible to enable a network connection to google photos in Xfinity. That would be a great addition.

    The worst experience I’ve ever had with WiFi. It constantly goes out causing issues with my ability to telework. My thermostats are constantly signaling loss of connection to the network. This is beyond frustrating and quite honestly infuriating.

    My WiFi is weak at best. Many of my electronics lose WiFi connection. My smart tv that is in the same room as my xfinity modem loses connection often. I am strongly considering going back to AT&T.

    I am so dissatisfied with the overall performance of the WiFi in my home, I’ve had numerous service calls/visits I’ve had very good service people; however I continue having non connectivity issues and start using data (paid) by my cellphone provider. From my family room the signal is poor (even though there are 3 extenders in that space) (ifity)

    I like the app and it has a decent amount of features. But we need ALL the control of the modem in order to get a lot of people on board especially gamers. Hope you can let customers control more then your letting in the app.

    Absolutely love that your brought back the delete button on saved recordings And absolutely LOVE the new blue/yellow automation speed through finally a fix to the loss of the 15 sec cycle back button on the remote. New feature is an Ace and I’m happy to complement it!

    It’s Crap!!! To over charge us in the near future, for inferior BS technology! Tethering, time consuming, false info! Reset Gateway, more time consuming worthless junk!!! Fix it or go back to what worked!!! You’re idea of the future for technology is only for YOUR greedy future!!! It’s worthless 90% of the time, especially with constant “flickering power” outages!!! Get your expensive failures together!!!

    Only 20% of bandwidth usage but movies are halted multiple times after multiple modem resets and customer service calls. Very poor customer service and support. Exploring legal ways to get out of service and get a refund on multiple cameras and sensors after over a year of poor service, incompetent customer support, long hold times, and repeat modem resets.

    How do I get the IPV6 to start working on my settings? Can anyone help me please... Also, there Are 2 PlayStations and 2 xboxes connected through proxy settings and they're hidden. How do I remove them. The HUGE problem is Dusti Solutions believes they have "lifetime" access to putting firewalls onto ALL OF MY SMART DEVICES. How do I remove there access via a DNS server that's remote from Singapore? It's illegal and the FBI, sheriffs IT task force, police department have reports and pending felony charges for this! Can I get hep removing however they're doing it? They and dark web breeches have full access to my safari, appleIDs and remove email accounts/deactivate appleids and access my devices with Apple watches and Apple TV's. Downloading all of my apps and I'm contacting the FCC/ FTC and SS office tomorrow! They're in all of my accounts. My Verizon account has eAch call coming in for 48 seconds to 1 minute. I never know who I'm talking to. I have 2 VPN's My MacBook Pro is distorted! The hackers have 60 accounts on my smart TV's so I can't connect to the internet. They're driving Comcast & me crazy! Putting "open source software" onto my Trane device and accessing my privacy and security apps/front door lock/ garage door via Portal user and changing security questions or answers/phone numbers. Etc... it's overwhelming. My new google account already has my new private cell phone number on the google app and the xfinity connect2 app. I'm frustrated and there should be action taken against thi fraudulent company and dark web breeches. Accessing my airport MAC number serial number on my MacBook Pro so it's useless. I've wiped the internal hard drive clean 8 times. I've never been able to use any computer or feel safe in my own home. It's a violation and a crime!

    Web pages take an unusually long time to load on what’s supposed to be faster and more reliable. Find myself turning off Wifi and using network often. Areas with pods have little to no connectivity

    I installed the pods and have seen no improvement on my WiFi. Very frustrating. I still have trouble connecting even when I’m less than 20 feet away from one of the pods. I’m open to suggestions, otherwise I’m returning the pods. I’ve already tried clearing a path, getting closer and rebooting. At this point the only thing left is to replace the modem.

    have had someone come out.... promised to fix my internet service...guy came.. said problem was outside of my property and someone else would two week later... more promises and nothing happened.. tried again... got apologies and a small credit and a promise that someone would do something.... still nothing ... they are back to comcast service days

    So switched to this internet service and also got a new cable box. So far the internet/WiFi is no better then the DSL I previously had. This is supposed to be a better system, but so far I’m not impressed with it! As for the cable, most of the time u can’t read the guide because it’s all blurred. Have to go line by line to see what’s on. Once again my old box at least let me see what was was one without having to go line by line.

    Glorified stat counter and subpar setup tutorial. Can’t switch between accounts. There’s always a tech problem. Do not make it easy to setup out of the box. Alway an issue. And can’t view or pay bill.

    A seamless app for xFinity customers! The only reason it was given 4/5 stars is due to the fact that it will not show service outages within this app. Outages are only shown within the xFinity My Account app while the xFi app will log you out and try to get connected to a new router while the service is down. Also, I would like to see more than just 30 min, 1 hour, and 2 hours for the pause capabilities. It would be really great to have the option of setting a pause time for certain days similar to the bedtime option. If those two issues were to change or maybe the xFi and My Account app were combined then it would be perfect! Update (7/11): The Active Time hours haven’t been updating as time passes. It constantly says 0:00 hr / (insert number) hr.

    I recently got a call about my xFi. I had major trouble with it. I ended up changing the user name and password. Working better now. It does open a little slow but is ok. question: how does the security work when I am out and about with my cell phone? Thank you Cathy Starvish 7724738772

    Our house got hit by lightning. The neighbors TV got blown out and all our Comcast equipment. There was a ball of blue light that came out of the cordless phone base. Killed it. Replaced that. I replaced all the Comcast equipment by going to an Xfinity store. Got that back up. But issues. The WiFi and phone go out. The tv too but not at the same time. WiFi went out again tonight. Couldn’t get it back up. Yet the Ethernet line worked. I chatted online with someone probably from another country. Which would be ok if they knew what they were doing. He said there was an outage on my area. Just for WiFi? What is the NSA blocking my WiFi and phone but the Ethernet still works? Are you people crazy? He refused my request for a service visit in 2 days. I’ll call tomorrow but god help the person I get on the phone. Ridiculous. Your customer service has gotten worse and I didn’t think that was possible from my previous experiences.

    first off 1 star was as low as comcast lets me go !! i really want to give (-5 stars ) but i do have that option !!! just like i dont hsve option to delete stupid garbage stuff like activity time garbage !!! how about a delete all this activity time garbage !!! not everybody needs that garbage or wants your garbage so how about giving everyone the choice cause some of us dont want it and dont want to ever see it ! thank you i can not wait for that delete button while your at it a -5 stars would be just super! that way you will know very quickly that what you think is a brilliant idea is really garbage ! and your activity time what ever you call it in my book deserves -5 stars !!'
