Our server was so nice and helpful he let us know that the lunch specials were good anytime!! And my Hubby wanted crispy beef and they let him have it on the lunch special. They great food and service.

Manager is good.food is good but the server didn’t accept my 3$ tip on my 60$ food. I always pay more than 5$ sometimes even 10$ but this time I was short on money and I don’t have a rich background. As soon as I paid 3 $ the server started crying that my boss don’t pay me and I survived off these tips and yelled at me and my wife not to come back again. I paid for my food and the tab literally has option to skip tip that means it upto me if I wanna tip. I am not bound to pay a tip as long as I’m paying the full amount for food that’s why it’s called gratitude. I will never ever forget this Harassment in my life and I feel like this will follow me everytime and everywhere I eat again in my life. I work at DoorDash they pay me 3$ for 10 miles order. I work at Dunkin donut at morning for 8 hours and I never made more than 1.25$ on tip. Please I beg you to stop harassing people who aren’t well settled in life yet and struggle every day to have these small moments in so called rich people restaurants after long and hard work.

If this is the best Memphis has to offer for bbq. I feel sorry for you Tennesseans. The ribs were so tough I really tried to eat them. I asked yhe manager for a knife. Well for? Because I need one to eat these things.
The onion rings and beans were good. $30 good heck no.

I recently had new underground termite bait traps installed by Joshuah Kight. He is very personable and professional. He arrived on time and explained exactly the process of ridding my property of termites. After he completed the job of installing the bait traps he left my property so neat and clean. I would highly recommend Terminix!

Worst service ever! Weird food. Busboy cleared my plate while I was still eating—twice. I asked him not to do that. The manager came over and said, “No one speaks to my staff but me. You can leave and don’t come back.” I have never been thrown out of a restaurant before! Minus 100 stars!

We went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We ordered steak and shrimp
It was very good as was the other items that was ordered. When we got the bill, there was a surcharge tacked on. Since we were in a hurry to leave, I didn’t ask why the surcharge. The service was a little slow but understand that there’s a shortage of servers and bussers. Overall very satisfied with our meals.

The chicken sandwich was disappointing. Good chicken but no tomato or lettuce available. Only Mayo and pickles. Butter fly shrimp was small, over cooked, and had too much breading.

Was waiting for a table for over 40 minutes , but there were 5 open tables & host refused to seat 2 people in a 4 seat table! They give out numbers to be served but others were seated before us!!!!

I came for my son’s friend’s birthday party and decided to go sit on the couches by the building blocks and comfier seating while they had the party. Both couch areas had families sitting at them. However an hour plus after they left their dirty dishes and trash were still sitting there. Finally I just picked all of the dishes up and brought them to the bar myself. I can’t figure out how those areas stayed dirty for so long with three servers/ bar tenders were standing behind the bar chatting with each other.
Still a great place to visit and spend time with family. I just had a moment where I did not want to sit on a stool anymore and my confier options were to sit near someone else’s dirty dishes.

There were two other customers in the restaurant, we asked waiter after 40 minutes where our food was… he checked said our order was next?????

We Recieved the sandwich’s with half the normal amount of Turkey, no lettuce and no onions and green tomatoes!!!!Very disappointed!! Will not be going back to this location. Terrible service!!!

Ordered the chicken tacos and the food tasted like it came straight out of the fridge. The drinks, which actually should be cold, were lukewarm. The burger was dry and not worth $5 much less $14. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off getting burger and fries from a fast food restaurant.

Entered Wendy’s at least 5 people standing around. Everyone saw me no one acknowledged me. Finally someone acknowledged that I standing at the counter she said “do want to place an order?”, and without stopping said “hold on” as she walked away. At this point this was enough, so I left heading down the road to Culver’s where I was immediately greeted as I entered the restaurant and my order was promptly taken. Wendy’s management needs to have a conversation with the employees working at 7:45pm at this location. Very poor customer service to say the least.

Hi. Popped in on Friday 3/24/23 to eat vegetarian on Friday during Lent. Minerva Indian in Norwood did not disappoint. Two of shared 4 dishes and it was incredible! Don’t let the location or lack of curb appeal deter you from going in. It was awesome!

You’re not getting a real idea of any business because yelps as a company is rotten to the core. The way they handle reviews is basically racketeering. A good business might have 10 five star reviews and 2 one star reviews, and only the one star reviews show up. They blame it on “the algorithm” but it’s essentially extortion. As a business, if you start advertising with yelp and then stop, they will run your business (on yelp) into the ground — until you start paying them again. And even then, you don’t get what you pay for. A literal garbage company. I’ve seen people compare them to the mafia, and honestly, after dealing with them, I have to say that I’d rather deal with the mafia. At least the mafia keeps their word. At least with the mafia, you get what you pay for. With yelp, you just keep getting ripped off. And when they don’t follow through on their end and you dare question them, they send you straight to collections. Do yourself a favor, delete the yelp app from your phone, and never look back. The world will be a better place for you and all local businesses when yelp ceases to exist.
