I run my own business and have used Zoom and Teams in the past two days. Teams had all kinds of problems service cut in and out, making it very difficult to conduct a meeting. Zoom was used today with no cutting in and out and it worked flawlessly. It’s a no brained don’t waste your time with Teams just use Zoom and get it done.

Zoom Bluetooth, audio lost with update 2/5

I’ve been using zoom with my work, tunes Bluetooth enabled headset for quite a while, with the recent update, it will not connect to the Bluetooth headphones. I tried everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, turning off and restarting my phone, the Bluetooth audio works perfectly with other Bluetooth devices and my headphones, this all started with the latest Bluetooth update, 3/28/2023
Cannot find any help on the issue, and get every other thing other than a response to the exact issues. Internet is useless at this point! Zoom help is useless as well, it’s automated, but it will not understand the issue just walked you through Mundane, basic troubleshooting steps.

Trying to get help resolving an issue so I can take a vacation and my meetings still happen while I’m gone with a substitute host, and they can’t get in to my account without a pass code which sends to give them the passcode while I am unavailable to host. Trying to get answers and no live support. Tells me to use chat bot and chat bot tells me I can’t use chat bot that I can go to the community to get answers WTH do better zoom.

It’s been a year and there’s been no momentum on a reported glitch where I have to restart screen share on full screen in Adobe to go through a business PDF. Every single time it pauses immediately and has to be restarted. The fix has had no movement and have basically been told they don’t care about it. It interrupts the flow of every business meeting.

Wouldn’t update on Mac after, oh, about 5 tries. Had to go to the internet to figure out there’s no fix but to uninstall and reinstall. Then, i couldn’t even get it to upload the reinstall on my laptop. Writing this from my iPad and am afraid it’s going to go buggy soon as well.

External Display still broken on ipad 3/5

The latest release does not fix the problem of the video being rotated when using zoom with an iPad and a second display. Please fix this!
More support needed for IPad working with external monitors 3/5

In order to connect on Zoom, I always need to disconnect the IPad from my external monitor if I want to get the audio and microphone working. Different from other applications, when you connect on Zoom while the IPad is hooked to an external monitor, you do not get the option to use your bluetooth headphones. So, all you can really do is unhook the IPad from the monitor.
Also, if I move the Zoom window to the external monitor, it rotates my image by 90 degrees. I was hoping that by now Zoom would have had adapted the app to the external monitor support functionalities that Apple added with the recent upgrades in IOS16.

I signed up with Zoom Phone and ported my number over to Zoom to use. I had to cancel my Zoom Phone account and now Zoom will NOT release my telephone number that I ported over. I have had an open ticket for almost a month now and can’t get anyone on the phones!!! I will never use Zoom products again!!!
