    One of five restaurants that I attempted to try while in Adelaide. Also the last restaurant I tried that was half empty but was “fully booked” when I told them I was dining alone. Very hospitable.

    My husband and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary here. I feel we are well- traveled and foodies, to say the least. We have been to the BEST restaurants and I have to say this was in our Top 2 if not Top 1. The lobster bisque and tomato salad were to die for! The entrees- red snapper for him and seafood stew for me were exceptional! Price tag overall was not over-the-top. Highly recommend! Service unreal! Valet inexpensive.

    I called in advance and got reservations to the restaurant and asked to be placed in seats by the ocean. I told him there were two of us. When I got there she thought there were five and said I’d have to wait an hour if I wanted to sit by the ocean but gave us a place right near a sort of serving center and the outer room that had seats overlooking the ocean. The biggest discrepancy I found was that the waitress did not ask us if we wanted to hear about all the dishesThat were available this evening; she did ask the rest of the people who came in after us and gave them an overview of the menu. The food was very good. The customer service of the front desk and our particular waitress was poor. The bus boys were very gracious. Clients should be treated the same as much as possible.

    We love the Peppermill but for the last year we have attempted to stay there more than a half a dozen times with zero success paid on hold for 24 minutes with not even a human ever answering the phone paid unacceptable

    The waitresses ( specially the heavy set dark hair one) would not come and change the trays . My daughter and I were half way in the tub of crabs but our trays were full of crab shells. I asked them to change and they didn’t come, they were laughing in the corner and when they came , only gave me one tray and I asked for another one to my daughter. They left the dirt trays on the table . I paid all you can eat crabs for two people ( one was a child) and we only ate one tub because they were so unpleasant ( really bullies , laughing...) it was the most unpleasant experience. I was there a couple of years ago and must have been another owner ! From now on, We will be going to Two Mile Island! I’m in disbelieve with the treatment we received!

    We stayed here the week in August 2018. Back in the day it was probably lovely. It is now in a state of disrepair. It is not a condo. It is a motel where rooms have been joined so that there is a bedroom on one side and living room with tiny kitchen on the other side. The entire resort needs repair and the rooms should probably be torn down. The main building appears to be in good condition. Pools are nice. Mini golf has not been attended to in years. The bar and restaurant are only open weekends and the bar was out of stock on some beers and drink mixes. The front desk was not customer friendly nor was the bartender. This should only be a last choice place to stay. We will not be back.

    I have been quite pleased with yelp but am VERY frustrated. I have been prompted to accept the latest privacy policy but keep getting an error message indicating that yelp’s servers are unresponsive (timeout). Have been pounding for 1/2 hr on LTE and WiFi.

    We arrived late on 8/1/18, we were supposed to stay for 6 nights On the morning of 8/2/18, we went to the beach and noticed that there was no one on the beach. The beach attendant wore a surgical mask and when I asked him why he said ”red tide”. I went down to the shore and noticed hundreds of dead fish on the beach and in the surf. I immediately began to cough from the toxic fumes from the red tide. We returned to the pool where the effects of the red tide was less pronounced. We stayed at the pool for a while but was then told that we had to move because half the pool area was to be blocked off for a reception for some 600 doctors. The management never informed any of the guests about the red tide and its effects on the human respiratory system. Then they had the gall to ask its guest to move away from the pool area to make room for the doctors reception. What were we second class citizens? Poorly run and managed. Stay away

    Paid $17.00 for a drink and after our purchase we were told that the multiple vacant seats at the bar and in the restaurant were reserved only for those ordering a meal. We were then told we could sit at the corner of the bar only to be told within minutes we had to get up because we were not ordering food. When I tried to speak to the Maitre d and asked why we were told we could not finish our drink he started yelling get away from me. Very unprofessional to say the least. I am a professional as well as a multiple business owner. I have also traveled all over the world and I must say this is the first time I have ever experienced such an embarrassing situation in a public establishment.

    If you enjoy picking fruit flies out of your $40 bottle of wine this is the place for you! Stop by and check out the happy hour specials advertised out front...but careful only after you place an order at the table do you find out happy hour specials are only eligible at the bar. When we showed up, we were the first patrons to arrive and they immediately seated my husband and I in the one table of the whole restaurant with the sun directly in our eyes. The service and food was mediocre at best and honestly quite forgettable. We didn't complain about our experience because that's not really our style, but they brought us a free meatball anyway, maybe because they feel bad about all the flies. Food wasn't bad, but really nothing to write home about and not worth the cost.

    I arrived before 1:00 for my 1:15 appointment. At 1:50 after seeing everyone in the waiting room who arrived before me had been seen and several people after me had been seen, one of the men they called back said “oh good, you’re getting me in early?” I checked with the font desk and she unapologetically said they would see me soon and they are understaffed today and there are other appointments before me. At 2:30 I went back to the desk and told her I was leaving, she said “ok, let me give you your paperwork back.” No apology, nothing, terrible customer service. An hour to drive there and back and an hour and a half wait for nothing, what a waste. Also I waited 3 weeks to get the appointment, I just called 3 other LASIK institutes and they all had appointments available within the next 2 business days.

    Talked to Sandy yesterday and Katina today in the Desoto Walmart Bakery. These ladies where very helpful and through. Sandy wanted to make sure every detail was correct. Yay!!!! Some one who cares about the customer and doing their job well. I live in Festus but would drive to Desoto store to shop. Their staff is friendly and helpful. And they don't act as if you are interrupting them by asking a question. Good job ladies. Very impressed.

    This is a dream site for me - an Italian and Polish girl who loves food and had the best of it growing up. I have found numerous restaurants and stores thanks to Yelp. I really enjoy writing and photography, so Yelp floats my boat all the way! If you become an “Elite” - you can enjoy free events, that usually boast really good foods, “swag”, plus nice fellow “foodies!” A surprise part of Yelp was meeting my boyfriend of 3 years on here, via a talk thread! Wow!

    The fried tofu is excellent, but the meals lack vegetables. The first time 😕I came here about a year ago they served plenty of vegetables. Now you are lucky to get 6 slices of cucumber and 6 small pieces f bell pepper? Lots of onions rice and tofu. A bit disappointed. Never have had stir fried cucumbers. Ever. Just the cheapest veggie of the season.😕😕😕

    Something about the atmosphere at Wildwood’s Anytime Fitness location has been instrumental in helping both of us re-commit to a regular work out routine. The 24 hour access is convenient and the facility provides a calm environment, clean and well maintained machines, a large classroom for classes available to you via personalized technology, and (yeah!) clean bathrooms. Large enough to accommodate our work out requirements while remaining small enough so as not to be intimidating. The price is reasonable, they are connected/affiliated with the various insurance incentive programs, and while a tiny thing....they put these amazing quotes on their motivational blackboard wall, that aren’t your typical fluff, but words that make you think and feel inspired. Finally, everyone employed at the facility is a “real” person. They work hard, aren’t “fake” friendly, you aren’t bombarded with someone in your face, but have access to individuals if you want or need support.

    I manage a business so we get a lot of new customers. I always advise them, if they liked our service they can leave us a Yelp review. I have 22 five star reviews that go under “not recommended “ because of Yelps algorithms. It’s the first time these customers ever use Yelp. Ok I get it there’s a lot of scammers and such, but instead of using that to Yelps advantage and offering these honest new customers a simple tutorial of the app. Their reviews go unnoticed and customers never want to use the app again. A lot of people use Google instead for reviews because of Yelps algorithms. I used to love yelp. Now it’s getting more complicated to get decent reviews for hard work. Yelp please get it right.

    We ordered granite for our bathroom and was very pleased with service and help. But when we realized we were short one piece we went back to order more they told us two weeks for the new piece. So we waited and waited. 3 weeks later we called and no one could find the order. And the girl on the phone kept on saying she would call back and let us know when it would be ready. She stopped answering the phone when I called and when my husband called main office they said they could do it in three weeks!!! My husband needs the piece to continue to work on the bathroom!!!! Going somewhere else now!!! Very aggravated!!!

    The restaurant I am working for “Liliana’s Italian Kitchen” in Saint Louis, MO has 22 total reviews, 21 of which are listed as not recommended. The 21 that are not recommended are 4-5 stars, while the one that is still showing is a 1 star. We are NOT a one star restaurant. This is unfair and can potentially kill a new business. The response to Liliana’s has been overwhelmingly positive... yet 1 star.

    Managers at this Goodwill are only interested in a group of six customers who snatch up all the best merchandise, which is only brought out when these customers are there. It’s very unscrupulous how all these people operate together. Also, Watch your carts. Items will be stolen from them if you turn your back.

    I went in without an appointment and this very nice gentleman put on a roof rack for me. He would not accept any payment for his service. When does that ever happen? Excellent service with a caring attitude. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire in Chantilly!

    I really hate this and think Apple should take Yelp off the store due to them forcing people to download the stupid app when trying to view via browser. Just simply wanting to view images or reviews is a chore and can’t be done unless you’re on the computer, so using Yelp on the go is a BIG headache. I recommend using the desktop version if you have a computer, and make sure you research your places before going. Even print or write down the information. It’s better than giving the crooked developer what he or she wants.
