Just signed up for this App. Here are my first (semi-frustrated) impressions: There are no details provided for the clothing/shoes/accessories materials or sizing. So in other words, I’ll need to go to Zara’s website to find out if those shoes are made out of real leather... how long that dress is... what fabric it’s made of... Ugh. Hardly worth the effort of having the App. Another minus: when Zara is out of the size you need, you can’t request an email to be informed when it’s back in stock unless you accept all of the emails, notifications, etc from them (a nightmare for the inbox IMO). I think I’ll delete this one and go back to shopping via their website, in hopes there will be less frustration.

I cannot find anything & those sectioned options are terrible.
I used to buy everything I needed from Zara old app & now It is so difficult to shop with this app.

More than a month since I pay for a pair of shoes. The shoes never came and at this time I have no idea about my refund. I tried to get in contact 4 times and all representatives said the same but my money in in their pockets. Terrible.
This app went from a 5 to a 3 by not being able to click on my account and not see purchases. That made your app great !

Ok I love Zara but it's just out of my price range. Please incorporate AfterPay to your payment options. I use this service to get what I want at a price I can timely get. Other than this Zara is great and I hope this review gets seen and passed on for the AfterPay service

I will start with saying that I love Zara, 90% of my clothing purchases are placed there. That being said, I am extremely displeased with how my 24 item online order through the app was handled. I was lied to and defamed. I placed an order for kids clearance items for my son and 24 hours later my order was cancelled. The reason for cancelling being an “error in transmitting the payment information”. Which there shouldn’t have been seeing as the authorization was and is still visible on my account and the monies withheld. So I attempt to use chat through the app, go through an entire conversation only to be told that I have to call customer service to see why my order was cancelled. I call and am told that my order was automatically cancelled by billing and that I needed to verify my information. As if I had done something wrong. Billing and shipping address the same, my name and name on the order and name on the card also the same. So I don’t understand the discrepancy or how there ever was one. The lady I spoke with was very nice and I know she is limited in what she can do, but I asked to replace my order as it was. She reluctantly informed me that all but 2 of the 24 items were now out of stock. That is when I realized, my order was not cancelled because of a billing issue, but because I ordered out of stock items. I place a lot of online orders (I hate going to the mall) and an app’s ability to update immediately when all in stock items are in cart, is detrimental. Also, on a human level, don’t lie about the reason an order was cancelled. Items are out of stock can be understood and forgiven. This, on the other hand, has caused me to have to take an hour out of my day dealing with customer service and having to type this review. Not only that, you can not exchange online orders in store. They can only refund you. It is rather bizarre, same company, same money. Why can’t I make an even exchange. Like I said, I love Zara but I would not recommend using the app until they get some serious, necessary updates.

I have been trying to solve an issue with a defected piece all day .. all they keep doing is asking same questions .. then you send pictures .. no follow up .. and when they don’t have an answer they disconnect and you have to start all over again .. this app is good only if you want to order to take your money !! They can’t solve issues. Be careful

OMG this app is so difficult to navigate! In addition to the images of the clothing taking forever to download/reveal themselves, the navigation is not common sensical whatsoever. Click on Collection and then what? You get this narrow slice of what’s available...but only after waiting forever to be able to see the clothes. Then try clicking something else to eventually see some other narrow slice based on a category that means nothing to you: Corner Shops, Join Life, huh??? Why are you making it hard for your customers to buy clothes? I use apps for ease of purchase. Guess I won’t be using your app to purchase anything.

I love Zara. Buy almost all my clothes from there but I literally hate this app! I can never find anything I’m looking for, there are no categories and the models are positioned so weird that it’s hard to tell how the clothes will look on. Also there are a few models who are so dark you can’t even see the clothes on them.
I don’t see how anyone can purchase anything off this app!

I ordered some stuff on zara.com and they easily missed to send me one of my items without even refunding me! And when I tried to return part of my purchase after 32 days which I was literally just 2 days late, they didn't accept it. Stupid customer service. Not gonna shop from Zara again!

The app used to provide outfit recommendations and now I don’t see that it does. I also liked when the app showed different colors of the clothing selections along with a model wearing the clothes for most items. It appears the app removed a lot of the great features it used to have.

Its not possible to track my order shipment within the app.
And, for sending this review, it asks me to enter a nickname. Whatever nicknames that I enter it says its already taken! Should it matter that my nick name was already taken?! What is the point of having a unique nickname that is not related?!!
