Visit to Plymouth, Massachusetts 4/5
It’s been a number of years ago but my husband & I visited the Plymouth area. I had read in AAA book about a monument designated to the people who came over on the Mayflower. We visited this monument & were not disappointed. It is tall & beautifully carved. My ancestors names were on the sculpture along with others who made the trip.
It’s amazing when you read about the Pligrims. So many died getting here. America was founded on struggling & working hard. We’ve had to fight for freedoms & still do. This is an amazing tribute to the tenacity that Americans had & still have. Good to know our history. Worth seeing it!

I had the absolute best popcorn and wanted every to know about this delicious company!! I have had the Tuxedo, the Holiday favorite. It has white and dark chocolate drizzled over the Carmel . It was beyond yummy! Today I purchased the Jalapeño Cheddar and was equally as impressed!! I had to put it away so I could enjoy while watching football tonight! I also wanted to mention it’s very affordable 😃

Best place to look up food
Delicious food and cocktails... and great service... our family of 5 was not disappointed.. top 2 restaurants on our trip which included Italy. Definitely give it a try while your here... we tried 70% of the menu and everything was perfect.

I don’t know how you get a review for any establishment. When you find a place on the map, you see one or two lines of a comment. If you tap that entry, you get a general YELP page that tells you nothing.

Very eclectic. Home dining feel. Real dining tables. Just like home. Great use of old doors as separators. Prices are appropriate. Staff is friendly. Food is excellent. Worth the time to come and eat.

Girl who took my order with a nose ring and long brown ponytail, draped over the front of her shirt which I didn’t appreciate when she was getting my gelato for me, was less than thrilled to be at work. Didn’t smile once. There was a sign for $5 off to sign up for the spin club and I said “oh! Can I do that?” She looked annoyed (there was no one else in line, I was the only person in the restaurant). She then held up a pamphlet and said “there’s directions for that on here, you can do it at your table” so then I clarified, “yes, but I’d like the $5 off, can I just download it and use it now?” She then sternly said “no, that’s for next time”. I was very irritated so then I sat at my table and downloaded the app, nothing had to be entered and I indeed had an available coupon I COULD HAVE used. I sure hope she has a better day because clearly it wasn’t going well for her :)

This place is amazing! I have been flying out from Virginia a couple of times a year to get my hair done here forever! I won’t let anyone else touch it! Come in to this modern friendly salon and be prepared to be wowed! Relax with a cold soda or a glass of wine or a refreshing bottle of water while you get unimaginable results. This place will not disappoint you and the entire staff is warm and welcoming! If you want great results come here! Best salon anywhere!

I went to Firestone’s for my birthday yesterday thinking that I would have a delectable meal. This place has gone downhill in the past year. We ordered oysters and asked for crackers to go with it. We were served about 8 oyster crackers to go with two dozen oysters. When asked for other types of crackers we were told that there were no other types of crackers in the restaurant. The waitress never brought the second drink we had ordered and we had to request bread for our meal. The goat cheese on the salad was non existant. The oysters were subpar (supposedly the chef selection). We were not given the opportunity to select the ones we wanted. . Other issues included loud patrons.

Save your money and go someplace else 1/5
I took my cat in for a check up and get her vaccinations up to date Thursday 4:00 apt. While there the staff was actually very nice. A day after getting her in I had a follow up call to see if she had any reactions to the vaccination. I was at work, to my knowledge no.
When I got home my cat had thrown up. I figured I would give it a day to see if this was a fluke or due to over eating. Didn’t want to overreact and assume ( especially since I have two kitties and didn’t see her get sick first hand). The next day she got sick again but it was past business hours (6pm on a Saturday) so I called Sunday when they opened(~11 am) and let them know she was having a reaction and could not keep food down.
The customer service rep told me to go someplace else, they were too busy. Even though it was less than 72 hours since they saw her it was no longer their problem. I told her this didn’t sit right with me and I wanted the office manager to call. The woman would not give me the office managers name. Told me I could only speak to clinical. What was a clinical person going to do? At this point they already turned me away. I ended up having to call Pet Co to get a name to talk to about holding their staff accountable. After scouring the web I sent an email to their main address hoping someone would call.
I ended up taking my cat to the emergency room because thrive would not see her. They gave her fluids and anti nausea and determined it was a bad reaction to the meds.
Later in the week I got a call from the officer manager, Janet- where she openly talked about how they had issues with their call center and it was not right they sent me away. She said she would “try” to see what she could do to get my $220.00 er visit reimbursed since they should have seen me if my cat had a reaction. The whole time she kept saying they stand by their services and should have made time to get me in. So I asked to be reimbursed for my bill to go elsewhere.
A couple days later I got a call that corporate would do nothing because ~65 hours is too late for them to help with a reaction, they refunded me $25.00. Not even three days had passed and when push came to shove thrive would not stand behind their manager claim that they should have made the time to see me as opposed to sending me off. My cat was no longer their problem. Yet no one told me during my apt if there was a reaction after x hours don’t call them. I was simply told if there was a bad reaction to call... glad I did, because they did nothing.
The ER place I took my cat said to start bringing her to them, that if any animal has a reaction to a vaccine they will waive the visit fee. When I told them less than 72 hours later thrive directed me to go someplace else their staff was appalled. They fact they didn’t even put a dr on the phone to walk though my options was a “disgrace and lack of care” is how their vet described it.
It’s rare for a pet to have a reaction but not unheard of. Thrive “tried” to help but ultimately told me to “go someplace else... they didn't have time.” You May save some money on your initial visit, but god forbid something happens they’re not going to help. They will send out away if it’s not within their time (still have no clue what that timeline is). Go someone else where they will take the time to address your pets concerns as opposed to pushing you off to someone else.
Go read the reviews on the BBB site, there’s a reason they are not accreted and ranked so low. I should have been smart enough to avoid this place, I hope you are.

We just finished a delightful and delicious meal at the Riverhouse and closed the place. 6 of us dined on 6 different entrees. Everyone more than satisfied. Unique fresh ingredients combined to create an amazing meal. Friendly server taking time to chat. We arrived later after visiting Munsen falls and were not rushed at all. Enjoy!! We did!!

The reviews on businesses get removed because they believe that the reviews are fake or illegitimate. Yelp is not big in some towns so the people reviewing are probably real costumers writing honest reviews, but I guess they see them as fake profiles due to them not reviewing places much overtime or having friends added on yelp.

My Fiancé went to this restaurant inquiring on their catering services for our wedding. After being told that they could do a better job than what the cater that we had already booked could do, We decided to cancel with the cater we already had and finalize the booking at Scarpinato’s. Since I wasn’t with my Fiancé the first visit, He was given a gift card by the owner, and was told to come in on any day through the week to taste the food and pick out what we wanted to be served at our wedding. We stopped in on a day throughout the week and my Fiancé told the hostess why we were there. We then proceeded to wait about 10 minutes until she came back and asked us the same question again. After waiting another 10 minutes, a different waitress came out and stated that she spoke with the owner, and he said that we would have to schedule an appointment for the tasting. Remind you, being a bride that wants things perfect, I would have kindly made an appointment in the beginning if we were told that. So she proceeded to say that we could stay for dinner if we would like to taste the food, and we did since we were given the gift card for such. So after watching several table become available and cleaned, we waited another 15 minutes before being seated. When we finally got to our table, the food was okay.. nothing special. We received the bill and proceeded to use the gift card that the OWNER provided to us. When the waitress comes back, she states that the gift card was voided with no valid explanation. When we asked to speak with the owner, she walks away and then come back and says that he is not available at the time. That he is in his office and that his office is locked. Frustrated with the whole situation, and not wanting to cause a seen, we paid for our food and left. Once in the parking lot, we call to speak with the owner, and then is told that he has left for the night.🙄 FRAUDULENT! FRAUDULENT! FRAUDULENT! Now I have to find a whole new caterer in less than a month! 🤬😡

I had my nose pierced at the Empyrean Tattoo Studio. From my first contact with the store over the phone my experience was professional and courteous.
Courtney is so kind knowledgeable and her people skills second to none. She walked me though the process step by step calmed my nerves and answered my questions: Super patient and happy to spend time addressing the concerns I had and settling my nerves.
The procedure was fast and dare I say painless. Highly recommend Courtney she is so sweet and truly a master of her craft. The store itself is so cool. Clean and tons of off street parking. They have a person dedicated to handling front desk duties and the day to day running of the shop, who is also outgoing, courteous and professional. Checking in and out was prompt and efficient. The transaction was followed up with emails providing after care instructions. Highly recommend Courtney and the Empyrean. One happy 56 year old female with a nose piercing. Happy to report its been a month. Thanks to great after care instructions my piercing is nearly healed and looks awesome.

Been a long time user of Yelp but your tech team is very incompetent, the app breaks more often than now after each update.
Now as of 9/15, it’s broken again. When you search map area with some filters, none of the restaurants shows any photos in the result. You need better QA, and hire some better engineer, Jesus Christ

The app is not accurate when it comes to telling customers that the order is ready for pick up. Not sure if they just pick an average pick up time to tell all customers bc my order was made in half the time. I sat in the car waiting the entire stated amount when this could have been avoided.

I drive 45 minutes to this salon to get my Brazilian Wax. It’s while worth the drive! Everyone at Naila’s is friendly and nice. Jalpa does a great job on my Brazilian waxes! She makes it go by fast which is a good thing. I always like the result of my waxes and I’m happy with the service. I would recommend this place!

Opens at 4 pm, has amazing staff and an incredible food menu. One visit will bring you back for more. The space has several levels of seating and space to mingle and engage with other customers and staff while you enjoy your food and/or beverages. I guarantee a good time if you come with a group or alone. Take time to take in the vintage icees and appreciate a step back in time—as if you were in your family’s own back yard.
Sears “Master Protection Agreement “ 1/5

Purchased Refrigerator from Sears and have had nothing but problems. The ice dispenser breaks all the time! In spite of purchasing a master protection agreement and multiple technician visits, it is still not working.
In addition, today my “window” was from 1:00 to 5:00. Still no technician has arrived. It is 4:57!! Very frustrating to wait and wait and no one shows up as promised. Definitely will not EVER buy a master protection agreement from Sears again. Horrific customer service.
